Your business size decides where you start with Aemorph, so your budget goes to the route that pays back at your stage. Enterprises at about S$5M and above in revenue start with a free strategic conversation. Businesses below about S$5M start with a free tool and Leveraged & Scalable, Aemorph's community. Seven industry pages
Aemorph prioritises seven industries, and each has its own industry page built around how its buyers research before they commit. The case studies listed come from organic search engagements run by the same team and SEO discipline the entity-first method grew from.

Why Aemorph Routes by Revenue Band and Not by the SME Label
Revenue bands send you to a better-fitting first step than official size labels, which are too wide to route by: the Singapore Department of Statistics counts an enterprise with operating revenue of not more than S$100 million, or not more than 200 workers, as an SME. On that definition SMEs made up 99% of Singapore's 356,100 enterprises in 2024 (Singapore Department of Statistics, Singapore Economy infographic, 2024 data). In Australia, small businesses with fewer than 20 employees accounted for 97% of all actively trading businesses, and 2,741,087 small businesses were actively trading at 30 June 2026 (Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman, citing the Australian Bureau of Statistics, Counts of Australian Businesses including Entries and Exits, July 2022 to June 2026). A business at about S$5M and a business well below it are both SMEs in Singapore's statistics, and they start in different places with Aemorph.
| Label | Who sets it | Threshold | How Aemorph uses it |
|---|---|---|---|
| SME, Singapore | Singapore Department of Statistics | Operating revenue of not more than S$100 million, or not more than 200 workers | Not used for routing |
| Small business, Australia | Australian Bureau of Statistics data, reported by the Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman | Fewer than 20 employees | Not used for routing |
| Enterprise or established business | Aemorph | About S$5M revenue and above | Strategic conversation, an audit, the Influencer Blueprint, then Attain or Apex |
| Business below about S$5M | Aemorph | Below about S$5M revenue | A free tool, then the community, which Aemorph recommends; Awaken by selection |
| Any business, at any size | Aemorph | No revenue threshold | Sprint 1 or Sprint 2 bought on its own |

What the revenue bands measure
A revenue band is Aemorph's first sorting signal, because the LLM Influencer System, Aemorph's SEO, AEO and GEO programme, compounds fastest on a business that already has credibility to verify. The full system is built for businesses at about S$5M revenue and above. Revenue is one of five signals: Aemorph's ideal client profile sets out the fit criteria for market position, operational credibility, existing proof assets and long-term orientation.
What Each Business Size Gets
Every business size reaches the same system by a different route, and inside a monthly package the tier sets how many prompt clusters, groups of related questions your buyers ask AI, Aemorph tracks. Aemorph quotes every tier on the output you need.
An enterprise engagement runs in four steps: a free presentation, an audit, the Influencer Blueprint, then Attain or Apex with both Sprints delivered inside the engagement.
Enterprise and established businesses at about S$5M and above
An enterprise or established business starts with a free strategic conversation, takes the AEO-GEO Audit or the ESAG audit, then the Influencer Blueprint, and runs Attain or Apex. Attain suits a market leader pursuing category saturation and tracks 5 prompt clusters, 100 to 200 prompts. Apex suits an enterprise with several products, brands or markets. Sprint 1, the Showstopper Sensor, and Sprint 2, Entity Hardening, are delivered inside the engagement. For a group with several divisions, Enterprise SEO, AEO and GEO governs one record across the scoped divisions and the markets Aemorph serves.
Businesses below about S$5M
A business below about S$5M starts with a free tool, and Aemorph recommends Leveraged & Scalable, Aemorph's community, as the next step. The free Hallucination Report, live on tools.aemorph.com, crawls your existing website and reports where the LLMs state things that conflict with what the site currently says. The free Money on the Table audit on tools.aemorph.com estimates the revenue your business leaves on the table. In the community, Aemorph shares the skills, tools and access to do the work. Aemorph accepts a small number onto Awaken, its done-for-you package, which runs the same system at about half Anchor's pace and tracks 1 prompt cluster. A startup with little public evidence is not turned away; it starts further back, because it has to build authority from nothing.
Sprint 1 and Sprint 2 at any business size
Sprint 1, the Showstopper Sensor, and Sprint 2, Entity Hardening, are open to any business at any size, bought on their own. No revenue band applies to either Sprint: the Showstopper Sensor publishes the approved answers to the buyer questions that stop a purchase, with the final output by day 30, and Entity Hardening delivers within 60 days. If you buy either Sprint on its own, you start with the free strategic conversation. At about S$5M and above, Aemorph delivers both Sprints inside Attain or Apex.
What Stays the Same at Every Business Size
The method, the AI engines covered and the guarantee terms stay the same at every business size, so you get the same standard of work on any route, while the route, the pace and the breadth change.

One programme across SEO, AEO and GEO
Aemorph runs SEO, AEO and GEO at the same time, in one content programme, so the same pages rank in Google, get quoted in Google's AI answers and get cited in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) earns your place in Google's regular results. AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) gets you quoted in Google AI Overviews and featured snippets. GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) gets you named when buyers ask the AI chats. GEO work is planned from day one of an engagement, with prompt packs, a schema review and a crawlability and extractability audit. It goes live once the content is published and your developers implement the changes Aemorph specifies. Pages closest to a purchase go first. The three components of the LLM Influencer System, Aemorph's method for verified AI visibility, run in every package:
- The Authority Truth Engine, on-site entity SEO and structured data.
- The Resonance Network, digital PR and third-party citations.
- The Multi-Surface Signal Machine, cross-platform, multi-format content that compounds your facts across text, images, audio and video.
The guarantees and the quote at each size
Buy the Showstopper Sensor (Sprint 1) on its own and it carries the Ground Truth Guarantee: if ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity still miss your approved facts 30 days after your answers go live, you get your Showstopper Sensor fee back in full. The guarantees attach to the offer you buy, so the same terms apply at every business size. The second is the 45-day outline guarantee, which every monthly package from Awaken to Apex carries: within 45 days, you receive your complete Mathematical Market Monopoly outline, ready to implement yourself if you choose.

Where Business Size Is Not the Deciding Factor
Revenue alone does not disqualify your business; expectations, access and conduct do, at every business size. Aemorph declines an engagement where the buyer expects guaranteed rankings or a flood of leads inside 30 days, refuses the review access the work needs, or insists on manipulation of AI systems. Aemorph's preclusion criteria list every automatic disqualifier.
Business Size Decides Your Free First Step With Aemorph
Your free first step follows from your business size: an enterprise at about S$5M and above books a free strategic conversation, and a business below about S$5M runs a free tool first. The strategic conversation runs 30 to 60 minutes on a video call, and every message you send gets a reply within 24 hours.
