Enterprise SEO, AEO and GEO: One Governed Record Across Every Division and Market

Enterprise SEO, AEO and GEO from Aemorph puts every division, brand, site and market on one governed record of your business, so every team publishes to one architecture, one set of facts and one internal-linking plan, instead of competing for the same searches.

The engagement runs in every market Aemorph serves. It includes the Showstopper Sensor (Sprint 1), a 30-day showstopper-answer sprint for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity that publishes approved answers to your showstopper questions, the buyer questions that stop a purchase when AI answers them badly. It also includes Entity Hardening (Sprint 2), the technical layer of your business facts, specified for your developers. Aemorph quotes it after a free strategic conversation, a 30 to 60 minute call about your business.

Enterprise SEO runs on the LLM Influencer System, Aemorph's full programme of SEO, AEO and GEO on one verified record, with additions tailored to large, multi-team websites.

Enterprise SEO Keeps Every Division on One Story

Enterprise SEO gives an organisation with an internal content team one canonical record, one architecture and one approval workflow across every division and market, so thousands of pages are built to reinforce each other in Google and in AI answers rather than compete for the same queries.

Before any division writes a page, Aemorph maps every service, product, problem, audience and comparison topic into one structured record. Links between your pages then run as a network of parent, child and peer pages. Structured data, code that labels your facts for search engines, tells search engines how your company, people, services and evidence connect. Your site is flagged for review when it hits any of four thresholds: topic coverage under 30 to 40% for a core service, fewer than 3 to 5 supporting pages per hub, keywords stuck between positions 11 and 20 on Google, and key pages more than 3 clicks deep.

What is enterprise SEO?

Enterprise SEO is search engine optimisation for organisations whose divisions, brands and sites publish at scale, governed so every team describes the business the same way.

It covers architecture, technical health, duplicate-intent control and structured data across thousands of pages, so the organisation publishes one consistent entity record for Google and AI engines to read. Aemorph sells it as one engagement with AEO, which gets you quoted in Google's answer features, and GEO, which gets you named in AI chats. Buyers now meet your brand in Google's AI answers and in AI chats as well as in the search results.

How Aemorph runs SEO, AEO and GEO together

Aemorph does SEO, AEO and GEO at the same time, in one content programme, because the same pages are structured for ranking, for extraction into Google's AI answers and for citation in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity.

GEO work starts on day one, with sets of test prompts, a review of your structured data and an audit of how easily AI tools read and quote your pages. It goes live once the content is published and Aemorph or your team puts the changes in place. Pages are prioritised bottom-of-funnel first, then middle-of-funnel, then top-of-funnel. Every package runs the three parts of the LLM Influencer System, Aemorph's managed method for getting you found, quoted and recommended: the Authority Truth Engine, which builds one approved record of your business on your site; the Resonance Network, which repeats those facts on independent sources; and the Multisurface Signal Machine, which keeps your facts the same everywhere buyers look. In the June 2026 quotes Aemorph collected, the three agencies gate or bundle GEO onto SEO.

Why Aemorph Puts One Governed Record Before More Output

One governed record comes before more output, because every division and market publishes against it.

Your internal team already holds the experts and the publishing capacity; fragmented architecture, siloed teams and inconsistent content strategy are what hold enterprise search results back. Each AI engine answers from what it has learned and looked up about you across many sources, and your website is only one of them. If ten divisions describe the brand ten ways, those sources disagree. Once every division publishes from one governed record, your experts and publishing capacity all push in one direction.

When several pages are duplicates or near duplicates, Google picks one as the main version, called the canonical URL. Its Search Central documentation on canonical URLs gives two reasons to set one: ranking signals are combined on one page, and Google spends less time crawling (reading) duplicates (September 2026). Where two division pages target one intent, Aemorph checks in Ahrefs and Semrush, at URL level, whether they compete for the same query. A keyword-first programme adds pages one search at a time. An entity-first structure, built around what your business is and does, covers the whole topic you want to rank for. At group scale, enterprise SEO extends Aemorph's entity-first SEO services across every division and site.

An unaligned content team fragments the record through five recurring habits.

  • Chooses topics by keyword volume rather than by business relevance and entity relationships.
  • Publishes thin articles that each answer one narrow query.
  • Treats SEO as blog publishing rather than as a site architecture problem.
  • Measures rankings, not leads, revenue or topical coverage.
  • Rewrites pages repeatedly without a shared view of search intent.

One governed record across markets

The enterprise engagement runs in every market Aemorph serves, generally enterprise markets in Southeast Asia, within Aemorph's language capabilities.

When each market runs its own SEO and content programme without shared rules, each team updates its own facts on its own schedule, and nobody reconciles them. Aemorph keeps one governed brand record, with a layer of local detail for each market, so conflicting facts get caught at the source.

Aemorph's live engagements today are in Singapore and Australia, and Aemorph is in conversations in further Southeast Asian markets. Aemorph provides content in Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian and Chinese. For a business entering a second country, international SEO carries the same record into each market's search results.

Case Studies and Returns

Aemorph's team grew a B2B technology firm's organic traffic 475% in 16 months and BizCover's organic traffic 4,820% across nearly eight years.

Both results come from the same team and SEO discipline the entity-first method grew from.

Organic search results, not AI citations. Figures are Ahrefs organic traffic estimates, August 2026, built from ranking position, monthly search volume and estimated click-through rate (Ahrefs Help, September 2026).

Aemorph also brings enterprise-scale migration experience. It planned the July 2023 migration of Synapxe.sg, 4,000+ pages, from a custom CMS to Sitecore, specified the redirects and verified the result, while Synapxe's developers implemented the move; the project ran from March to August 2023. Synapxe's monthly organic visits then rose from 6,372 in August 2023 to 21,953 in March 2024, up 245% (Ahrefs organic traffic, captured April 2024). Synapxe is a past client.

ChatGPT named Aemorph as a source in a logged-out session (ChatGPT, 4 August 2026). Calyx.sg is cited in generative engines for multiple prompts covering its core services.

Is it worth hiring an SEO agency?

Yes, for a business with a converting offer, internal experts and a 6 to 12 month horizon.

Synapxe, a HealthTech organisation in Singapore, grew organic traffic from 6,372 to 21,953 monthly visits between August 2023 and March 2024, up 245%, after its 4,000+ page migration to Sitecore (Ahrefs). Buyers who expect promised ranking positions or instant results within 30 days are a poor fit.

Getting Started Across Divisions

Enterprise onboarding runs in four stages: a free presentation, an audit, the Influencer Blueprint, and an Attain or Apex engagement that delivers both Sprints inside it.

Enterprise engagements carry many requirements and technical dependencies, so Aemorph works alongside your IT vendors, tracks a large set of prompts across the AI engines to catch wrong answers about your brand, and manages the project end to end with dedicated resources. You get your own account manager, who introduces the team assigned to your campaign.

Every site in scope needs a content management system (CMS) that lets your team edit titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal links and structured data. Each site also needs core pages Google is allowed to index (store and show in results), redirects you control, canonical and hreflang tags, and working analytics and conversion tracking. Hreflang tells Google which localised version of a page serves which language or region (Google Search Central documentation on localised versions, September 2026). Google's large site owner's guide to crawl budget, how many pages Google reads on your site, targets sites of roughly 10,000 or more unique pages that change daily, roughly 1 million or more that change weekly, and sites where Search Console lists a large share of URLs as discovered but not indexed (Google Search Central, September 2026).

What the Two Enterprise Audits Check

Aemorph runs two enterprise audits, each delivered within 21 days of kick-off, and the AEO-GEO Audit is the starting diagnostic.

The AEO-GEO Audit tests four layers of AI visibility. It returns an overall score, a list of the wrong statements AI makes about your business and a fix plan.

Aemorph recommends the ESAG audit, its Enterprise SEO, AEO and GEO audit, to most enterprise clients. It contains everything in the starting diagnostic and adds a site readiness audit of up to 1,000 pages.

Both audits include the AI perception and hallucination inventory from the Hallucination Diagnostic, Aemorph's one-time test of what AI engines say about you.

What does an ESAG audit finding look like?

An ESAG audit scores a site out of 100 and ties every low score to a finding on named pages; a global manufacturer of electrical test and measurement instruments scored 15.1 out of 100 in an April 2026 audit and 31.8 out of 100 in an October 2026 audit, each across 71 pages.

The manufacturer's name is withheld.

LayerApril 2026October 2026
Technical foundation (out of 30)6.713
Content and on-page (out of 25)1.610.4
AEO readiness (out of 20)0.56.4
GEO readiness (out of 20)5.72, partly checked
Overall (out of 100)15.131.8

Scores from two ESAG audit reports, generated 21 April 2026 and 19 October 2026. Each overall score also includes an authority and off-site layer worth 5 points, not shown. The April audit benchmarked three competitors and the October audit benchmarked none.

Between the two audits Aemorph delivered written recommendations for the manufacturer's site and fact-checked them against the live pages before release. The manufacturer's own team then implemented Aemorph's recommendations and made no other changes to the site in that period, so the score rise comes from implementing them.

Technical foundation, content and AEO readiness all rose between the audits. The October GEO check ran on only about half of the pages and the pages it could not check scored zero, so the October GEO and overall scores are lower than a full check would give, and the GEO figures are not like for like. The October audit found the following.

LayerFinding in the auditWhat the fix plan asks for
Technical foundationPoor anchor text was the most common issue, so search engines could not read how pages relate to one another; mobile Largest Contentful Paint reached 20.5 seconds on the main learning hub and 14.3 seconds on its usage guides, against the 2.5 seconds Google rates as goodRewrite vague anchor text to describe each destination; your IT team or vendor fixes load speed from Aemorph's specification
On-page contentThe 15 question-and-answer pages averaged 29.9 out of 100 and the 8 category pages 29.7, because their answers were not structured for answer engines to liftOpen each question-and-answer page with a direct, concise answer, and rewrite category pages around real buyer questions and selection criteria
CredibilityPages carried no named author and no credential, and the trust and About pages averaged 29.6 out of 100Add named authors with professional credentials; expand the About page with company facts, certifications and leadership
Entity recognitionGoogle's Knowledge Graph, Wikidata and Wikipedia all returned "not found" for the brandAemorph builds a sourced Wikidata entry and Knowledge Graph signals, and the entry may not stick

Findings from the ESAG audit report generated 19 October 2026 (71 pages audited).

The full ESAG report also carries a page-level evidence table with an issue code and a fix for each weak page, an AI crawler access check, a citation readiness score, an AI perception check for wrong statements about the brand, live buyer-question testing across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity, workstreams ranked by priority, and recommendations graded P1 to P3, many with a command to verify the fix. Its roadmap runs in three phases: fix indexation and technical blockers in the first 60 days, build comparison and question-and-answer content from day 60 to day 120, then strengthen entity and third-party signals after day 120.

What the Influencer Blueprint Produces

The Influencer Blueprint turns the audit findings into a production plan built with your team, and it scopes who does what by when in a responsibility matrix.

The Influencer Blueprint, your strategy and production plan, follows an audit. It covers on-page and off-page strategy across SEO, AEO and GEO, using your analytics and Search Console. Aemorph builds it as a 6-month, 12-month or 24-month plan.

Sprint 1 and Sprint 2 Inside the Engagement

On the enterprise route both Sprints, the Showstopper Sensor and Entity Hardening, are delivered inside Attain or Apex, and Aemorph sets both out in the engagement quote; if you are on another monthly package, you add Sprint 1 and Sprint 2 to the engagement when the quote includes them.

Together the two Sprints produce the Brand Codex, the record of what AI engines know and say about your brand.

SprintLengthWhat Aemorph producesWhat the client doesGuarantee

Sprint 2, Entity HardeningUp to 60 daysA source-of-truth record, a linked schema graph, an entity map, the LLM info page extension and llms.txt, an audit of Wikidata and Google Knowledge Graph entries with the edits to create or enrich them, and a dated baselineThe client's developers or IT vendor implement the specifications in the CMS; Aemorph makes the Wikidata edits and submits the Google Knowledge Graph updatesNo guarantee attached

Google documents structured data for supported Search features; OpenAI, Perplexity and Anthropic have not confirmed that their engines read schema or llms.txt.

The Showstopper Sensor does not rewrite core pages or correct public records, and the Showstopper Sensor publishes the approved answers as your LLM info page, the page on your own website written so AI engines read your answers clearly. Entity Hardening works from your website's content as copied at kick-off, and Aemorph does not edit or rewrite your content in it. Aemorph makes the Wikidata edits and submits the Google Knowledge Graph updates itself; Wikidata is a public database, and the Google Knowledge Graph is Google's own system, to which Aemorph submits updates. Their own communities and systems review those records, so an edit does not always stay in place, and Aemorph does not guarantee that it does.

How much does enterprise SEO cost?

Aemorph quotes each enterprise engagement after the strategic conversation, on the output you need, with enterprise monthly engagements starting from S$12,500 a month.

Enterprise SEO is scoped after Aemorph understands your requirements, and it typically sits on Attain or Apex, two of Aemorph's five monthly packages. Prompt clusters, groups of related questions buyers ask AI about one topic, are tracked, but they do not set the price. Paid search is managed only for clients who run paid search campaigns. Terms are set out in your quote, and starting points are on the pricing page.

Enterprise SEO from Aemorph is built for:

  • Enterprises with an internal content team whose divisions, brands or sites publish separately.
  • Brands whose AI description has to hold in more than one marketincluding regulated healthcare and financial-services brands that face different claim rules in each market.
  • Hospitals and healthcare groups, financial services and insurance firms, B2B SaaS and technology companies, professional services firms and higher education providers.

It is not built for buyers who expect promised ranking positions or a flood of leads within 30 days, or for platforms that block technical SEO, structured data or content expansion.

Below about S$5M in revenue, Leveraged & Scalable, Aemorph's community, teaches your team to plan and execute the work with AI tools. A small number of businesses join Awaken, the done-for-you package, and any business buys Sprint 1 or Sprint 2 on its own, starting with the free strategic conversation.

How to do enterprise SEO?

Aemorph runs enterprise SEO in a set order: a free presentation to agree scope, an audit, the Influencer Blueprint that turns the findings into a production plan, then the monthly engagement with both Sprints inside it.

Aemorph reads publishing dates from your XML sitemap, the file that lists your site's pages, and updates pages in order of importance, starting with bottom-of-funnel pages. A group that wants a revenue figure before it commits budget starts one step earlier, because the Money on the Table audit estimates the revenue a business is leaving on the table.

What are the best enterprise SEO tools?

The best enterprise SEO tools each expose one layer of the record: Google Search Console for query-level impressions, Ahrefs or Semrush for top 1 to 3 keyword growth, GA4 for conversions, Screaming Frog for heading, canonical and redirect audits, and Looker Studio for compounding trends.

Aemorph also tests brand answers in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. The crawl audit comes first, because technical SEO makes every page readable by Google Search and AI crawlers.

Aemorph Specifies Large-Site Moves and Multi-Market Pages Around What Google Documents

Aemorph plans large-site changes around Google's own guidance: crawl budget matters mainly above roughly 1 million pages that change weekly or 10,000 pages that change daily, a site move takes weeks, and hreflang tags are ignored unless pages link back to each other.

Most enterprise sites start with indexing, duplication and blocked pages, not crawl budget.

TopicWhat Google documentsWhat Aemorph does
Crawl budgetThe guide is for sites with roughly 1 million or more unique pages that change weekly, or 10,000 or more that change daily (updated 22 July 2026)The ESAG audit includes a readiness crawl of up to 1,000 pages
Site movesA small to medium site takes a few weeks for most pages to move, and larger sites take longer; keep 301 redirects generally for at least a year (updated 20 August 2026)Aemorph specifies the redirects and verifies the result, as on the Synapxe migration
Several markets or languagesIf two pages do not point to each other with hreflang, the tags are ignored (updated 21 September 2026)Aemorph specifies reciprocal tags for your developers; see international SEO

Each language also needs its own off-site record. In a preprint that translated the same queries into five languages, GPT's cited sites for English and translated queries barely overlapped, while Claude's overlapped far more.

Source: Google Search Central

A site that is large and well known is still read engine by engine. In a 2026 preprint on 1,000 ranking-style queries, the mean Jaccard overlap between AI-cited domains and the domains in Google's top 10 (shared domains divided by all distinct domains in the two sets) ranged from 4.0% for GPT-4o to 15.2% for Perplexity. In a 2025 preprint, major brands took 62.2% of brand mentions and niche brands 9.0% in a cola-category test on ChatGPT and Perplexity. Aemorph keeps one verified record of your facts, so every source an engine reads states the same thing. In a 2024 study, adding quotations, statistics or citations raised a visibility score by 27% to 41% over the unrewritten baseline. Aemorph promises none of these figures for your site.

Governance and Compliance for Large Sites

Aemorph governs a large-site programme through monthly delivery plans, monthly reports on deliveries, changes and blockers, QA checkpoints before any change goes live, and sign-off on regulated claims by your point of contact.

You decide who that person is: the business owner, the CMO or the risk team. Aemorph checks every regulated claim before it publishes: health claims against PubMed, professional associations and government health authorities, and financial and insurance claims for disclaimers and no guaranteed outcomes. Healthcare advertising rules differ by country and remain your organisation's obligation as the advertiser; the Singapore enterprise SEO page and the Australian enterprise SEO page set out each country's rules. You keep ownership of your domains, hosting, Search Console, GA4, ad accounts and CRM, access runs on named accounts that hold only the permissions each person needs, and a password manager holds the credentials. Operational practice aligns with ISO/IEC 27001 on access control, change management and auditability.

Reports group results by topic and prompt clusters, and Aemorph provides ranking reports as well. One website that serves several countries gets one combined report; if you run a separate site for each country, each site gets its own report. Aemorph replies to all communication within 24 hours.

  • Plans each month's delivery against a sprint-based implementation schedule.
  • Reports monthly on deliveries, changes, blockers and next priorities.
  • Checks every content and technical change at a QA checkpoint before it goes live.
  • Controls scope through written definitions and change control procedures.
  • Transfers ownership of published content and deliverables to the client on payment.

A Free Strategic Conversation Starts Your Enterprise SEO Quote

One governed record is the starting point for search authority across every division and market: Synapxe's organic traffic grew 245% in seven months after a 4,000+ page migration that Aemorph planned and verified.

The audit finds the gaps, the Influencer Blueprint plans the work, and the monthly engagement keeps every division and market on the record. Aemorph quotes each enterprise engagement, and the quote starts with one call: Aemorph's contact page initiates a free strategic conversation about every division in scope.

Any business also buys the Showstopper Sensor (Sprint 1) on its own as a standalone start.
