Enterprise clients start with a free strategic conversation, an audit and the Influencer Blueprint, their SEO strategy and roadmap, then run Attain or Apex. How Aemorph Prices Its Work
Aemorph quotes each engagement on the output you need, after the free strategic conversation, so your budget follows the return you are after, not hours or keyword counts. Prompt clusters, the groups of buyer questions tracked in the AI chats, run in every tier; they do not define the quote. Every offer belongs to the LLM Influencer System, Aemorph's SEO, AEO and GEO programme. SEO, search engine optimisation, earns your place in Google's regular results. Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) gets you quoted in Google AI Overviews, featured snippets and voice answers. Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) gets you cited inside the AI chats when buyers ask.

Aemorph's offers and published starting points.
AI keeps a map of what every business is and what it does. Each engine answers from what it has learned and looked up about your business across many sources, and your website is only one of them. An SEO retainer funds ongoing optimisation, and paid advertising buys placements for as long as the ad spend runs. The Brand Codex, your brand fact sheet and the single source of truth for what AI says about you, works differently: it is an asset your business owns. It carries no separate price. Sprint 1 produces its showstopper answers, Sprint 2 produces its entity hardening layer, and the monthly tiers build on the same record every month instead of starting over.
What do Aemorph's audits cost?
Aemorph quotes each audit on its scope, and audits start from S$1,000. The AEO-GEO Audit is the starting diagnostic, and Aemorph recommends the ESAG audit to most enterprise clients. Both include an AI perception audit with a hallucination inventory, so if you take either one, you do not buy the Hallucination Diagnostic separately.
| Audit | Who it is for | Turnaround | What it tests | What you receive |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hallucination Diagnostic | Businesses that want to see how AI describes them before committing | 5 business days | 50 to 150 prompts across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity, built on your showstopper questions | A report, presented on a call |
| Technical SEO audit | Businesses that want the technical foundation of the site checked | Within 21 days of kick-off | Crawling and indexing, single-version URLs, canonical tags, status codes and redirects, architecture, duplicates, speed, mobile usability and JavaScript rendering, hreflang, structured data, security, link health and AI crawler access; keyword research and keyword opportunities are excluded | Findings from which Aemorph scopes any fix work |
| AEO-GEO Audit | Businesses starting the enterprise onboarding path | 21 days from kick-off | Four layers: AI crawler access, content crawlability across 13 content categories, live AI search recall against 3 to 5 competitor domains, and training recall with visibility fragility | A composite AI visibility score out of 100 with an A to F grade, an AI perception audit with a hallucination inventory graded High, Medium or Low, a 30-point citation readiness check and a prioritised fix plan, P1 to P3, with effort and projected impact |
| ESAG audit | Most enterprise clients, on Aemorph's recommendation | Within 21 days of kick-off | Everything in the AEO-GEO Audit, plus a crawl of up to 1,000 pages scored out of 100 across technical foundation, on-page content, AEO readiness, GEO readiness and authority, with named competitors crawled and scored the same way | One combined report with a phased action plan |

What does the Influencer Blueprint cost?
The Influencer Blueprint is quoted on the length of the plan, from S$15,000. It follows an audit. Aemorph builds the strategy on-page and off-page, across SEO, AEO and GEO, with access to your analytics and Search Console, then turns the audit findings into a production plan built with your team. A responsibility matrix scopes who does what by when.
The Enterprise Onboarding Path
An enterprise engagement runs in four steps, so you see where your visibility stands and what the plan returns before you commit a monthly budget: a free presentation, an audit, the Influencer Blueprint, then Attain or Apex with both Sprints delivered inside the engagement.
- Attend a free strategic conversation, a 30 to 60 minute presentation on a video call that ends with the audit offer.
- Commission an audit: the AEO-GEO Audit, or the ESAG audit.
- Plan with the Influencer Blueprint, which turns the audit findings into a production plan and a responsibility matrix.
- Run Attain or Apex, with Sprint 1 and Sprint 2 delivered inside the engagement.
| Step | Offer | Timing | What it settles | Starting point |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Strategic conversation | 30 to 60 minutes | Whether Aemorph fits, and which audit suits your business | Free |
| 2 | AEO-GEO Audit or ESAG audit | Each within 21 days of kick-off | What the AI engines and crawlers recover about your business today, and the prioritised fixes | Quoted |
| 3 | Influencer Blueprint | Follows the audit | The production plan and who does what by when | The Influencer Blueprint from S$15,000 |
| 4 | Attain or Apex, with Sprint 1 and Sprint 2 | Terms are set out in your quote | Delivery of the plan, with your Brand Codex built inside the engagement | Enterprise monthly engagements from S$12,500 a month |
The enterprise onboarding path.
The Two Sprints That Build Your Brand Codex
Two Sprints build your Brand Codex, so Google and the AI chats work from the facts you approved: Sprint 1, the Showstopper Sensor, delivers its final output by day 30, and Sprint 2, Entity Hardening, delivers within 60 days. Sprint 1 produces the showstopper answers and Sprint 2 the entity hardening layer. Each Sprint is sold on its own to any business at any size, from S$5,000 per website, and Sprint 1 is recommended and not required before a monthly tier. If you buy Sprint 1 or Sprint 2 on its own, you start with the free strategic conversation. On a monthly package, you add Sprint 1 and Sprint 2 to the engagement when your quote includes them; on the enterprise route, both Sprints are delivered inside Attain or Apex. Only Sprint 1 bought on its own carries the Ground Truth Guarantee; Sprint 1 work delivered inside a monthly engagement carries no refund.
What does the Showstopper Sensor (Sprint 1) include?
The Showstopper Sensor (Sprint 1), Aemorph's 30-day AI answer sprint and your 24/7 sales advocate, runs for 30 days and delivers its final output by day 30. Showstopper questions are the buyer questions that stop a purchase when an AI assistant answers them badly. Sprint 1 covers those questions and the answers your brand wants the AI chats to give. In order, Sprint 1:
- Runs the Hallucination Diagnostic: what the four engines say today, tested against the showstopper questions, and what your own website says in answer to the same questions.
- Lists the full set of showstopper questions for your business.
- Collects your answer to each question, and your nominated point of contact signs off the answers before Aemorph publishes them.
- Publishes the approved answers as the LLM info page on your site.
- Reports the result in a report and a call.
During the 30 days Aemorph fact-checks and organises the material. Sprint 1 does not rewrite core pages, does not publish llms.txt, schema or entity maps, and does not correct public records. Where your website's own information is wrong, your team fixes it first.
What does Entity Hardening (Sprint 2) include?
Entity Hardening (Sprint 2), Aemorph's technical entity SEO sprint, runs for up to 60 days and builds the technical layer of your Brand Codex from your website's content as scraped at kick-off. Content changed after kick-off is not captured, and Aemorph does not edit or rewrite your content. Aemorph writes the specifications and files for the schema, the entity map and the other on-site files, your developers or IT vendor implement them in the CMS, and Aemorph verifies them. Aemorph makes the Wikidata edits and submits the Google Knowledge Graph updates itself. Those records are edited and reviewed by their own communities and systems, so an edit does not always stay in place, and Aemorph does not guarantee that it does. Sprint 2 carries no guarantee.
| Part | What Aemorph produces | Why it is built | Built from | Delivered |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Source-of-truth record | A full scrape of the site turned into an entity inventory, a URL architecture and one set of facts per entity | Every later file is generated from one record, so the schema, the entity map and the public records tell the same story | Your website's content as scraped at kick-off | Within 60 days of kick-off |
| Linked schema graph | An audit of existing schema, one connected Schema.org graph with stable identifiers, page templates, a validated worked example and an injection plan for your CMS or tag manager | Google documents its use of structured data for rich results; a connected graph states that the pages describe one organisation | The source-of-truth record | Within 60 days of kick-off |
| Entity map | A machine-readable entity map and a readable version | A self-declared briefing of who the business is and how its entities relate | The source-of-truth record | Within 60 days of kick-off |
| LLM info page extension and llms.txt | The Sprint 1 page extended from the full record, plus the llms.txt index | Covers the whole site, beyond the showstopper answers | The source-of-truth record and the Sprint 1 page | Within 60 days of kick-off |
| Wikidata and Google Knowledge Graph | An audit of existing entries, the Wikidata edits and Google Knowledge Graph update submissions to create or enrich them, reference sources and the links back to the site | Off-site corroboration of the same facts; Wikidata removes thin entries that lack independent coverage, and Aemorph does not guarantee that an edit stays in place | The source-of-truth record and the existing public entries | Within 60 days of kick-off |
| Baseline | A dated record of what the Knowledge Graph, Wikidata and the LLMs say | The starting point for later monitoring | The public entries and LLM answers on the date recorded | Within 60 days of kick-off |
Sprint 2, Entity Hardening, part by part.
Schema and structured data are infrastructure. ChatGPT, Perplexity and Anthropic have not confirmed that they read schema or llms.txt, and Aemorph makes no claim that they do.
Five Monthly Tiers Set the Pace From Awaken to Apex
Five monthly tiers, Awaken, Anchor, Ascend, Attain and Apex, build your visibility in Google and the AI chats month after month, and Aemorph quotes each one on the output your business needs. Every tier runs the same system and one content programme across SEO, AEO and GEO; the tier sets pace and breadth. Paid search is managed only for clients who run paid search campaigns; it is not part of every tier.
| Tier | Best suited to | Prompt clusters tracked | What else it includes | Guarantee |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Awaken | Emerging businesses with a lean team; Aemorph accepts Awaken engagements selectively | 1 AI prompt cluster | The same system at about half Anchor's pace | Complete Mathematical Market Monopoly outline within 45 days |
| Anchor | Established businesses that want a done-for-you engagement; Awaken runs at about half Anchor's pace | 2 prompt clusters (20 to 40 prompts) | The top 20% of the topic universe, planned across a 12-month horizon | Complete Mathematical Market Monopoly outline within 45 days |
| Ascend | Growth businesses competing for category share | 3 prompt clusters (40 to 80 prompts) | 3 signal assets a month, coverage past 50% of the topic universe | Complete Mathematical Market Monopoly outline within 45 days |
| Attain | Market leaders pursuing category saturation | 5 prompt clusters (100 to 200 prompts) | 8 signal assets a month, 95%+ topic coverage | Complete Mathematical Market Monopoly outline within 45 days |
| Apex | Enterprise and recurring-revenue (SaaS) businesses with several products, brands or markets | A large prompt set tracked across the AI engines for hallucinations about the brand | Bespoke multi-brand, multi-market scope, managed end to end with dedicated resources alongside your IT vendors, in every market Aemorph serves | Complete Mathematical Market Monopoly outline within 45 days |
The five monthly tiers and what each includes.
A signal asset is a new content piece that repeats your facts across platforms, and the Mathematical Market Monopoly outline is your complete content plan. Terms are set out in your quote. Aemorph also produces content in Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian and Chinese; each language needs its own content, which Aemorph typically adapts from the English content, and your quote covers each language you need.
Every monthly package runs on one delivery system that plans, prioritises, ships and verifies the work each month, so each new page builds on the last. Without that rhythm, publishing turns ad hoc and results become hard to forecast. All five packages include:
| Area | What you get each month |
|---|---|
| Campaign governance | A delivery and sprint plan, a backlog ranked by buyer-question group, and managed change control, dependencies and stakeholder updates |
| Performance reporting | A report on what moved, what shipped and what is blocked, with next month's priorities and risks |
| Tracking and measurement | GA4 and Search Console health checks, agreed definitions for the conversions you count (leads, bookings, calls and enquiries), and a maintained dashboard with annotations and data-quality notes |
| Search and AI visibility monitoring | Indexing and crawl anomaly checks, branded and non-branded trend tracking, and spot checks of Google AI Overviews and other AI answers on your priority topics |
| Technical hygiene | A fix list of quick wins for your developers, covering redirects, canonical tags, broken links and internal links, with every fix verified and documented once it is live |
| Structured data and publishing quality | Validated schema on every new page, pre-publish checks of formatting, metadata, internal links, images and alt text, and consistency checks so every new page meets the same standard |
The Ground Truth Guarantee
Buy the Showstopper Sensor (Sprint 1) on its own and it carries the Ground Truth Guarantee: if ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity still miss your approved facts 30 days after your answers go live, you get your Showstopper Sensor fee back in full. That is an AI accuracy guarantee that protects the answers your buyers read before they contact you, with 90 days of work in total. All four engines read the live web; Perplexity does so by default.
| Offer | Ground Truth Guarantee | 45-day outline guarantee | What the guarantee states |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sprint 1: the Showstopper Sensor, bought on its own | Covered | Not applicable | Correct in the four AI chats within 30 days of publishing, or a 100% refund of Sprint 1 and 60 more days of work. |
| Sprint 1 work delivered inside a monthly engagement | Not covered | Not applicable | No refund attached |
| Sprint 2: Entity Hardening | Not covered | Not applicable | No guarantee attached |
| Monthly tiers, Awaken to Apex, and the enterprise engagement | Not covered | Covered | Within 45 days, you receive your complete Mathematical Market Monopoly outline, ready to implement yourself if you choose. |
| Audits and the Influencer Blueprint | Not covered | Not applicable | No guarantee attached |
| SEO results and case studies | Not covered | Not applicable | No guarantee attached |
What each guarantee covers.
Does Aemorph guarantee ChatGPT rankings or a set number of leads?
No: Aemorph does not guarantee rankings or lead volume, because no agency controls how an AI engine ranks results. The Ground Truth Guarantee covers only the accuracy of the answers the AI chats give to your showstopper questions, on Sprint 1 bought on its own.
What guarantee comes with the monthly packages?
Every monthly package, from Awaken to Apex, carries the 45-day outline guarantee. Within 45 days, you receive your complete Mathematical Market Monopoly outline, ready to implement yourself if you choose. It is separate from the Ground Truth Guarantee, and the terms are set out in your quote.
