The Brand Codex gives Google and AI chats such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity one approved set of facts about your business, so the answers your buyers read match what you sell. The Brand Codex is your brand fact sheet: the single source of truth for what AI says about you. Two Sprints produce it: the Showstopper Sensor (Sprint 1), Aemorph's 30-day AI answer sprint, and Entity Hardening (Sprint 2), Aemorph's technical entity SEO sprint. Sprint 1 bought on its own carries the Ground Truth Guarantee, an AI accuracy guarantee. Accurate AI answers keep you on the shortlists where your leads and sales start.
The Brand Codex Tells Every AI Who You Are
The Brand Codex tells every AI who you are, so your buyers hear your answers, in one record with two parts: the answers you want the AI chats to give, and the technical layer that states who your business is in machine-readable form.
| Part of the Brand Codex | The problem it solves | What changes for you | Produced in | Delivery time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Showstopper answers | AI assistants answer buyer objections without your facts | Your approved answers to your showstopper questions, the buyer questions that stop a purchase when AI answers them badly, published as the LLM info page, a page on your site written for AI to read | Showstopper Sensor (Sprint 1) | 30 days |
| Entity hardening | Facts sit scattered across your website with no single record behind them | A source-of-truth record, linked structured data (code that labels your facts for machines), a map of your business facts, llms.txt (a file written for AI crawlers), and an audit of your Wikidata and Google Knowledge Graph entries (public fact databases that AI reads) with the edits to create or enrich them | Entity Hardening (Sprint 2) | Up to 60 days |
| Signed-off regulated claims | Regulated claims published without a named person approving them | Health claims checked against PubMed and health authorities; financial claims carry disclaimers; your point of contact signs off | Sprint 1 | Before Aemorph publishes |
| Dated baseline | No record of what the Knowledge Graph, Wikidata and AI tools say today | A dated starting point for later monitoring | Sprint 2 | Within the 60 days |
What the Brand Codex delivers, by part.
What is the Brand Codex?
The Brand Codex is the record of what the LLMs know and say about your brand. The Authority Truth Engine, on-site entity SEO and structured data, is the system that builds your verified record, the single approved set of facts about your business; the Brand Codex is the record. Sprint 1 produces its showstopper answers part and Sprint 2 its entity hardening part.
What does the Brand Codex contain?
The Brand Codex holds your showstopper answers and six technical components.
- Answers your showstopper questions in the wording your point of contact signed off.
- Records one set of facts for each thing your business is or offers, drawn from a full copy of your site.
- Connects your pages in one set of Schema.org code (a shared labelling standard) with fixed IDs.
- Maps your business facts and how they relate, in a file for machines and a version for people.
- Lists your site in an llms.txt index and extends the LLM info page from the full record.
- Audits your Wikidata and Google Knowledge Graph entries; Aemorph makes the Wikidata edits and submits the Google Knowledge Graph updates that create or enrich them, with no guarantee that an edit stays in place.
- Dates a baseline of what the Knowledge Graph, Wikidata and AI tools say.
Sprint 2, Entity Hardening: the technical layer of your Brand Codex
Entity Hardening (Sprint 2) produces the technical layer of your Brand Codex within 60 days, so search engines and AI find one consistent set of facts behind every page on your site. It is a one-time engagement, sold on its own or after Sprint 1. Aemorph builds it from a copy of your website taken at kick-off, so content you change after kick-off is not captured, and Aemorph does not edit or rewrite your content. Sprint 2 works to one output and carries no guarantee.
| Part | What Aemorph produces | Why | Built in | Implemented by |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Source-of-truth record | A full copy of your site turned into a list of everything your business is and offers, a map of your page addresses and one set of facts for each | Every later file is generated from one record, so the code, the fact map and the public records tell the same story | Sprint 2, from the kick-off scrape | Aemorph; the record is a working file with nothing to install |
| Linked schema graph | An audit of existing schema, one connected set of Schema.org code with fixed IDs, page templates, a tested worked example and a plan for adding the code through your website system or tag manager | Google AI Overviews and Bing read schema; connected code shows that the pages describe one organisation | Sprint 2 | Your developers or IT vendor, from Aemorph's plan |
| Entity map | A fact map for machines and a version for people | Your own briefing of who the business is and how its parts relate | Sprint 2 | Your developers or IT vendor, from Aemorph's files |
| LLM info page extension and llms.txt | The Sprint 1 page extended from the full record, plus the llms.txt index | Covers the whole site, beyond the showstopper answers | Sprint 2, extending the Sprint 1 page | Your developers or IT vendor, from Aemorph's files |
| Wikidata and Google Knowledge Graph | An audit of existing entries, the edits to create or enrich them, reference sources and the links back to your site | Other websites confirming the same facts; Wikidata removes thin entries that lack independent coverage | Sprint 2 | Aemorph, which makes the Wikidata edits and submits the Google Knowledge Graph updates itself; those records are edited and reviewed by their own communities and systems, so an edit does not always stay in place, and Aemorph does not guarantee that it does |
| Baseline | A dated record of what the Knowledge Graph, Wikidata and AI tools say | The starting point for later monitoring | Sprint 2 | Aemorph; a dated record with nothing to install |
What Sprint 2 produces and why.
Schema and structured data are infrastructure, and Aemorph sells them as infrastructure. Aemorph writes the specifications and files, your developers or IT vendor install them in your website system (CMS), and Aemorph verifies them once they are live.
What does Sprint 2 leave out?
Sprint 2 leaves out content editing, content changed after kick-off, CMS implementation and any guarantee. Your showstopper questions and their approved answers belong to Sprint 1.
Does Sprint 2 need Sprint 1 first?
Sprint 2 stands alone, and Aemorph sells it on its own or after Sprint 1. Where Sprint 1 came first, Sprint 2 extends the Sprint 1 LLM info page from the full record. If you buy Sprint 1 or Sprint 2 on its own, you start with the free strategic conversation, a first call to see whether Aemorph fits. On a monthly package, Sprint 1 and Sprint 2 join your engagement when your quote includes them; on the enterprise route both Sprints run inside Attain or Apex, two of Aemorph's five monthly packages. Inside a monthly engagement Sprint 1 carries no refund.
The Brand Codex Replaces Scattered Fragments With One Record
The Brand Codex sets one deliberately built, verified record against the fragments AI otherwise describes your business from, so your buyers read your facts, not someone else's. AI keeps a map of what every business is and what it does. Each engine answers from what it has learned and looked up about your business across many sources, and your website is only one of them. You did not write or check many of those sources, and none is necessarily current or correct. The Brand Codex sets your approved facts against three of them:
- The old directory listing still circulating with outdated details about your business.
- The review-site summary a machine borrows when it has nothing better to read.
- The competitor's comparison page that describes your business on a rival's terms.
Once that record exists, the rest of Aemorph's work reinforces it instead of starting from nothing each month: the Authority Truth Engine and the ongoing SEO (search engine optimisation, for Google's regular results), AEO (answer engine optimisation, for Google's AI answers) and GEO (generative engine optimisation, for recommendations in the AI chats).
How do ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity read the Brand Codex?
All four engines read the live web; Perplexity does so by default. When an engine runs a web search, it pulls in selected sources. The LLM info page puts your approved answers where engines find them, and each engine picks its own sources. An answer given without a web search draws on what the AI model learned earlier. ChatGPT, Perplexity and Anthropic have not confirmed that they read schema or llms.txt, so Aemorph makes no claim that they do; Google AI Overviews and Bing read schema.
How is the Brand Codex different from a website rebuild?
A visual redesign alone does not verify or correct brand facts, and it does not test AI-answer accuracy. The Brand Codex does both, as a separate layer built for AI engines to look up, not for people to browse. You keep your existing website design and content, and still gain a Brand Codex.
| Aspect | Website rebuild | Brand Codex | What it means for AI answers | Next step |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Primary purpose | Design and experience for human visitors | A record of what AI tools know and say about your brand | Your approved answers are published for engines to find and read | Hallucination Diagnostic |
| What changes | Design, layout and navigation, plus whatever content the project includes | An LLM info page, structured data, a fact map and llms.txt; your existing content stays unedited | A redesign alone does not verify or correct brand facts | Authority Truth Engine |
| Your existing site | Replaced | Kept | No redesign needed to build the record | Showstopper Sensor |

The Brand Codex Returns Accurate Answers Within 30 Days of Publishing
Buy the Showstopper Sensor (Sprint 1) on its own and it carries the Ground Truth Guarantee: if ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity still miss your approved facts 30 days after your answers go live, you get your Showstopper Sensor fee back in full. Accurate answers in the AI chats are the return the Brand Codex targets, and they keep your business on the shortlists where your leads and sales start.

Aemorph Builds Your Brand Codex in Five Steps With Your Sign-Off
Aemorph builds your Brand Codex in one or both Sprints, with your nominated point of contact signing off the answers before Aemorph publishes them, so every fact your buyers read is one you approved. Your developers implement the technical files.
- Sprint 1, 30 days. Aemorph runs the Hallucination Diagnostic, a test of what four AI engines say about you, and lists your showstopper questions; you answer them, and Aemorph publishes the approved answers as the LLM info page on your site.
- On publishing. The Ground Truth Guarantee clock, for Sprint 1 bought on its own, starts on the day the answers are published.
- Sprint 2, up to 60 days. Aemorph copies your site at kick-off and writes the source-of-truth record, the structured data, the fact map and llms.txt, then makes the Wikidata edits and submits the Google Knowledge Graph updates.
- Implementation. Your developers or IT vendor install Aemorph's specifications and files in your website system or tag manager, and Aemorph verifies them.
- Afterwards. The dated baseline gives later monitoring its starting point.
| Prerequisite | Who does it | What Aemorph needs | Output | When |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| A public website with correct information | Your team | The website Aemorph copies at Sprint 2 kick-off; wrong information fixed first | The showstopper list and the kick-off copy of your site | Before kick-off |
| Answers to the showstopper questions | Your team | One answer per question | The answers Aemorph fact-checks and organises | During Sprint 1 |
| Sign-off | Your nominated point of contact: the business owner, the CMO or the risk team, as you decide | Sign-off on the answers and on every regulated claim | Answers cleared for publication | Before Aemorph publishes |
| Implementation | Your developers, IT team or existing vendor | Aemorph's specifications and files installed in your website system or tag manager | Structured data, fact map and llms.txt live on your site | During and after Sprint 2 |
What each party provides and when.
The Showstopper Sensor is recommended, not required, before a monthly package.
Who does the work on your Brand Codex?
Your Brand Codex runs with your own account manager and Aemorph's team: Kristine and Ryan, Senior SEO Specialists and Project Managers; Tent, Trinh, Wahyu and Minh, SEO Specialists; Michelle and Patrick, Content Specialists; Shiena, Web Project Manager; and Dom, Senior Web Developer. Your account manager introduces the team members assigned to your account at kick-off, and every message gets a reply within 24 hours, in your business hours.
How long does the Brand Codex take to show results?
Your first ranking movements show within 45 days of publishing. Google and the AI chats respond only to content that is live, so the 45 days count from publication, not from the start of your engagement.

Who needs a Brand Codex?
A Brand Codex fits most businesses a buyer researches through AI, and it does not fit every business. It is built for:
- Businesses in one of Aemorph's seven verticals that AI engines currently describe from fragments rather than a verified record.
- Regulated healthcare and financial-services brands whose health or financial claims need sign-off before they publish.
It is not built for a business with no public website for Aemorph to copy, or one seeking a visual redesign rather than accurate AI answers.
Aemorph Checks Every Regulated Claim Before It Enters Your Brand Codex
Aemorph checks every regulated claim before it enters your Brand Codex, and your point of contact signs it off before Aemorph publishes it, so every regulated claim your buyers read carries your approval. You decide who your point of contact is: the business owner, the CMO or the risk team. Your domains, hosting, Search Console, GA4, ad accounts and CRM stay in your ownership.
| Claim or data type | Where it applies | What Aemorph checks | Evidence standard | When |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Medical and health claims | Hospitals, clinics, dental, optometry | Conservative wording, no exaggerated promises | PubMed, professional associations, government health authorities | Before publication |
| Singapore healthcare advertising | Singapore medical and dental clients | Copy observes the Singapore healthcare advertising guidelines | The published guidelines | Before publication |
| Financial and insurance claims | Financial services, insurance | Disclaimers present, no guaranteed outcomes | Your point of contact's sign-off | Before publication |
| Testimonials and before-and-after | Every regulated vertical | Used only where the law permits | Your point of contact's sign-off | Before publication |
| Client data and access | Every client | Client-owned assets, named accounts with only the access the work needs | ISO 27001-aligned practice | From kick-off |
What Aemorph checks before a regulated claim publishes.
