Aemorph's SEO, AEO and GEO get your high-ticket store found in Google and named with the right prices and terms in AI chats such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. Your buyers compare stores in both before checkout and shortlist the ones they find. That shortlist is where your sales start. Aemorph runs all three as one programme on one approved record of your products, prices, delivery terms and policies, for established online retailers in Singapore and Australia. Remarkable Furniture, an Australian outdoor furniture retailer with showrooms, grew organic traffic 213% in 13 months with Aemorph's team.

Who Aemorph Serves in High-Ticket Ecommerce
Aemorph's SEO for high-ticket ecommerce serves established online retailers measured on sales, whose buyers make considered, high-value purchases and compare several stores before checkout. High-ticket means a typical order value of about S$1,000 and above. The buyer inside your business is a CMO, a marketing director or a growth-focused founder. The full LLM Influencer System, Aemorph's SEO, AEO and GEO programme, is built for a business at about S$5M revenue and above.
| Signal | What Aemorph looks for | Why it matters for a store | Where a store outside it goes | Basis |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Purchase type | Considered, high-value online purchases, with a typical order value of about S$1,000 and above | The buyer compares stores before checkout, so a verified, citable record shortens that comparison | A low-value, impulse-purchase catalogue sits outside this profile | Aemorph ideal client profile |
| Revenue | About S$5M and above for the full system | The system compounds fastest on a business with a customer history and a proven offer | Aemorph recommends Leveraged & Scalable, Aemorph's community, to a store below about S$5M; a store of any size buys Sprint 1 or Sprint 2 on its own | Aemorph ideal client profile |
| Market position | A top-ten place in the store's category | The programme defends a position that already exists | A new store builds its public record first | Aemorph ideal client profile |
| Platform | A store platform that edits titles, headings, URLs, internal links and structured data, for example Shopify or Magento | Aemorph writes specifications that your developers implement | A platform without that support rules the engagement out | Aemorph technical minimums |
| Proof assets | Reviews, testimonials, case studies and product information already in hand | The record expands from facts that exist | A store without them gathers them first | Aemorph fit signals |
| Market | Singapore and Australia | Aemorph's live engagements and its two named ecommerce results sit in these markets | Further Southeast Asian markets are in conversation, with no live engagement today | Aemorph engagement record, October 2026 |
Revenue bands and order values describe your business, not a price.
SEO, AEO and GEO in one programme
Aemorph runs SEO, AEO and GEO at the same time in one content programme, so every category and product page you publish works to rank, to be quoted and to be cited. SEO earns your place in Google's regular results. AEO gets your store quoted in Google's answer features, and Aemorph's AEO service structures pages for extraction into AI Overviews. GEO gets your store named with the right facts in AI chat answers. GEO starts on day one, with sets of test questions for the AI chats, a review of your structured data (code that labels your facts for Google and AI) and an audit of how easily search engines and AI tools read and quote your pages. It goes live once the content is published and Aemorph or your team makes the changes. Pages for buyers close to a decision go first, so category and product pages come before guides.
Three parts of the LLM Influencer System run in every package:
- The Authority Truth Engine, on-site entity SEO and structured data, keeps one verified record of your store on your own site.
- The Resonance Network, digital PR and third-party citations, repeats your facts on independent sources.
- The Multi-Surface Signal Machine, cross-platform, multi-format content, compounds your facts across platforms in text, images, audio and video.
How High-Ticket Buyers Research, and What AI Engines Get Wrong
A high-ticket buyer researches across Google and AI assistants before checkout, so your sales depend on the same prices, delivery terms and policies wherever that buyer looks. AI keeps a map of what every business is and what it does. Each AI tool answers from what it has learned and looked up about your store across many sources, and your website is only one of them. A verified record is the single approved set of facts about your business that every page, profile and AI answer draws on, and the LLM Influencer System builds and reinforces that verified record.
In an Adobe survey of more than 5,000 US respondents, 39% had used generative AI for online shopping, and respondents named research (55%) and product recommendations (47%) most often among the shopping tasks they use it for. Across more than 1 trillion visits to US retail sites, traffic from generative AI sources in February 2025 ran 1,200% above July 2024.

| Surface | Discipline | What the buyer does there | What the engine draws on | What Aemorph structures |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Google search results | SEO | Searches a category, a product or a store name | Google's index of the store's category and product pages | Category architecture, one page per product and per category, internal links |
| Google AI Overviews, featured snippets and voice answers | AEO | Reads or hears one short answer | Google's index of the store's pages; Google documents structured data for rich results | Answer-first copy and product structured data, specified for your developers |
| ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity | GEO | Asks which store to buy from, and what the terms are | What each engine has learned and looked up across many sources | Your signed-off answers, published on your own site, and matching facts off-site |
| ChatGPT shopping results | GEO | Compares products and merchants in a carousel | Structured metadata from first-party and third-party providers, with merchants ranked on factors like availability, price, quality and whether they are the maker or primary seller, as OpenAI's help centre describes | Your price, availability and product data, specified for your developers |
Source: OpenAI Help Centre, "Shopping with ChatGPT Search", October 2026.
OpenAI, Perplexity and Anthropic have not confirmed that their engines read schema (structured data) or llms.txt (a file written for AI crawlers), so your product facts also need to read correctly as plain text on the page.
What AI engines get wrong about a high-ticket store
An AI answer about your store goes wrong where your own sources disagree, and five kinds of disagreement show how. ChatGPT's shopping results take time to show updated pricing or shipping terms, and its review summaries are model-generated from reviews on public websites. In Google, a product whose landing-page price differs from the price in its data source risks disapproval.
Source: OpenAI Help Centre, October 2026; Google's help pages for merchants, October 2026.
- Price that differs between the product page, the product feed (the data file a store sends to Google and marketplaces) and structured data.
- Stock that a listing shows and the store does not hold.
- Attributes such as material, dimensions and model that differ across the site, the feed and marketplace listings.
- Categories that duplicate one another, so a product sits in more than one primary place.
- Reviews on public websites, which ChatGPT's review summaries draw on.
Your quote sets the scope of the catalogue work: Aemorph specifies and verifies it, and your developers implement it. Aemorph's ecommerce SEO service structures products and categories as one verified catalogue record.
The Showstopper Sensor and the questions it tests
The Showstopper Sensor (Sprint 1), Aemorph's 30-day AI answer sprint, tests the questions your buyers ask AI before checkout, and it publishes your signed-off answers within 30 days. Sprint 1 contains the Hallucination Diagnostic, a one-time test of what the AI chats say about you; the full list of your showstopper questions, the buyer questions that stop a purchase when AI answers them badly; your answer to each question; sign-off by your nominated point of contact; and the approved answers published as your LLM info page, a page on your site written so AI engines read your answers clearly, with a report and a call. Sprint 1 also builds the first part of your Brand Codex, your brand fact sheet: the single source of truth for what AI says about you.
| Example buyer question | Why it stops a purchase | What a wrong answer looks like | Where the correct answer comes from | Who signs it off |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| "Does this store deliver a large item to my postcode, and what does delivery cost?" | Delivery cost and reach decide a high-value order | An outdated fee or a delivery area the store does not serve | The store's own delivery terms | The store's point of contact |
| "What is the returns policy on a made-to-order piece?" | A buyer weighs the risk of a purchase that is hard to send back | A standard returns window applied to an item the store excludes | The store's own returns policy | The store's point of contact |
| "What warranty covers this product, and who honours it?" | Warranty terms separate one seller from another | A warranty length or provider the store does not offer | The store's own warranty terms | The store's point of contact |
| "Is this store an authorised retailer for this brand?" | Authenticity matters most on an expensive item | The store described as a reseller, or left out of the answer | The store's own authorisation record | The store's point of contact |
| "Is this item in stock, and how long is the lead time?" | A long or unknown wait sends the buyer to a competitor | A lead time the store no longer quotes | The store's own stock and lead-time information | The store's point of contact |
| "What is it made of, and what are the dimensions?" | A buyer checks fit and material before paying | A material or measurement that belongs to another model | The store's own product specification | The store's point of contact |
Example questions, written by Aemorph for illustration, October 2026. Your store's actual showstopper questions come from its own Hallucination Diagnostic.
Buy the Showstopper Sensor (Sprint 1) on its own and it carries the Ground Truth Guarantee: if ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity still miss your approved facts 30 days after your answers go live, you get your Showstopper Sensor fee back in full. The guarantee makes no promise about sales. Sprint 1 does not rewrite product pages or correct public records, and the Showstopper Sensor publishes the approved answers as your store's LLM info page.

Where a High-Ticket Store Starts
An established store starts with a free strategic conversation, a call where Aemorph learns about your store and answers your questions, so your budget goes first to the work closest to new sales. It then moves to an audit and the Influencer Blueprint, followed by Attain or Apex with both Sprints delivered inside the engagement. Below about S$5M in revenue, Aemorph recommends its community and accepts a small number onto Awaken, its done-for-you package. Any store, at any size, buys Sprint 1 or Sprint 2, Entity Hardening, Aemorph's technical entity SEO sprint, on its own.
The audit is the AEO-GEO Audit or, for large sites, the ESAG audit, the enterprise SEO, AEO and GEO audit, which scores your AI visibility and sets a fix plan. The Influencer Blueprint, your SEO strategy and roadmap, is the production plan built with your team, and Attain and Apex are the enterprise tiers of Aemorph's five monthly packages. Below about S$5M, your first step is free: the Hallucination Report, which compares AI answers with your site, or the Money on the Table audit, which estimates revenue lost in search, both on tools.aemorph.com. The revenue bands describe your business, not a price, and Aemorph's business-size page routes each band to its first step.
| Business | First step | Second step | Engagement | Guarantee or delivery time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Enterprise or established store at S$5M and above | A free strategic conversation, a 30 to 60 minute presentation on a video call | The AEO-GEO Audit or the ESAG audit, then the Influencer Blueprint | Attain or Apex, with Sprint 1 and Sprint 2 delivered inside the engagement | AEO-GEO Audit, ESAG audit and technical SEO audit: each within 21 days of kick-off; 45-day outline guarantee on the monthly package |
| Store below about S$5M | The free Hallucination Report or the free Money on the Table audit on tools.aemorph.com | Not applicable | Leveraged & Scalable, Aemorph's community, where Aemorph shares the skills, tools and access to do the work | Not applicable |
| Any store, at any size | A free strategic conversation | Sprint 1, the Showstopper Sensor, or Sprint 2, Entity Hardening, bought on its own | No monthly package required | Sprint 1 output by day 30, under the Ground Truth Guarantee when bought on its own |
Where each store starts. Sprint 2, Entity Hardening, runs up to 60 days and carries no guarantee.
Every monthly package runs on one delivery system that plans, prioritises, ships and verifies the work each month, so each new page builds on the last. Without that rhythm, publishing turns ad hoc and results become hard to forecast. All five packages include:
| Area | What you get each month |
|---|---|
| Campaign governance | A delivery and sprint plan, a backlog ranked by buyer-question group, and managed change control, dependencies and stakeholder updates |
| Performance reporting | A report on what moved, what shipped and what is blocked, with next month's priorities and risks |
| Tracking and measurement | GA4 and Search Console health checks, agreed definitions for the conversions you count (leads, bookings, calls and enquiries), and a maintained dashboard with annotations and data-quality notes |
| Search and AI visibility monitoring | Indexing and crawl anomaly checks, branded and non-branded trend tracking, and spot checks of Google AI Overviews and other AI answers on your priority topics |
| Technical hygiene | A fix list of quick wins for your developers, covering redirects, canonical tags, broken links and internal links, with every fix verified and documented once it is live |
| Structured data and publishing quality | Validated schema on every new page, pre-publish checks of formatting, metadata, internal links, images and alt text, and consistency checks so every new page meets the same standard |
How much does SEO for a high-ticket store cost?
Aemorph's work for high-ticket stores ranges from one-time audits at S$1,000 to enterprise monthly engagements from S$12,500 a month, quoted on the output your store needs after the strategic conversation.
| Offer | Price |

| Audits | From S$1,000 one-time |
| Sprints | From S$5,000 per website |
| Influencer Blueprint (SEO strategy and roadmap) | From S$15,000 one-time |
| Entry monthly packages (Awaken, Anchor, Ascend) | S$2,500 to S$7,500 a month |
| Enterprise monthly engagements (Attain, Apex) | From S$12,500 a month |

Want the most value for your budget and prefer to run the work in-house? Leveraged & Scalable, Aemorph's community, teaches your team to plan and execute SEO, AEO and GEO with AI tools, using the same skills and templates Aemorph's team works from. Full details are on the pricing page, and terms are set out in your quote.
Who does the work on your ecommerce SEO?
Your ecommerce SEO runs with your own account manager and Aemorph's team: Kristine and Ryan, Senior SEO Specialists and Project Managers; Tent, Trinh, Wahyu and Minh, SEO Specialists; Michelle and Patrick, Content Specialists; Shiena, Web Project Manager; and Dom, Senior Web Developer. Your account manager introduces the team members assigned to your account at kick-off, and every message gets a reply within 24 hours, in your business hours.
How long does ecommerce SEO take to show results?
Your first ranking movements show within 45 days of publishing. Google and the AI chats respond only to content that is live, so the 45 days count from publication, not from the start of your engagement.

Neighbouring industries Aemorph serves
A store that also sells a specialist service, or sells software to other businesses, belongs on a neighbouring industry page as well. Aemorph prioritises seven verticals, and two of them sit closest to high-ticket ecommerce.
| Industry | When a store belongs here too | Market | Page |
|---|---|---|---|
| High-ticket lifestyle and specialist services | The retailer sells a specialist service, for example design or installation, alongside the product | Singapore and Australia | SEO, AEO and GEO for high-ticket lifestyle businesses |
| B2B SaaS and technology | The product is software or a subscription sold to other businesses | Singapore | SEO, AEO and GEO for B2B SaaS companies |
What Aemorph Checks Before a Claim Publishes
Aemorph uses testimonials and before-and-after material only where the law permits, and your store keeps ownership of every account Aemorph works in, so nothing reaches your buyers that you have not approved. Your nominated point of contact signs off regulated claims before Aemorph publishes them, and you decide who that person is. The other six verticals carry their own checks, and Aemorph's ideal client profile lists what Aemorph checks in each vertical.
| Claim or data type | Where it applies on a store | What Aemorph checks | Evidence standard | When |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Testimonials and customer reviews quoted in copy | Product, category and landing pages | Used only where the law permits | Client point of contact sign-off | Before publication |
| Before-and-after material | Product and landing pages | Used only where the law permits | Client point of contact sign-off | Before publication |
| Showstopper answers and regulated claims | The LLM info page and any page that states them | Your store's own signed-off wording | Client point of contact sign-off | Before Aemorph publishes |
| Store, domain, analytics and ad accounts | Every engagement | Your store keeps ownership of domains, hosting, Search Console, GA4, ad accounts and CRM | Client-held ownership of every account | From kick-off |
| Access and credentials | Every engagement | Named accounts on least privilege; credentials held in a password manager and shared only with authorised personnel | ISO/IEC 27001 alignment, not certification | From kick-off |
| Staging and production | A store changing platform or templates | Separate staging and production, with staging blocked from search engines | Aemorph data-handling practice | Before a change goes live |
General guidance, not legal advice. Aemorph's practice is aligned with ISO/IEC 27001:2022, the international standard for information security management, and is not certified.
Three claims a store hears, checked against the record
Aemorph answers three claims a store hears from vendors with its own practice and its own client record. Link building stays part of Aemorph's integrated service stack, and the order of work on backlinks is catalogue structure first, links second.
| Claim a store hears | What holds | Basis | What Aemorph does | Proof or limit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| More backlinks lift a flat traffic line | Links amplify the authority a catalogue already has | Aemorph practice | Fixes the catalogue structure first, then builds links | Remarkable Furniture's traffic sat flat for about 18 months under a backlink-led provider |
| AI-written product copy replaces expert review | AI speeds the workflow and does not replace subject-matter expertise | Aemorph practice | Keeps a human expert and your point of contact in the approval route | No client figure published for this claim |
| GEO is a separate project from SEO | SEO, AEO and GEO converge into one authority and discoverability system | Aemorph practice | Runs all three in one content programme, with GEO planned from day one | No AI-citation result published for an ecommerce client |
