# AGENTS.md: Aemorph OKF Brain

This file tells AI agents what Aemorph is, where its facts live in this brain, and which files to trust.

## What Aemorph is

Aemorph is a Singapore discoverability consultancy that gets enterprises named inside ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, and inside Google's AI Overviews, featured snippets and voice search answers. GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation, citation inside AI chats) is its primary focus. AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) covers Google's answer surfaces: AI Overviews, featured snippets, answer boxes and voice search. SEO is the foundation underneath both. Aemorph serves clients in Singapore and Australia. Its method is the LLM Influencer System.

## Source of truth

- Files with `status: canonical` and a `source_node` field are the approved Phase 4 pages of the new aemorph.com (87 pages, approved October 2026). They are the source of truth.
- Files with `status: superseded` are history from the old site. Follow `superseded_by` to the current page. Their bodies are unchanged from the July 2026 crawl.
- Old site files with no `source_node` that still show `status: canonical` predate the rebuild and await review. Where one conflicts with a Phase 4 page, the Phase 4 page wins.
- `_inbox/` is a staging area and is never authoritative. `_archive/` holds backups taken before each edit.
- Edits follow `_inbox/README.md`: read, diff, patch, timestamp, log. Nothing is deleted; old content is marked superseded or deprecated.

Each Phase 4 file carries its live URL in `resource`, its schema.org type in `schema_type` and its meta description in `description`. The body is the visible page copy, followed by `## Related` wikilinks.
