Aemorph's international SEO gets your business found on Google and named in AI chats in both Australia and Singapore, from one approved set of facts.
Buyers in each market shortlist the businesses they find, so visibility in both is where your leads and sales across the corridor start. Hreflang tags, code that tells Google which page serves which country, show each searcher the right version. International SEO runs on the LLM Influencer System, Aemorph's SEO, AEO and GEO programme, with additions for businesses selling across countries. BizCover, an Australian insurance broker platform, grew organic traffic 4,820% between December 2015 and September 2023 with Aemorph's team.

International SEO Shows Google the Right Page for Each Market
International SEO shows Google the right page for each market, so buyers in Singapore and Australia land on the page that states your facts and contact details for their country.
Aemorph builds one verified record of your business, specifies correct hreflang and plans pages for each market, so the pages in every country publish the same facts. Aemorph's live engagements are in Singapore and Australia, and the same record carries a business from either market into the other; Aemorph is in conversations in further Southeast Asian markets. Link building sits inside the off-site work in each market, as one lever among several.
| Deliverable | The problem it solves | Measurable outcome | Surface | Delivered through |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Market and entity audit per market | Google and the AI chats hold different facts about your business in each market | A written baseline of what Google and the AI chats state in each market | Google and the AI chats | The audit stage |
| hreflang and URL-structure specification, implemented by your developers | The wrong market's page ranks in each country | Valid, reciprocal hreflang annotations that tell Google which page is intended for each market | Google organic search | Specification by Aemorph, implementation by your developers, verification by Aemorph |
| Market-specific pages on one record | Market pages maintained against different records contradict each other | Pages in each market that state the same verified facts | Google organic search, AI answers | Monthly engagement |
| Off-site reinforcement in each market (link building included) | Your facts go unconfirmed by sources in the new market | Corroboration from sources in each market | Google and the AI chats | Monthly engagement |
| Ground Truth Guarantee (an AI accuracy guarantee) on the Showstopper Sensor (Sprint 1), Aemorph's 30-day AI answer sprint | None of the three Singapore agency quotes Aemorph collected in June 2026 carried a factual-accuracy commitment | How many of your showstopper questions the AI chats answer with your approved facts, 30 days after your answers go live | ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity | Sprint 1, 30 days |
Buy the Showstopper Sensor (Sprint 1) on its own and it carries the Ground Truth Guarantee: if ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity still miss your approved facts 30 days after your answers go live, you get your Showstopper Sensor fee back in full.
What is international SEO?
International SEO is the practice of making one business rank in the search results of each country and language it serves.
It combines one verified record of your business facts, hreflang tags, a clear URL structure and pages for each market, so Google and the AI chats get clear signals about which page serves each market. Aemorph runs it for businesses moving between Singapore and Australia.
What is the difference between global SEO and international SEO?
Agencies use the terms global SEO and international SEO interchangeably, and Aemorph's international SEO means country-specific and language-specific targeting.
It names each country and language, gives each market its own page, and connects those pages through hreflang on one verified record.
Why One Entity Record Beats a Separate Site Per Country
One entity record under every market's pages keeps your facts consistent in each country, so the rankings and AI answers you earn in one market rest on the same facts as the next.
In SEO, your business and its facts are called an entity. AI keeps a map of what every business is and what it does. Each AI engine answers from what it has learned and looked up about you across many sources, and your website is only one of them. Country sites maintained against different records end up with conflicting facts.
Your Brand Codex, your brand fact sheet: the single source of truth for what AI says about you, keeps your published facts consistent across regional folders and separate domains, while hreflang tells Google which version serves which country. Two Sprints build it. The Showstopper Sensor (Sprint 1) publishes approved answers to the questions that stop a purchase. Entity Hardening (Sprint 2), Aemorph's technical entity SEO sprint, builds the technical layer that tells search engines and AI who you are.
Translation and hreflang are localisation work. Aemorph adds a cross-market check that each market's pages state the same facts, and its diagnostic method tests AI answers country by country for multi-market brands. Google no longer supports Search Console's country-targeting setting and continues to use hreflang tags. International SEO extends entity-first SEO into every market a business enters.

SEO (search engine optimisation) earns your place in Google's regular results. AEO (answer engine optimisation) gets you quoted in Google's answer features. GEO (generative engine optimisation) gets you named in AI chats. Aemorph runs all three at the same time in each market, in one content programme: the same pages are built to rank, to be quoted in Google's AI answers and to be cited in the AI chats. GEO work starts on day one and goes live once the content is published and the changes are in place, with bottom-of-funnel pages first. The three parts of the LLM Influencer System run in every package.
The three Singapore agencies that quoted Aemorph in June 2026 gate GEO behind SEO or bundle it with SEO. Source: agency quotes collected by Aemorph, June 2026.
Your facts split across markets in four recurring ways:
- Breaks when hreflang pairs run one way, which makes Google ignore the tags.
- Splits when each market's agency writes its own version of the facts.
- Drifts when each market's sources describe the business differently.
- Stalls when SEO, brand, conversion and technical work sit in separate teams, a split Aemorph sees in many APAC businesses.
International SEO and Enterprise SEO, AEO and GEO share one foundation and differ in scope. For an enterprise with several divisions or markets, the same record extends into the enterprise engagement, which runs in every market Aemorph serves.

What is hreflang?
Hreflang is an annotation that tells Google which language and regional version of a page serves which audience.
It pairs a standard language code with an optional region code, such as en-SG or en-AU (the ISO 639-1 and ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 standards), and sits in the page's HTML head, an HTTP header or a sitemap. Google does not use hreflang or the HTML lang attribute to detect the language of a page; its own algorithms determine the language. Hreflang signals to Google which country version is intended for each searcher, and local SEO reinforces the business inside each market's local results.
What are the best practices for implementing hreflang tags?
Hreflang works when every page version lists itself and every alternate, and each linked page links back; Google ignores hreflang pairs that do not point to each other.
Best practice adds valid ISO language and region codes, an x-default fallback page and no automatic redirects by perceived language, and Google treats the HTML, HTTP header and sitemap methods as equivalent.

Aemorph's SEO Grows Organic Traffic in Singapore and Australia
Aemorph's SEO grows organic traffic for clients in both Singapore and Australia, and organic traffic brings buyers to you without a cost per click.
The corridor between the two markets is large: two-way goods and services trade between Australia and Singapore reached A$47.3 billion in 2023-24, and Singapore was Australia's 6th-largest export destination and 5th-largest import source. The two governments agreed an enhanced Comprehensive Strategic Partnership on 8 October 2025, covering 2025 to 2035. For search behaviour on the Singapore side, Aemorph's statistics hub tracks AI Search Statistics Singapore 2026 with a source and year on every figure.

International SEO Starts With a Free Strategic Conversation and an Audit
International SEO starts with a free strategic conversation and an audit, so you see where the opportunity in each market sits before you commit budget.
The work then moves into the Influencer Blueprint and runs on Attain or Apex, with both Sprints delivered inside the engagement.
- Book a free strategic conversation of 30 to 60 minutes, a presentation on a video call that Aemorph recaps by email.
- Audit what the AI chats state about your business, tested country by country. The AEO-GEO Audit, a scored check of how AI engines see your business, is the starting diagnostic; the ESAG audit, the enterprise SEO, AEO and GEO audit, adds a page-by-page site check of up to 1,000 pages.
- Plan production in the Influencer Blueprint, your SEO strategy and roadmap, which turns the audit findings into a production plan and a responsibility matrix.
- Run the engagement on Attain or Apex, two of Aemorph's five monthly packages. It holds your facts in each market and delivers both Sprints inside it: the Showstopper Sensor answers your showstopper questions, the buyer questions that stop a purchase when AI answers them badly, for each market in 30 days, and Entity Hardening produces the linked schema graph and the entity map in up to 60 days.
A standalone Sprint is a separate route: if you buy Sprint 1 or Sprint 2 on its own, you start with the free strategic conversation.
Every market page rests on one record, so the Showstopper Sensor publishes the approved answers for each market, and your nominated point of contact signs off the answers before Aemorph publishes them. One website that serves both markets gets one combined report; separate sites, for example a .com.sg and a .com.au, get a report each.
Google reads a page's market from its country-code domain, hreflang, server location and on-page signals such as local addresses, phone numbers, language and currency, and it ignores geo meta tags. Google also recommends a separate URL for each language version. Language tags follow BCP 47, the web standard for language codes, and W3C advises keeping each tag as short as possible, with a region added only where it distinguishes a version.

How to implement international SEO?
International SEO starts with an audit of what Google and the AI chats know about your business in each market.
The build follows with one verified entity record, a URL structure per market, reciprocal hreflang annotations with an x-default page, and market-specific pages that sit on that record. In the build, hreflang configuration runs through technical SEO, alongside canonicals and redirects.
What does international SEO with Aemorph cost?
Aemorph's work ranges from one-time audits from S$1,000 to enterprise monthly engagements from S$12,500 a month, and international SEO typically sits on Attain or Apex, quoted once Aemorph understands your requirements.
| Offer | Price |
|---|---|
| Audits | From S$1,000 one-time |
| Sprints | From S$5,000 per website |
| Influencer Blueprint (SEO strategy and roadmap) | From S$15,000 one-time |
| Entry monthly packages (Awaken, Anchor, Ascend) | S$2,500 to S$7,500 a month |
| Enterprise monthly engagements (Attain, Apex) | From S$12,500 a month |
Monthly packages are priced per market.
Your quote rests on four questions: which markets you serve, whether those markets sit on one domain or on separate domains, which languages the content needs and how the results are reported. One domain serves each market from its own pages with reciprocal hreflang; separate domains, for example a .com.sg beside a .com.au, each carry their own pages on the same record. Aemorph provides content in Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian and Chinese, and each language needs its own content, because Aemorph typically creates the English content first and then adapts it for each language. Prompt clusters, groups of related questions buyers ask AI about one topic, are tracked, but they do not set the price. Terms are set out in your quote.
Want the most value for your budget and prefer to run the work in-house? Leveraged & Scalable, Aemorph's community, teaches your team to plan and execute SEO, AEO and GEO with AI tools, using the same skills and templates Aemorph's team works from. Aemorph recommends it to businesses below about S$5M in revenue, and any business, at any size, buys Sprint 1 or Sprint 2 on its own. Below that level the first step is the free Hallucination Report, which compares what AI says about you with your website, or the free Money on the Table audit, both on tools.aemorph.com.
A client on a monthly package adds Sprint 1 and Sprint 2 to the engagement when the quote includes them; on the enterprise route both Sprints are delivered inside Attain or Apex. The monthly packages carry the 45-day outline guarantee: your complete Mathematical Market Monopoly outline, a plan of every topic your market asks about, within 45 days.
| Offer | What it includes | Best suited to | Guarantee or delivery time | How to start |

| Hallucination Diagnostic | 50 to 150 prompts across the four AI engines; included in Sprint 1 and in both audits | A test of what the four AI engines say about your business | Report in 5 business days | Request a quote |

Every monthly package runs on one delivery system that plans, prioritises, ships and verifies the work each month, so each new page builds on the last. Without that rhythm, publishing turns ad hoc and results become hard to forecast. All five packages include:
| Area | What you get each month |
|---|---|
| Campaign governance | A delivery and sprint plan, a backlog ranked by buyer-question group, and managed change control, dependencies and stakeholder updates |
| Performance reporting | A report on what moved, what shipped and what is blocked, with next month's priorities and risks |
| Tracking and measurement | GA4 and Search Console health checks, agreed definitions for the conversions you count (leads, bookings, calls and enquiries), and a maintained dashboard with annotations and data-quality notes |
| Search and AI visibility monitoring | Indexing and crawl anomaly checks, branded and non-branded trend tracking, and spot checks of Google AI Overviews and other AI answers on your priority topics |
| Technical hygiene | A fix list of quick wins for your developers, covering redirects, canonical tags, broken links and internal links, with every fix verified and documented once it is live |
| Structured data and publishing quality | Validated schema on every new page, pre-publish checks of formatting, metadata, internal links, images and alt text, and consistency checks so every new page meets the same standard |
Aemorph's international SEO is built for:
- Hospitals and healthcare providers entering a second market under that market's advertising rules.
- Financial services and insurance firmswhere one wrong fact in a new market costs trust.
- B2B SaaS and technology vendors selling into both markets.
- Professional services firms extending their practice across the two markets.
- Higher education providers recruiting students from the other market.
- High-ticket lifestyle and specialist services with buyers in both countries.
- High-ticket ecommerce businesses shipping between the two markets.
- Businesses at S$5M+ revenue that take on the full LLM Influencer System.
It is not built for buyers who expect a ranking guarantee in a new country, sites whose CMS does not let your team set hreflang, canonicals and redirects, or machine translation of a whole site at scale with no expert review.
How much does SEO cost in Australia?
Aemorph quotes Australian clients after the strategic conversation, on the output the business needs in each market.
An Australian business entering Singapore, or a Singapore business entering Australia, is scoped on its markets, its domains and its languages, and Aemorph lists its starting points on the Pricing page.
Aemorph Checks Every Regulated Claim Before It Publishes in Either Market
Aemorph checks every regulated claim before it publishes in either market, so your claims in a new market go live only after review and your sign-off.
Health claims are checked against PubMed, professional associations and government health authorities; financial and insurance claims carry disclaimers and no guaranteed outcomes, and Singapore medical and dental copy observes the Singapore healthcare advertising guidelines. Testimonials and before-and-after material appear only where the law permits. Your nominated point of contact signs off regulated claims before Aemorph publishes them, and you decide who that person is. You keep ownership of your domains, hosting, Search Console, GA4, ad accounts and CRM, and work with named accounts that hold only the permissions each person needs, under an access practice aligned with ISO 27001.
| Claim or data type | Where it applies | What Aemorph checks | Evidence standard | When |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Medical and health claims | Hospitals, clinics, dental, optometry | Conservative wording, no exaggerated promises | PubMed, professional associations, government health authorities | Before publication |
| Singapore healthcare advertising | Singapore medical and dental clients | Copy observes the Singapore healthcare advertising guidelines | The published guidelines | Before publication |
| Financial and insurance claims | Financial services, insurance | Disclaimers present, no guaranteed outcomes | Your point of contact's sign-off | Before publication |
| Testimonials and before-and-after | Every regulated vertical | Used only where the law permits | Your point of contact's sign-off | Before publication |
| Client data and access | Every client, in every market | Client-owned assets, named least-privilege accounts, ISO 27001-aligned practice | ISO 27001 alignment, not certification | From kick-off |

International SEO Keeps Every Market's Pages Consistent From One Record
Start with the Showstopper Sensor bought on its own: if the AI chats still miss your approved facts 30 days after your answers go live, you get your Sprint 1 fee back.
Consistent facts in every market are where your leads from search in each country start.
