Aemorph's local SEO gets your locations found in Google's map pack, the map listings at the top of local results, and in AI chats such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity.
It serves businesses whose leads and sales start with a nearby search. It builds one approved set of facts for each location: name, address and service area. This is local entity SEO: the map pack and AI answers read the same facts. It runs on the LLM Influencer System, Aemorph's SEO, AEO and GEO programme, with local additions. Australian dental business Smile Team grew organic traffic 125% in 28 months with Aemorph.

Local SEO Gets You Found by Nearby Buyers
Every local SEO deliverable maps to a result you measure: consistent listings, local visibility and what AI says about your locations.
Those results sit upstream of the calls, bookings and visits your local leads come from.
| Deliverable | What it fixes for you | What you measure | Where it shows | Timeframe |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Verified location and entity record | Inconsistent name, address and service details across directories and profiles | One consistent local record across your website, Google Business Profile and directories | Google Maps, Google Search, voice answers, the AI chats | Scoped from the audit findings |
| Local entity and service-area structuring | Generic city pages instead of a structured service-area record | A structured service-area record in place of generic city pages | Google organic and local search | Scoped from the audit findings |
| Local reinforcement across directories and citations | Conflicting listings undermine trust in your record | Your local record confirmed across directories and other sites that list your business | Google and the AI chats | Ongoing |
| Ground Truth Guarantee (an AI accuracy guarantee) on the Showstopper Sensor (Sprint 1), Aemorph's 30-day AI answer sprint | None of the three Singapore agency quotes Aemorph collected in June 2026 carried a factual-accuracy commitment | How many of your showstopper questions the AI chats answer with your approved facts | The AI chats | 30 days from publishing; work continues to 90 days in total |
What is local entity authority?
Local entity authority is Aemorph's name for one client-approved record of your business's name, location, service area and offering, confirmed across the directories and profiles that Google and the AI chats draw on.
In local SEO, these listings of your name and address on other sites are called citations. Your Google Business Profile is one input into that record, not the record itself.
Does local SEO still matter once AI assistants give recommendations?
Yes: local entity authority still matters once AI assistants give recommendations, because a chat answering "who's nearby" draws on many of the public sources behind local search: your website, your Google Business Profile, directories and reviews.
Consistent facts across those sources support both answers, the map pack and the AI recommendation.
Why Local Entity Authority Beats City Pages
Local entity authority beats a pile of city-named pages because one consistent local record brings nearby buyers to you across many searches, instead of one thin page per town.
AI keeps a map of what every business is and what it does. Each engine answers from what it has learned and looked up about your business across many sources, and your website is only one of them. When your name, address and service area agree across those sources, the map pack and the AI chats work from the same facts. When they are vague or wrong, each engine resolves the conflict itself.
A dozen thin city pages on top of a thin record add little to either result, however much volume they add. Your local build starts with your verified record, the single approved set of facts about your business:
- Confirms the name you trade under with you, so every listing points to one business.
- Matches the address across your website, Google Business Profile and directories.
- Maps the service area you actually cover, not a list of towns.
- Uses the name, address and service details you supply and approve as the single source for every listing.
City pages come second, built on that record. The local build sits on the same foundation as Aemorph's core SEO service, and the same base supports ecommerce SEO and a direct engagement with an SEO consultant.
How is this different from a Google Business Profile agency?
Google Business Profile management covers the listing itself; Aemorph's local SEO also reconciles your facts across your website, your profile and the directories that repeat them.
Where other sources carry contradictory facts, profile-only work leaves those sources unresolved.
Winning the Map Pack and the AI Answer
One verified local record supports both the map pack and the AI chats' answers to "best option nearby" or "who do you recommend", so nearby buyers meet the same business wherever they ask.
That record is the reference for the map pack, Google Search, voice answers and the AI chats, each of which finds and ranks information in its own way.
SEO earns your place in Google's regular results. AEO, Answer Engine Optimisation, gets you quoted in Google AI Overviews, featured snippets and voice answers. GEO, Generative Engine Optimisation, gets you named in AI chats. Aemorph runs all three at the same time, in one content programme, so the same pages are built to rank, to be quoted and to be named. GEO is planned from day one, with sets of test questions, a review of your structured data (code that labels your facts for Google and AI) and a check that AI tools reach and read your pages. It goes live once the content is published and the changes are made, by Aemorph or by your team. Pages closest to a purchase go first.
The LLM Influencer System runs three parts in every package:
- The Authority Truth Engine, on-site entity SEO and structured data, keeps one verified record of your business on your site.
- The Resonance Network, digital PR and third-party citations, repeats your facts on independent sources.
- The Multi-Surface Signal Machine, cross-platform, multi-format content, compounds your facts across platforms in text, images, audio and video.
The three Singapore agencies that quoted Aemorph in June 2026 sell GEO only on top of SEO or bundled with it. Source: agency quotes collected by Aemorph, June 2026.
For the AI-chat layer above local search, see Generative Engine Optimisation, which repeats the same record on other sites.

Aemorph Quotes Each Local SEO Engagement on the Output You Need
Aemorph quotes your local SEO on the output your business needs, after a free strategic conversation of 30 to 60 minutes, so the scope matches the return you are after.
The work runs on one of five monthly packages.
How much does local SEO cost?
Aemorph's local SEO work ranges from one-time audits from S$1,000 to enterprise monthly engagements from S$12,500 a month.
The price follows the output you need, not hours or keyword counts: more markets, more topics and more AI questions tracked mean more work.
| Offer | Price |
|---|---|
| Audits | From S$1,000 one-time |
| Sprints | From S$5,000 per website |
| Influencer Blueprint (SEO strategy and roadmap) | From S$15,000 one-time |
| Entry monthly packages (Awaken, Anchor, Ascend) | S$2,500 to S$7,500 a month |
| Enterprise monthly engagements (Attain, Apex) | From S$12,500 a month |
Monthly packages are priced per market.
Want the most value for your budget and prefer to run the work in-house? Leveraged & Scalable, Aemorph's community, teaches your team to plan and execute SEO, AEO and GEO with AI tools, using the same skills and templates Aemorph's team works from. Full details are on the pricing page.
The recommended first step, not a required one, is the Showstopper Sensor (Sprint 1). It publishes the answers to your showstopper questions, the buyer questions that stop a purchase when AI answers them badly, with the final output by day 30. It also produces the first part of your Brand Codex, your brand fact sheet: the single source of truth for what AI says about you.
Buy the Showstopper Sensor (Sprint 1) on its own and it carries the Ground Truth Guarantee: if ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity still miss your approved facts 30 days after your answers go live, you get your Showstopper Sensor fee back in full. Every monthly package carries the separate 45-day outline guarantee: your complete content plan within 45 days.
| Offer | What it includes | Who it is for | Guarantee or delivery time | How to start |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Money on the Table audit | Search volume in your market, your competitors and what they rank for, the expected click-through rate and your average revenue per sale | A first estimate of the revenue you are leaving on the table in search | Free; no guarantee attached | Run the free audit |
| Hallucination Diagnostic | 50 to 150 prompts across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity, built on your showstopper questions | A first test of what the four AI engines say about you; included in Sprint 1, the AEO-GEO Audit and the ESAG audit (enterprise SEO, AEO and GEO audit), so you do not buy it twice | Report in 5 business days, presented on a call | Request a quote |
| AEO-GEO Audit | AI crawler access, content crawlability, live AI search recall, training recall and visibility fragility, with an AI visibility score out of 100 and a prioritised fix plan | Your starting diagnostic before a plan or a monthly package; the ESAG audit adds a site readiness crawl of up to 1,000 pages for enterprise sites | AEO-GEO Audit, ESAG audit and technical SEO audit: each within 21 days of kick-off | Book a strategic conversation |
| Showstopper Sensor (Sprint 1) | The Hallucination Diagnostic, the full list of showstopper questions, your signed-off answers published as the LLM info page on your site, a report and a call | Businesses of any size that want the AI chats to answer their showstopper questions correctly; recommended, not required, before a monthly package | Final output by day 30; carries the Ground Truth Guarantee when bought on its own | Request a quote |
| Entity Hardening (Sprint 2), Aemorph's technical entity SEO sprint | A source-of-truth record, a linked schema graph, an entity map, the extended LLM info page and llms.txt, the Wikidata and Google Knowledge Graph work (an audit of existing entries, the edits to create or enrich them, reference sources and the links back to your site) and a dated baseline. Your developers or IT vendor implement Aemorph's specifications for the on-site files, and Aemorph verifies them. Aemorph makes the Wikidata edits and submits the Google Knowledge Graph updates itself; those records are reviewed by their own communities and systems, so an edit does not always stay in place, and Aemorph does not guarantee that it does | Businesses of any size that want the technical layer behind their facts; sold on its own or after Sprint 1 | Up to 60 days; no guarantee attached | Request a quote |
| Awaken | 1 group of buyer questions tracked in AI, at about half Anchor's pace | Emerging businesses with a lean team; accepted selectively | 45-day outline guarantee | Request a quote |
| Anchor | 2 groups of buyer questions (20 to 40 questions) tracked in AI, covering the top 20% of the topics your buyers search, over 12 months | Established businesses building out their core topics | 45-day outline guarantee | Request a quote |
| Ascend | 3 groups of buyer questions (40 to 80 questions) tracked, 3 new content pieces a month that repeat your facts across platforms, covering over half the topics your buyers search | Growth businesses competing for category share | 45-day outline guarantee | Request a quote |
| Attain | 5 groups of buyer questions (100 to 200 questions) tracked, 8 new content pieces a month across platforms, covering 95%+ of the topics your buyers search | Market leaders going for category saturation | 45-day outline guarantee | Request a quote |
| Apex | Bespoke multi-brand, multi-market scope, managed end to end with dedicated resources alongside your IT vendors, with a large set of buyer questions tracked across the AI engines for wrong answers about your brand | Enterprise and recurring-revenue (SaaS) businesses with several products, brands or markets | 45-day outline guarantee | Request a quote |
Terms: every monthly package carries the 45-day outline guarantee. Full terms
Every monthly package runs on one delivery system that plans, prioritises, ships and verifies the work each month, so each new page builds on the last. Without that rhythm, publishing turns ad hoc and results become hard to forecast. All five packages include:
| Area | What you get each month |
|---|---|
| Campaign governance | A delivery and sprint plan, a backlog ranked by buyer-question group, and managed change control, dependencies and stakeholder updates |
| Performance reporting | A report on what moved, what shipped and what is blocked, with next month's priorities and risks |
| Tracking and measurement | GA4 and Search Console health checks, agreed definitions for the conversions you count (leads, bookings, calls and enquiries), and a maintained dashboard with annotations and data-quality notes |
| Search and AI visibility monitoring | Indexing and crawl anomaly checks, branded and non-branded trend tracking, and spot checks of Google AI Overviews and other AI answers on your priority topics |
| Technical hygiene | A fix list of quick wins for your developers, covering redirects, canonical tags, broken links and internal links, with every fix verified and documented once it is live |
| Structured data and publishing quality | Validated schema on every new page, pre-publish checks of formatting, metadata, internal links, images and alt text, and consistency checks so every new page meets the same standard |
Aemorph's local SEO is built for organisations with three or more locations:
- Hospital and medical groups with three or more sites.
- Professional services firms whose clients search for the nearest of their offices.
- High-ticket lifestyle and specialist services that run a network of physical locations.
It is not built for individual clinics and other single-location businesses, a Google Business Profile refresh on its own, or a programme of one page per city with no verified record behind it.
Local SEO Starts With a Free Strategic Conversation and an Audit
Local SEO starts with a free strategic conversation and an audit, so you see where your locations stand before you commit budget.
The work then runs on a monthly package that opens with a review of your location record across Google, directories and citations.
- First contact. Book a free strategic conversation of 30 to 60 minutes, a presentation on a video call that Aemorph recaps by email. Aemorph responds within 24 hours to all communication.
- Diagnosis. Audit your baseline. The free Money on the Table audit estimates the revenue you are leaving on the table in search. The AEO-GEO Audit scores your AI visibility out of 100 as the starting diagnostic. The ESAG audit adds a readiness scan of up to 1,000 pages for enterprise sites. Each is delivered within 21 days of kick-off.
- Plan. Scope the build in the Influencer Blueprint, your SEO strategy and roadmap, built with your team after the audit. It turns the findings into a production plan and a chart of who does what.
- Recommended, not required. Answer your showstopper questions in the Showstopper Sensor, with the final output by day 30.
- Monthly package. Continue on a monthly package that reviews your location record across Google, directories and citations, then keeps it current and consistent across every location. Sprint 1 and Sprint 2 join the engagement when your quote includes them; on the enterprise route, both run inside Attain or Apex.
Below about S$5M in revenue, Aemorph recommends Leveraged & Scalable, its community, and accepts a small number of businesses onto Awaken, the first of its five done-for-you monthly packages. Any business, at any size, buys Sprint 1 or Sprint 2 on its own, starting with the free strategic conversation.
Who does the work on your local SEO?
Your local SEO runs with your own account manager and Aemorph's team: Kristine and Ryan, Senior SEO Specialists and Project Managers; Tent, Trinh, Wahyu and Minh, SEO Specialists; Michelle and Patrick, Content Specialists; Shiena, Web Project Manager; and Dom, Senior Web Developer.
Your account manager introduces the team members assigned to your account at kick-off, and every message gets a reply within 24 hours, in your business hours.
How long does local SEO take to show results?
Your first ranking movements show within 45 days of publishing.
Google and the AI chats respond only to content that is live, so the 45 days count from publication, not from the start of your engagement.

Aemorph Checks Regulated Claims in Local Listings Before Publication
Aemorph checks every regulated claim in your local listings before it goes live, in Singapore and Australia, so the claims nearby buyers read are ones your nominated point of contact has signed off.
Medical and dental group listings carry conservative health claims, checked against PubMed, professional associations and government health authorities. Singapore medical and dental copy follows the Singapore healthcare advertising guidelines. Reviews, testimonials and before-and-after material appear only where the law permits. You keep ownership of your Google Business Profile, domains and analytics, under an access practice aligned with ISO 27001.

Local SEO Builds One Verified Local Record Instead of City Pages
Your local SEO builds one verified local record instead of a folder of city pages, so the map pack and the AI chats nearby draw on the same facts about you.
Start with the Showstopper Sensor bought on its own: if the AI chats still get your showstopper questions wrong 30 days after publishing, you get your Sprint 1 fee back.
