Aemorph's ecommerce SEO gets your products found in Google and named when buyers ask an AI chat what to buy.
Shoppers buy from the stores they find, so being found in both is where your online sales start. Aemorph structures your products and categories as one consistent catalogue, known in the industry as product entity structuring. That one piece of work supports your product rankings and your AI shopping recommendations. Ecommerce SEO runs on the LLM Influencer System, Aemorph's SEO, AEO and GEO programme, with additions for online stores. Remarkable Furniture grew organic traffic 213% in 13 months with Aemorph's team.

Ecommerce SEO Gets Your Products Found and Picked
Every deliverable in Aemorph's ecommerce SEO maps to a result you measure, and those results sit upstream of your online sales.
Google and the AI chats find one consistent account of each product when a buyer asks what to buy.
| Deliverable | The problem it solves | Measurable outcome | Surface | Timeframe |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Product and category entity structuring | Products described inconsistently across titles, feeds and category pages | Discrepancies across titles and category pages identified, and across feeds when the quote includes them, with the corrections specified for your team | Google Shopping, Google Search, AI assistants | Scoped from the audit findings |
| Category taxonomy engineering | A flat or duplicated category structure confuses ranking signals | A de-duplicated taxonomy specification with one recommended primary category per product, implemented by your developers | Google organic and Shopping | Scoped from the audit findings |
| Off-site product reinforcement | Reviews, feeds and marketplace listings contradict the on-site record | Reviews, feeds and marketplace listings checked against the on-site record, with each discrepancy reported to you | Google, AI assistants | When included in the quote |
| Ground Truth Guarantee (an AI accuracy guarantee) on the Showstopper Sensor, Aemorph's 30-day AI answer sprint | None of the three Singapore agency quotes Aemorph collected in June 2026 carried a factual-accuracy commitment | How many of your showstopper questions the AI chats answer with your approved facts, with a full Sprint 1 refund if they still miss them; applies when Sprint 1 is bought on its own | ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity | 30 days from publishing; work continues to 90 days in total |
What is product entity structuring?
Product entity structuring is the discipline of describing every product and category as a verified, consistent record across the site, the feed and any third-party listing, so search engines and AI assistants find the same facts wherever they read them.
Aemorph checks four parts of the record and specifies the corrections, which your ecommerce team or developers make:
- Compares attributes such as size, material and model across the site, and across the feed and marketplace listings when the quote includes them.
- Flags pricing conflicts where the price in your structured data (code that labels facts for machines) differs from its landing page, currency or market, and checks feed prices when the quote includes the feed.
- Checks availability across the site, feeds and marketplace listings when the quote includes it, and documents discrepancies for your ecommerce team to correct.
- Recommends one primary category for each product within the taxonomy, with further collections mapped to it.
A rewritten title tag touches one page. Entity structuring touches the record behind every page at once.
Does ecommerce SEO work differently from service-business SEO?
Ecommerce SEO applies the same entity-first foundation as Aemorph's core SEO service, extended to a catalogue instead of a single service description.
A service business maps its organisation, services and locations. A store extends that work across its products and categories.
Why Product Entity Structure Beats Tag Optimisation
Product entity structuring beats title and meta-tag optimisation because one consistent catalogue record brings shoppers in on every product search, not one page at a time.
AI keeps a map of what every business is and what it does. Each AI engine answers from what it has learned and looked up about a business across many sources, and your website is only one of them. A catalogue whose attributes, prices and categories agree across those sources gives Google and the AI chats the same product facts. When your catalogue is described inconsistently, each engine settles the conflict itself, however carefully each title tag reads.
Tag-only ecommerce optimisation rewrites titles and meta tags one product at a time. Aemorph starts with the catalogue record behind those tags: whether the attributes, pricing and category placement agree. A better tag on top of an inconsistent catalogue adds little, so Aemorph structures the catalogue first and page copy second. The Remarkable Furniture case study below shows that order at work.
The same foundation runs through local SEO and a direct engagement with an SEO consultant, each strengthening its own record the same way.
Do AI assistants recommend specific products?
AI assistants name specific products in their answers, and consistent attributes, pricing and availability across the sources an assistant draws on make that recommendation more likely.
Where the quote includes it, Aemorph checks those facts across the site, the feed and third-party listings and specifies the corrections, which your ecommerce team, developers or marketplace account holders make.
Ranking Products and Winning AI Recommendations
One verified product and category record supports both your Google rankings and the product answers the AI chats give a buyer asking what to buy, so one budget serves both places your shoppers look.
Each engine looks up and recommends products in its own way, and one verified catalogue is the reference for both.
Product pages and feeds match the verified catalogue record, reviews and marketplace listings confirm it, and consistent facts across them shape the AI answer.
Aemorph runs SEO (earning your place in Google's regular results), AEO (getting quoted in Google's answer features) and GEO (getting named in AI chats) at the same time, inside one content programme. The same pages are structured to rank, to be extracted into Google's AI answers and to be cited in the AI chats. GEO work starts on day one, with sets of test prompts, a review of your structured data and an audit of how easily AI tools read and quote your pages. It goes live once content is published and Aemorph or your team puts the changes in place. Pages closest to a purchase go first.
The LLM Influencer System runs three parts in every package:
- The Authority Truth Engine, on-site entity SEO and structured data, keeps one approved record of your business on your site.
- The Resonance Network, digital PR and third-party citations, repeats those facts on independent sources.
- The Multi-Surface Signal Machine, cross-platform, multi-format content, compounds your facts across platforms in text, images, audio and video.
Generative Engine Optimisation reinforces the same catalogue record off-site, across third-party sources.

Ecommerce SEO Grew HiBye and Remarkable Furniture's Organic Traffic
Aemorph's ecommerce SEO grew organic traffic for a Singapore retailer and an Australian home-furnishings brand, and organic traffic brings shoppers to your products without a cost per click.
Both results come from the same team and SEO discipline that Aemorph's entity-first method grew from.
Case study · Ecommerce (home furnishings), Australia
Remarkable Furniture grew organic traffic 213% in 13 months.
Monthly organic visits rose from 3,883 in September 2019 to 12,172 in October 2020, in a competitive category. Aemorph advised consolidating duplicate categories and subcategories and redirecting every old URL to its correct new page, during a WordPress to Magento move of 2,000+ pages from October 2019 to March 2020, a six-month project. Organic traffic, flat for about 18 months before Aemorph started in September 2019, took off about four months after the restructure was implemented. Read the Remarkable Furniture case study

HiBye grew organic traffic 223% in four months.
Monthly organic visits rose from 325 to 1,049 between November 2022 and March 2023, early growth from a near-zero base. Read the HiBye case study

The recommended first step, not a required one, is the Showstopper Sensor (Sprint 1). It publishes the answers to your showstopper questions, the buyer questions that stop a purchase when AI answers them badly, with its final output by day 30. It also produces the first part of your Brand Codex, your brand fact sheet: the single source of truth for what AI says about you.
Buy the Showstopper Sensor (Sprint 1) on its own and it carries the Ground Truth Guarantee: if ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity still miss your approved facts 30 days after your answers go live, you get your Showstopper Sensor fee back in full. Every monthly package carries the separate 45-day outline guarantee: your complete Mathematical Market Monopoly outline, a plan of every topic your market asks about, within 45 days.
| Offer | What it includes | Who it is for | Guarantee or delivery time | How to start |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Money on the Table audit | Search volume in your market, your competitors and what they rank for, the expected click-through rate and your average revenue per sale | A first estimate of the revenue you leave on the table in search | Free; no guarantee attached | Run the free audit |
| Hallucination Diagnostic | 50 to 150 prompts across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity, built on your showstopper questions | A first test of what the four AI engines say about you; included in Sprint 1, the AEO-GEO Audit and the ESAG audit (enterprise SEO, AEO and GEO audit), so you do not buy it twice | Report in 5 business days, presented on a call | Request a quote |
| AEO-GEO Audit | AI crawler access, content crawlability, live AI search recall, and training recall and visibility fragility, with an AI visibility score out of 100 and a prioritised fix plan | Your starting diagnostic before a plan or a monthly package; the ESAG audit adds a site readiness crawl of up to 1,000 pages for enterprise sites | AEO-GEO Audit, ESAG audit and technical SEO audit: each within 21 days of kick-off | Book a strategic conversation |
| Showstopper Sensor (Sprint 1) | The Hallucination Diagnostic, the full list of showstopper questions, your signed-off answers published as the LLM info page, a page on your site written for AI engines to read, a report and a call | Businesses of any size that want the AI chats to answer their showstopper questions correctly; recommended, not required, before a monthly package | Final output by day 30; carries the Ground Truth Guarantee when bought on its own | Request a quote |
| Entity Hardening (Sprint 2), Aemorph's technical entity SEO sprint | A source-of-truth record, a linked schema graph, an entity map, the extended LLM info page and llms.txt, the Wikidata and Google Knowledge Graph work (an audit of existing entries, the edits to create or enrich them, reference sources and the links back to your site) and a dated baseline; your developers or IT vendor implement Aemorph's specifications for the on-site files, Aemorph makes the Wikidata edits and submits the Google Knowledge Graph updates itself, and those records are reviewed by their own communities and systems, so an edit does not always stay in place | Businesses of any size that want the technical layer behind the record; sold on its own or after Sprint 1 | Up to 60 days; no guarantee attached | Request a quote |
| Awaken | 1 AI prompt cluster tracked, about half Anchor's pace | Emerging businesses with a lean team; Aemorph accepts Awaken engagements selectively | 45-day outline guarantee | Request a quote |
| Anchor | 2 prompt clusters (20 to 40 prompts) tracked, the top 20% of the topic universe, a 12-month horizon | Established businesses building out their core topics | 45-day outline guarantee | Request a quote |
| Ascend | 3 prompt clusters (40 to 80 prompts) tracked, 3 signal assets a month, coverage past 50% of the topic universe | Growth businesses competing for category share | 45-day outline guarantee | Request a quote |
| Attain | 5 prompt clusters (100 to 200 prompts) tracked, 8 signal assets a month, 95%+ topic coverage | Market leaders pursuing category saturation | 45-day outline guarantee | Request a quote |
| Apex | Bespoke multi-brand, multi-market scope, managed end to end with dedicated resources alongside your IT vendors, with a large prompt set tracked across the AI engines for hallucinations about the brand | Enterprise and recurring-revenue (SaaS) businesses with several products, brands or markets | 45-day outline guarantee | Request a quote |
Terms: every monthly package carries the 45-day outline guarantee; the Ground Truth Guarantee covers Sprint 1 bought on its own. Full terms
Every monthly package runs on one delivery system that plans, prioritises, ships and verifies the work each month, so each new page builds on the last. Without that rhythm, publishing turns ad hoc and results become hard to forecast. All five packages include:
| Area | What you get each month |
|---|---|
| Campaign governance | A delivery and sprint plan, a backlog ranked by buyer-question group, and managed change control, dependencies and stakeholder updates |
| Performance reporting | A report on what moved, what shipped and what is blocked, with next month's priorities and risks |
| Tracking and measurement | GA4 and Search Console health checks, agreed definitions for the conversions you count (leads, bookings, calls and enquiries), and a maintained dashboard with annotations and data-quality notes |
| Search and AI visibility monitoring | Indexing and crawl anomaly checks, branded and non-branded trend tracking, and spot checks of Google AI Overviews and other AI answers on your priority topics |
| Technical hygiene | A fix list of quick wins for your developers, covering redirects, canonical tags, broken links and internal links, with every fix verified and documented once it is live |
| Structured data and publishing quality | Validated schema on every new page, pre-publish checks of formatting, metadata, internal links, images and alt text, and consistency checks so every new page meets the same standard |
Aemorph's ecommerce SEO is built for:
- High-ticket ecommerce stores on Shopify or Magento, where each order carries enough value to justify a verified catalogue.
- Stores selling across several marketplaceswhere listings drift from the site, when your quote adds marketplace listing checks.
It is not built for a title-tag rewrite on its own, or for product copy volume without a verified record behind it.
Ecommerce SEO Starts With a Free Strategic Conversation and an Audit
Ecommerce SEO with Aemorph starts with a free strategic conversation and an audit, so you see where your catalogue loses sales to competitors before you commit budget.
The work then runs on a monthly package that reviews category taxonomy and platform setup. Feed, off-site listing and availability checks are included only when your quote specifies them.
- First contact. Book a free strategic conversation of 30 to 60 minutes, a presentation on a video call that Aemorph recaps by email. Aemorph responds within 24 hours to all communication.
- Diagnosis. Audit your baseline. The free Money on the Table audit estimates the revenue you leave on the table in search. The AEO-GEO Audit, a scored check of how AI engines see your business, is the starting diagnostic. The ESAG audit, its enterprise version, adds a page-by-page site check of up to 1,000 pages. Both are delivered within 21 days of kick-off.
- Plan. Scope the build in the Influencer Blueprint, your SEO strategy and roadmap, which turns the audit findings into a production plan and a responsibility matrix. Below about S$5M in revenue, Aemorph recommends Leveraged & Scalable, its community, and accepts a small number of businesses onto Awaken, its done-for-you package. Any business, at any size, buys Sprint 1 or Sprint 2 on its own, starting with the free strategic conversation.
- Recommended, not required. Answer your showstopper questions in the Showstopper Sensor, with the final output by day 30, under the Ground Truth Guarantee when bought on its own.
- Monthly package. Continue on a monthly package that reviews category taxonomy and platform setup, and the product feed when the quote includes it, then holds and reinforces the catalogue record as your range grows. Sprint 1 and Sprint 2 join the engagement when your quote includes them; on the enterprise route, both run inside Attain or Apex.
Who does the work on your ecommerce SEO?
Your ecommerce SEO runs with your own account manager and Aemorph's team: Kristine and Ryan, Senior SEO Specialists and Project Managers; Tent, Trinh, Wahyu and Minh, SEO Specialists; Michelle and Patrick, Content Specialists; Shiena, Web Project Manager; and Dom, Senior Web Developer.
Your account manager introduces the team members assigned to your account at kick-off, and every message gets a reply within 24 hours, in your business hours.
How long does ecommerce SEO take to show results?
Your first ranking movements show within 45 days of publishing.
Google and the AI chats respond only to content that is live, so the 45 days count from publication, not from the start of your engagement.

Aemorph Checks Regulated Product Claims Before Publication
Aemorph checks every regulated product claim before it goes live, and your nominated point of contact signs it off, so the pages that bring you sales carry only claims you have approved.
This applies to clients in Singapore and Australia. Health claims on products are checked against PubMed, professional associations and government health authorities, with conservative wording and no exaggerated promises. Reviews, testimonials and before-and-after images appear only where the law permits. You keep ownership of your store, domains, analytics and ad accounts, under an access practice aligned with ISO 27001.
