The Brand Codex for Singapore Businesses: The Verified, Machine-Readable Record of Your Business for Google and AI

For a Singapore business, the Brand Codex is one signed-off set of facts, published on your own site for Google and AI chats such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity to retrieve alongside every other source about you. Think of the Brand Codex as your brand fact sheet: the single source of truth for what AI says about you. Two Sprints build it. The Showstopper Sensor (Sprint 1) is a 30-day showstopper-answer sprint for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity; Entity Hardening (Sprint 2), Aemorph's technical entity SEO sprint, adds the structured data, the entity map and the llms.txt file. Bought on its own, Sprint 1 carries the Ground Truth Guarantee, an AI accuracy guarantee. In a market where most workers already use AI tools, accurate AI answers help keep your name on the shortlist, and Aemorph is headquartered at 34 South Bridge Road, Singapore.

The Brand Codex Tells Every AI Who Your Singapore Business Is

The Brand Codex publishes one approved record of your Singapore business in two parts: your showstopper answers and a technical layer that sets out your facts in a form machines read. Each engine chooses its own sources; the record gives it a consistent first-party reference in place of a patchwork of old mentions.

What the Brand Codex delivers, by part.

What is the Brand Codex?

The Brand Codex is the record of what the LLMs know and say about your Singapore brand. Your verified record, the facts your business supplies and approves, is built by the Authority Truth Engine, Aemorph's on-site entity SEO and structured data system; the Brand Codex is the record that system produces. Its showstopper answers part comes from Sprint 1 and its entity hardening part from Sprint 2.

What does the Brand Codex contain?

Inside the Brand Codex are your showstopper answers and six technical components, all generated from facts you approved.

  • Answers your showstopper questions in the wording your point of contact signed off.
  • Records one set of facts for each thing your business is or offers, drawn from a full copy of your site.
  • Connects your pages in one set of Schema.org code (a shared labelling standard) with fixed IDs.
  • Maps your business facts and how they relate, in a file for machines and a version for people.
  • Lists your site in an llms.txt index and extends the LLM info page from the full record.
  • Audits your Wikidata and Google Knowledge Graph entries; Aemorph makes the Wikidata edits and submits the Google Knowledge Graph updates that create or enrich them, with no guarantee that an edit stays in place.
  • Dates a baseline of what the Knowledge Graph, Wikidata and AI tools say.

Sprint 2, Entity Hardening: the technical layer of your Singapore Brand Codex

Entity Hardening (Sprint 2) delivers the technical layer of your Brand Codex in up to 60 days, so Google and the AI engines meet one consistent set of facts behind every page of your Singapore site. It is a one-time engagement that Aemorph sells on its own or after Sprint 1. The work starts from a copy of your website taken at kick-off, so later edits to your content are not captured, and Aemorph leaves your content as it is. Sprint 2 works to a single output and carries no guarantee.

PartWhat Aemorph producesWhyBuilt inImplemented by

Wikidata and Google Knowledge GraphAn audit of existing entries, the edits to create or enrich them, reference sources and the links back to your siteOther websites confirming the same facts; Wikidata removes thin entries that lack independent coverageSprint 2Aemorph, which makes the Wikidata edits and submits the Google Knowledge Graph updates itself; those records are edited and reviewed by their own communities and systems, so an edit does not always stay in place, and Aemorph does not guarantee that it does

What Sprint 2 produces and why.

Schema and structured data are infrastructure, and Aemorph prices and delivers them as infrastructure. Aemorph writes the specifications and files, your in-house developers or your Singapore web vendor install them in your website system (CMS), and Aemorph verifies them once they are live.

What does Sprint 2 leave out?

Content editing, content changed after kick-off, CMS implementation and any guarantee all sit outside Sprint 2. Your showstopper questions and their approved answers belong to Sprint 1.

Does Sprint 2 need Sprint 1 first?

No: Sprint 2 works on its own, and a Singapore business buys it alone or after Sprint 1. If Sprint 1 ran first, Sprint 2 extends its LLM info page from the full record. Buying either Sprint on its own starts with the free strategic conversation, a first call to see whether Aemorph fits. On a monthly package, the two Sprints join your engagement when your quote includes them; on the enterprise route, after the audit and the Influencer Blueprint, both run inside Attain or Apex, two of Aemorph's five monthly packages. Inside a monthly engagement Sprint 1 carries no refund.

The Brand Codex Replaces Scattered Fragments With One Singapore Record

The Brand Codex puts one deliberately built record of your approved facts in place of the fragments AI otherwise pieces your Singapore business together from, so the engines have your own version of the facts to draw on, not only a third party's. An engine answers from what it has learned and looked up about you across many sources, and your website is only one of them. Most of those sources were never written or checked by you, and none is necessarily current or correct. The Brand Codex sets your approved facts against three typical ones:

  • The old directory listing that still shows a previous unit number, a moved outlet or a phone line no one answers.
  • The review-site summary a machine falls back on when your own site says nothing clearer.
  • The competitor's comparison page that frames your business on a rival's terms.

With that record in place, the rest of Aemorph's work builds on it instead of starting again each month: the Authority Truth Engine and the ongoing SEO (search engine optimisation, for Google's regular results), AEO (answer engine optimisation, for Google AI Overviews, featured snippets, answer boxes and voice search answers) and GEO (generative engine optimisation, for citations and mentions inside ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity).

How do ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity read the Brand Codex?

All four engines read the live web; Perplexity does so by default. An engine that runs a web search pulls in a selection of sources. The LLM info page places your approved answers where engines find them, though each engine still chooses its own sources. An answer given without a web search relies on what the model learned earlier. ChatGPT, Perplexity and Anthropic have not confirmed that they read schema or llms.txt, so Aemorph makes no claim that they do; Google documents structured data for supported Search features, and Google held 92.16% of Singapore's search-engine market share in September 2026 (StatCounter).

How is the Brand Codex different from a website rebuild?

A redesign on its own neither verifies nor corrects your brand facts, and it does not test what AI answers say. The Brand Codex records the facts your business supplies and approves, tests AI answers against them and publishes the approved record, as a separate layer made for AI engines to look up rather than for visitors to browse. It does not independently verify your underlying business facts. Your Singapore site keeps its design and content and gains a Brand Codex alongside them.

Singapore Reads Your Record Through Google and AI at Work

Singapore buyers search mostly on Google and most Singapore workers used AI tools at work in 2024, so your Brand Codex has to be clear to Google first and to the AI chats at the same time. Google held 92.16% of search engine market share in Singapore in September 2026, with Bing at 4.53%. IMDA reports that 73.8% of workers used AI tools at work in 2024, while AI adoption stood at 62.5% among non-SMEs and 14.5% among SMEs, up from 4.2% in 2023. DataReportal counts 5.78 million internet users in Singapore, 98.4% of the population, as of October 2025.

The adoption gap between larger firms and SMEs leaves room in many Singapore categories for a smaller business with one clear, signed-off record to be the name the AI chats repeat. More Singapore figures are on the AI search statistics for Singapore page.

Aemorph Builds Your Singapore Brand Codex in Five Steps With Your Sign-Off

Aemorph builds a Singapore Brand Codex through one or both Sprints, and nothing goes live until your nominated point of contact has signed off the answers, so each answer Aemorph publishes is one your business approved. Your developers install the technical files.

  1. Sprint 1, 30 days. Aemorph runs the Hallucination Diagnostic, a test of what ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity say about you, and lists your showstopper questions; you answer them, and Aemorph publishes the approved answers as the LLM info page on your site.
  2. On publishing. For Sprint 1 bought on its own, the Ground Truth Guarantee clock starts on the day the answers are published.
  3. Sprint 2, up to 60 days. Aemorph copies your site at kick-off and writes the source-of-truth record, the structured data, the fact map and llms.txt, then makes the Wikidata edits and submits the Google Knowledge Graph updates.
  4. Implementation. Your developers or IT vendor install Aemorph's specifications and files in your website system or tag manager, and Aemorph checks the live implementation against those specifications. Aemorph also verifies your site in Google Search Console.
  5. Afterwards. The dated baseline becomes the starting point for later monitoring.

Who does the work on your Singapore Brand Codex?

Your Singapore Brand Codex is built by Aemorph's team, with your own account manager: Kristine and Ryan, Senior SEO Specialists and Project Managers; Tent, Trinh, Wahyu and Minh, SEO Specialists; Michelle and Patrick, Content Specialists; Shiena, Web Project Manager; and Dom, Senior Web Developer. At kick-off your account manager introduces the people assigned to your account, and every message gets a reply within 24 hours.

How long does the Brand Codex take to show results in Singapore?

Your first ranking movements show within 45 days of publishing. That is an SEO ranking milestone, counted from publication rather than from the start of your engagement. AI answers follow their own clock: the Ground Truth Guarantee checks ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity 30 days after your Sprint 1 answers go live.

Who needs a Brand Codex in Singapore?

Most Singapore businesses that buyers research through AI are a fit for a Brand Codex, though not every business is. It is built for:

  • Businesses in one of Aemorph's seven verticals that AI engines currently describe from fragments rather than a verified record.
  • Regulated healthcare and financial-services brandssuch as hospitals and medical groups or MAS-regulated firms, whose health or financial claims need sign-off before they publish.

It is not built for a business with no public website for Aemorph to copy, or for one that wants a visual redesign rather than accurate AI answers.

Aemorph Checks Every Regulated Claim Before It Enters Your Singapore Brand Codex

Every regulated claim Aemorph writes is checked before it enters your Brand Codex, and your point of contact signs it off before Aemorph publishes it, so each regulated claim Aemorph publishes carries your approval. You choose your point of contact: the business owner, the CMO or the risk team. The advertiser's obligations stay with your business. Singapore healthcare providers advertise under the Healthcare Services (Advertisement) Regulations 2021. ASAS, the advertising industry's self-regulatory body, regulates through the Singapore Code of Advertising Practice and states that it is not a clearing-house to approve all advertising before publication; responsibility for truthful advertising lies with advertisers and consumers. Enquiry and client data is handled under Aemorph's privacy policy, which names the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, and your domains, hosting, Search Console, GA4, ad accounts and CRM stay in your ownership.
