The Brand Codex for Australian Businesses: The Verified, Machine-Readable Record of Your Business for Google, Bing and AI

The Brand Codex publishes one approved set of facts about your Australian business for Google, Bing and AI chats such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity to retrieve, so the engines find your own facts beside every other source. The Brand Codex is your brand fact sheet: the single source of truth for what AI says about you. Two Sprints produce it: the Showstopper Sensor (Sprint 1), a 30-day showstopper-answer sprint for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, and Entity Hardening (Sprint 2), Aemorph's technical entity SEO sprint, which adds structured data, an entity map and an llms.txt file. Sprint 1 bought on its own carries the Ground Truth Guarantee, an AI accuracy guarantee. Accurate AI answers keep an Australian business on the shortlists where leads and sales start, and Aemorph, headquartered in Singapore with no office in Australia, builds the record remotely, in Australian business hours.

The Brand Codex Tells Every AI Who Your Australian Business Is

The Brand Codex tells every AI who your Australian business is, in one record with two parts: the answers you want the AI chats to give, and a technical layer that states your facts in machine-readable form. Each engine still chooses its own sources; the record gives every engine a consistent first-party reference in place of a guess from old listings.

What the Brand Codex delivers, by part.

What is the Brand Codex?

The Brand Codex is the record of what the LLMs know and say about your Australian brand. The Authority Truth Engine, on-site entity SEO and structured data, is the system that builds your verified record, the facts your business supplies and approves; the Brand Codex is the record itself. Sprint 1 produces its showstopper answers part and Sprint 2 its entity hardening part.

What does the Brand Codex contain?

The Brand Codex holds your showstopper answers and six technical components, each built from your own approved facts.

  • Answers your showstopper questions in the wording your point of contact signed off.
  • Records one set of facts for each thing your business is or offers, drawn from a full copy of your site.
  • Connects your pages in one set of Schema.org code (a shared labelling standard) with fixed IDs.
  • Maps your business facts and how they relate, in a file for machines and a version for people.
  • Lists your site in an llms.txt index and extends the LLM info page from the full record.
  • Audits your Wikidata and Google Knowledge Graph entries; Aemorph makes the Wikidata edits and submits the Google Knowledge Graph updates that create or enrich them, with no guarantee that an edit stays in place.
  • Dates a baseline of what the Knowledge Graph, Wikidata and AI tools say.

Sprint 2, Entity Hardening: the technical layer of your Australian Brand Codex

Entity Hardening (Sprint 2) produces the technical layer of your Brand Codex within 60 days, so Google, Bing and the AI engines find one consistent set of facts behind every page on your Australian site. It is a one-time engagement, sold on its own or after Sprint 1. Aemorph builds it from a copy of your website taken at kick-off, so content you change after kick-off is not captured, and Aemorph does not edit or rewrite your content. Sprint 2 works to one output and carries no guarantee.

PartWhat Aemorph producesWhyBuilt inImplemented by
Source-of-truth recordA full copy of your site turned into a list of everything your business is and offers, a map of your page addresses and one set of facts for eachEvery later file is generated from one record, so the code, the fact map and the public records tell the same storySprint 2, from the kick-off copyAemorph; the record is a working file with nothing to install
Linked schema graphAn audit of existing schema, one connected set of Schema.org code with fixed IDs, page templates, a tested worked example and a plan for adding the code through your website system or tag managerStructured data labels facts for search engines; connected code shows that the pages describe one organisationSprint 2Your developers or IT vendor, from Aemorph's plan
Entity mapA fact map for machines and a version for peopleYour own briefing of who the business is and how its parts relateSprint 2Your developers or IT vendor, from Aemorph's files

Wikidata and Google Knowledge GraphAn audit of existing entries, the edits to create or enrich them, reference sources and the links back to your siteOther websites confirming the same facts; Wikidata removes thin entries that lack independent coverageSprint 2Aemorph, which makes the Wikidata edits and submits the Google Knowledge Graph updates itself; those records are edited and reviewed by their own communities and systems, so an edit does not always stay in place, and Aemorph does not guarantee that it does
BaselineA dated record of what the Knowledge Graph, Wikidata and AI tools sayThe starting point for later monitoringSprint 2Aemorph; a dated record with nothing to install

What Sprint 2 produces and why.

Aemorph treats schema and structured data as infrastructure and sells them that way: Aemorph writes the specifications and files, your developers, IT team or existing Australian web vendor install them in your website system (CMS), and Aemorph checks them once they are live.

What does Sprint 2 leave out?

Sprint 2 leaves out content editing, content changed after kick-off, CMS implementation and any guarantee. Your showstopper questions and their approved answers belong to Sprint 1.

Does Sprint 2 need Sprint 1 first?

No: Sprint 2 stands alone, and an Australian business buys it on its own or after Sprint 1. Where Sprint 1 came first, Sprint 2 extends the Sprint 1 LLM info page from the full record. A business buying Sprint 1 or Sprint 2 on its own starts with the free strategic conversation, a first video call to see whether Aemorph fits. On a monthly package, Sprint 1 and Sprint 2 join your engagement when your quote includes them; on the enterprise route both Sprints run inside Attain or Apex, two of Aemorph's five monthly packages, after the audit and the Influencer Blueprint. Inside a monthly engagement Sprint 1 carries no refund.

The Brand Codex Replaces Scattered Fragments With One Australian Record

The Brand Codex sets one deliberately built record of your approved facts against the fragments AI otherwise describes your Australian business from, so the engines have your version of the facts to draw on, not only someone else's. Each engine answers from what it has learned and looked up about your business across many sources, and your website is only one of them. You did not write or check most of those sources, and none of them is necessarily current or correct. The Brand Codex sets your approved facts against three common ones:

  • The old directory listing that still shows a former address, a closed location or a service you stopped offering.
  • The review-site summary a machine borrows when your own site gives it nothing clearer.
  • The competitor's comparison page that describes your business on a rival's terms.

Once the record exists, the rest of Aemorph's work reinforces it instead of starting from nothing each month: the Authority Truth Engine and the ongoing SEO (search engine optimisation, for Google's and Bing's regular results), AEO (answer engine optimisation, for Google AI Overviews, featured snippets, answer boxes and voice search answers) and GEO (generative engine optimisation, for citations and mentions inside ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity).

How do ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity read the Brand Codex?

All four engines read the live web; Perplexity does so by default. When an engine runs a web search, it pulls in selected sources. The LLM info page puts your approved answers where engines find them, and each engine still picks its own sources. An answer given without a web search draws on what the AI model learned earlier. ChatGPT, Perplexity and Anthropic have not confirmed that they read schema or llms.txt, so Aemorph makes no claim that they do; Google documents structured data for supported Search features. Bing held 9.17% of search engine market share in Australia in September 2026 (StatCounter).

How is the Brand Codex different from a website rebuild?

A visual redesign alone does not verify or correct your brand facts, and it does not test what AI answers say. The Brand Codex organises the facts your business supplies and approves, tests AI answers against them and publishes the approved record, as a separate layer built for AI engines to look up, not for people to browse. Aemorph does not independently verify your underlying business facts. Your Australian site keeps its design and content, and still gains a Brand Codex.

Australia Reads Your Record in Two Search Engines and Four AI Chats

An Australian Brand Codex has to hold in Google and Bing as well as in the AI chats, because Bing takes close to one Australian search in ten and close to half of Australian adults have recently used a generative AI tool. Google held 87.9% of search engine market share in Australia in September 2026 and Bing 9.17%. Google rolled out AI Overviews Australia-wide on 29 October 2024 and began rolling out AI Mode in Australia in English on 8 October 2025. Australia had 2,814,778 actively trading businesses at 30 June 2026, each one a possible name in the same AI answer as yours.

Bing's Australian share is why Aemorph verifies your site in Bing Webmaster Tools as well as Google Search Console, and why the schema graph in Sprint 2 is written for both search engines. More Australian figures are on the AI search statistics for Australia page.

The Brand Codex Returns Accurate Answers Within 30 Days of Publishing

The first part of an Australian Brand Codex comes with a refund behind it: bought on its own, the Showstopper Sensor (Sprint 1) is correct in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity within 30 days of publishing, or a 100% refund of Sprint 1 and 60 more days of work. The Ground Truth Guarantee: within 30 days of publishing, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity answer your showstopper questions with the facts in your Brand Codex. If they do not, Aemorph refunds 100% of your Sprint 1 fee and keeps working on the answers for a further 60 days, 90 days in total.

Terms: the Ground Truth Guarantee covers Sprint 1 bought on its own; Sprint 1 inside a monthly package carries no refund; it does not cover Sprint 2 (Entity Hardening), search rankings or Google AI Overviews. Full terms

What does the Brand Codex cost in Australia, and what comes after it?

Aemorph Builds Your Australian Brand Codex in Five Steps With Your Sign-Off

Aemorph builds an Australian Brand Codex in one or both Sprints, and your nominated point of contact signs off the answers before Aemorph publishes them, so every answer Aemorph publishes is one you approved. Your developers, or your existing web vendor, implement the technical files.

  1. Sprint 1, 30 days. Aemorph runs the Hallucination Diagnostic, a test of what ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity say about you, and lists your showstopper questions; you answer them, and Aemorph publishes the approved answers as the LLM info page on your site.
  2. On publishing. The Ground Truth Guarantee clock, for Sprint 1 bought on its own, starts on the day the answers are published.
  3. Sprint 2, up to 60 days. Aemorph copies your site at kick-off and writes the source-of-truth record, the structured data, the fact map and llms.txt, then makes the Wikidata edits and submits the Google Knowledge Graph updates.
  4. Implementation. Your developers or IT vendor install Aemorph's specifications and files in your website system or tag manager, and Aemorph checks the live implementation against those specifications. Aemorph also verifies your site in Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.
  5. Afterwards. The dated baseline gives later monitoring its starting point.

Who does the work on your Australian Brand Codex?

Your Australian Brand Codex runs with your own account manager and Aemorph's team: Kristine and Ryan, Senior SEO Specialists and Project Managers; Tent, Trinh, Wahyu and Minh, SEO Specialists; Michelle and Patrick, Content Specialists; Shiena, Web Project Manager; and Dom, Senior Web Developer. Your account manager introduces the team members assigned to your account at kick-off, the team works with you remotely, and every message gets a reply within 24 hours.

How long does the Brand Codex take to show results in Australia?

Your first ranking movements show within 45 days of publishing. That is an SEO ranking milestone, and the 45 days count from publication, not from the start of your engagement. AI answers are measured separately: the Ground Truth Guarantee checks ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity 30 days after your Sprint 1 answers are published.

Who needs a Brand Codex in Australia?

A Brand Codex fits most Australian businesses a buyer researches through AI, and it does not fit every business. It is built for:

  • Businesses in one of Aemorph's seven verticalsfrom hospitals and healthcare providers, financial services and insurance to B2B SaaS, professional services, higher education, high-ticket lifestyle services and high-ticket ecommerce, that AI engines currently describe from fragments rather than a verified record.
  • Regulated healthcare and financial-services brands whose health or financial claims need sign-off before they publish.

It is not built for a business with no public website for Aemorph to copy, or one seeking a visual redesign rather than accurate AI answers.

Aemorph Checks Every Regulated Claim Before It Enters Your Australian Brand Codex

Aemorph checks every regulated claim it writes before it enters your Brand Codex, and your point of contact signs it off before Aemorph publishes it, so every regulated claim Aemorph publishes carries your approval. You decide who your point of contact is: the business owner, the CMO or the risk team. As the advertiser, your business keeps its obligations under Australian rules: health practitioners advertise under the National Law and Ahpra's advertising guidelines, and financial services firms follow ASIC's guidance on advertising financial products and services. Your domains, hosting, Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, GA4, ad accounts and CRM stay in your ownership.
