The PSG Digital Marketing Grant, Productivity Solutions Grant support for pre-approved digital marketing solutions, cut the cost of qualifying digital marketing for Singapore SMEs until it ceased on 29 September 2026; from 30 September 2026, the EDGE Grant replaced it. Enterprise Singapore administered the scheme. The PSG covered up to 50% of the qualifying cost of a pre-approved solution, and EDGE now supports up to 50% of qualifying cost for SMEs. If you are comparing marketing agencies in Singapore, the grant changes your real cost comparison between vendors.

What the PSG Actually Funded
The PSG funded a defined list of pre-approved solutions, not any digital marketing spend you chose, so your choice of vendor decided whether your budget qualified for support. An arbitrary marketing invoice did not qualify. The spend had to run through a vendor and solution with pre-approved status on the scheme, and the solution had to fall inside the scheme's pre-approved categories.
The PSG itself was not a marketing-specific grant. It covered pre-approved solutions across many business functions, and digital marketing was one of the qualifying categories, alongside categories such as accounting, HR and inventory management. Within digital marketing, pre-approved solutions typically covered services such as search engine optimisation, social media marketing and digital advertising management delivered by a pre-approved vendor. The same principle carries into EDGE: single-function digital solutions are pre-approved, and you build your package from them before you apply.
The audience that funded digital marketing reaches is large: Singapore had 5.78 million internet users and a 98.4% internet penetration rate as of October 2025 (DataReportal, Digital 2026 Singapore).
Aemorph's digital marketing listing runs as follows:
- Under the PSG: Aemorph's packages are listed as "DM Aemorph Digital Marketing Booster Packages v1.0".
- Under EDGE: the same packages are listed on SMEs Go Digital as "DM Aemorph Digital Marketing Booster Packages".
- Current listing: confirmed on IMDA's SMEs Go Digital platform.

What is the PSG grant for digital marketing?
The PSG grant for digital marketing was Productivity Solutions Grant funding applied to pre-approved digital marketing solutions, which let an eligible SME offset up to 50% of the qualifying cost of adopting SEO, social media management or digital advertising services from a pre-approved vendor. The scheme stopped taking new applications when it ceased on 29 September 2026.
What changed when EDGE replaced the PSG on 30 September 2026?
The EDGE Grant replaced the PSG, EDG and MRA on 30 September 2026, so new applications for grant-funded digital marketing now go through EDGE. Enterprise Singapore states that EDG, MRA and PSG ceased on 29 September 2026, and that ongoing PSG submissions and projects continue to be processed and claimed. EDGE supports up to 50% of qualifying cost for SMEs and up to 30% for non-SMEs, and caps support at S$100,000 a year across all activities, of which up to S$30,000 a year goes to single-function digital solutions, integrated enterprise systems and pre-scoped equipment; both caps refresh every 1 April. For a single-function solution, you build your package on IMDA's SMEs Go Digital platform, then apply on the Business Grants Portal.

Who Qualified for PSG Support
PSG eligibility rested on conditions Enterprise Singapore set, and three of them decided whether your digital marketing purchase qualified for support:
- Registration: your business was registered and operated in Singapore.
- Shareholding: your business held the minimum level of local shareholding Enterprise Singapore set.
- Solution: you selected a pre-approved solution from a pre-approved vendor for that category.
Those three summarise the test and do not replace it: Enterprise Singapore's PSG terms carried further business and project conditions.
EDGE sets its own eligibility criteria, support levels and caps. If you apply from 30 September 2026, confirm the EDGE terms in force on your application date rather than relying on the PSG conditions above. Even when your business meets the EDGE criteria, confirm that your chosen solution carries pre-approved status, since single-function digital solutions under EDGE are pre-approved solutions.
How much funding did the PSG grant cover, and what does EDGE cover?
The PSG covered up to 50% of the qualifying cost of a pre-approved solution, and EDGE supports up to 50% of qualifying cost for SMEs and up to 30% for non-SMEs. EDGE caps that support at S$30,000 a year shared across single-function digital solutions, integrated enterprise systems and pre-scoped equipment, within S$100,000 a year across all EDGE activities, so confirm the current percentage and cap before you budget a project around it.
How the Grant Changes the Vendor Decision
A pre-approved vendor changes your real comparison between agencies, because the grant applies to the vendor's pre-approved solution, not to marketing spend in general, so an otherwise more expensive vendor sometimes costs you less after funding support than an unapproved one. This held under the PSG and holds under EDGE. Compare quotes on sticker price alone and you miss it: the net cost after grant support is the number that matters for your budget and your ROI.
The AI solutions the PSG funded also carried measured operating returns. IMDA reported that Singapore SMEs that adopted AI solutions under the Productivity Solutions Grant achieved average cost savings of 52%, a measure of the savings the AI solutions produced, separate from the grant subsidy itself, and that SME AI adoption tripled from 4.2% to 14.5% in 2024 (IMDA, Singapore Digital Economy Report 2025).
IMDA's Singapore Digital Economy Report 2025 records that SMEs that adopted AI solutions under the PSG cut costs by an average of 52%, while SME AI adoption tripled from 4.2% to 14.5% in 2024.

Aemorph held PSG pre-approved vendor status, listed on Enterprise Singapore's PSG directory, and from 30 September 2026 offers the same packages under EDGE, where an SME receives support of up to 50% of the qualifying cost, subject to the eligibility and cap rules Enterprise Singapore sets. Aemorph also appeared as a source in ChatGPT before the switch: in a logged-out ChatGPT session on 4 August 2026, ChatGPT named Aemorph as a source for the queries "PSG SEO Singapore" and "Best PSG Vendor for SMEs".
Aemorph's PSG listing carried four pre-approved 3-month packages, each S$10,000 before the grant, and Aemorph offers the same four under EDGE: SEO and Content Marketing; AIO and Content Marketing; SEO and SEM; and AIO and SEM, where AIO stands for AI Optimisation, Citations and Mentions. IMDA's SMEs Go Digital listing shows an estimated grant claimable of S$5,000 per package, so each package costs you S$5,000 after the estimated grant at the SME support level. Every package opens with a digital marketing needs analysis and strategy and closes with a final report, training and a handover of digital assets. The Hallucination Diagnostic, the Showstopper Sensor (Sprint 1), Aemorph's 30-day AI answer sprint, Entity Hardening (Sprint 2), Aemorph's technical entity SEO sprint, the audits and the five monthly packages all sit outside the four grant-funded packages. The PSG SEO service page sets out what each package includes.
Terms: the KPIs written into the listing, such as at least 10% of keywords on page one within 3 months for the SEO lines, are listed KPI targets, not guarantees.
Did the PSG grant cover AI SEO, AEO or GEO work?
Coverage depended on how a specific solution was categorised on the pre-approved list, since newer disciplines such as AI SEO, AEO and GEO sat at the edge of established grant categories. AI SEO runs three layers together: SEO, search engine optimisation, earns your Google rankings; AEO, Answer Engine Optimisation, gets you cited in Google AI Overviews and featured snippets; and GEO, Generative Engine Optimisation, gets you cited in AI chats. Aemorph's own PSG listing included two packages with AI optimisation lines, covering work such as 90 to 120 ChatGPT sub-queries and citation and mention monitoring; AI search work outside a listed package did not qualify. Those two packages are among the four Aemorph offers under EDGE.
Getting the Application Right
Confirm applicant, solution and vendor eligibility before you sign a contract, so your project keeps its funding support; that discipline held under the PSG and carries into EDGE. The first PSG mistake was engaging a vendor first and checking eligibility afterwards, which risked a project running with no funding support attached because the vendor or solution never carried pre-approved status for the category. The second was underestimating the documentation a claim needed beyond a signed contract.
Enterprise Singapore's EDGE FAQ sets out the route for a single-function digital solution in five steps (Enterprise Singapore, EDGE Grant FAQ):
- Check your eligibility against Enterprise Singapore's current EDGE criteria; the FAQ states that the applicant is a business entity registered in Singapore with at least 30% Singaporean or Singapore PR ownership.
- Build your package from a pre-approved solution on IMDA's SMEs Go Digital platform.
- Apply on the Business Grants Portal before you start work or make any payment or deposit to a supplier, vendor or third party; the FAQ treats an application made after either as retrospective and states that retrospective applications are not supported.
- Complete the project deliverables and pay all project expenses in full.
- Submit the claim with the documentation Enterprise Singapore lists on the activity page.
| Check | What to confirm | Where to confirm | Risk if skipped | When |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Eligibility | The business meets Enterprise Singapore's current EDGE criteria | Enterprise Singapore's EDGE Grant page | The application fails on eligibility | Before choosing a vendor |
| Solution | The solution is a pre-approved single-function digital solution | IMDA's SMEs Go Digital platform | The spend falls outside the grant | Before signing |
| Package | The package is built on the platform before the application, and no work has started and no payment or deposit has gone to a supplier, vendor or third party | IMDA's SMEs Go Digital platform; Enterprise Singapore's EDGE FAQ | The application has no package to attach, or falls outside the grant as a retrospective one | Before applying |
| Funding | Up to 50% for SMEs or up to 30% for non-SMEs; S$30,000 a year cap shared across single-function digital solutions, integrated enterprise systems and pre-scoped equipment, within S$100,000 a year | Enterprise Singapore's EDGE FAQ | The project budget rests on the wrong net cost | Before budgeting |
| Claim evidence | The deliverables are complete, all project expenses are paid in full and the listed documentation is kept | Enterprise Singapore's EDGE FAQ | The claim stalls for lack of evidence | Throughout delivery and at claim |
