Scam Alert: How to Verify a Genuine Aemorph Contact

Use this scam alert to confirm that a contact really comes from Aemorph and to spot third parties who impersonate Aemorph staff, its brand or its payment channels. Genuine contact from Aemorph comes only from an @aemorph.com email address or from the phone number +65 8598 6771. Aemorph never asks for payment through an unverified channel, and its invoices arrive through the accounting platform Xero. Report a suspected impersonation to contact@aemorph.com; Aemorph responds within 24 hours.

Verify a genuine Aemorph contact.

If a contact looks suspicious:

  1. Stop before replying, paying or sharing any detail.
  2. Verify the request by contacting Aemorph yourself on a genuine channel. A sender address or a caller ID is easy to fake, so a match with the genuine details proves nothing by itself. Open Aemorph's website independently and ignore the links and numbers inside the suspicious message.
  3. Forward the message, number or payment request to contact@aemorph.com.
  4. Wait for Aemorph's reply, which arrives within 24 hours, before acting on the request.
  5. Report a scam attempt in Australia to Scamwatch, the scam reporting website of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. If someone has stolen your money or your personal or financial information, contact your bank or credit card provider straight away to stop any transactions, and make a police report through cyber.gov.au. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 000.

Aemorph's contact page lists every genuine Aemorph channel, so any detail outside that list marks a suspected impersonation.
