This policy tells people in Australia what personal information Aemorph's website collects, how Aemorph holds it, why it is used, where it goes overseas, and how to seek access, correction or make a complaint, and Aemorph commits to handling that information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act 1988. Personal information reaches Aemorph through the website enquiry form and, once you accept the relevant cookies, through Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel, all loaded by Google Tag Manager. Good Vibes Only Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202040199H), the company that owns the Aemorph brand and signs Aemorph's client contracts, is the organisation responsible for that information. Aemorph is headquartered in Singapore and has no office in Australia. Write to Kevin Dam, Aemorph's data protection contact, at privacy@aemorph.com with a request or a question about the policy; Aemorph responds within 24 hours.
The policy follows the matters the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) lists for a privacy policy under APP 1: the kinds of personal information collected and held, how it is collected and held, the purposes, access and correction, complaints, and disclosure to recipients overseas.
Who Is Responsible for Your Personal Information
Good Vibes Only Pte. Ltd. decides how the personal information collected through Aemorph's website is used, and Kevin Dam answers for it as Aemorph's data protection contact. In this policy, "Aemorph" means Good Vibes Only Pte. Ltd. Aemorph's headquarters in Singapore sits at 34 South Bridge Road #03-01, and Aemorph handles the personal information the website collects from there. Aemorph adheres to the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore) and commits to handling personal information about people in Australia in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. Kevin Dam is the contact for both, at privacy@aemorph.com.
What Personal Information the Website Collects and Why
The website collects the details you type into the enquiry form, the usage information Google Analytics 4 and Ahrefs Analytics record after you accept analytics, and the visit information Google Ads and the Meta Pixel receive after you accept advertising cookies. Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools report on how the website shows up in search, and Aemorph sends email through Resend and Bento.

Which kinds of personal information does Aemorph collect?
Aemorph collects contact and enquiry details you give it, usage and visit information about how you use the website, and email engagement information if you subscribe to its updates. The enquiry form asks questions that depend on the service you select. For organic search, they cover the markets you want to be found in, your business's approximate annual revenue and whether an agency or an in-house team runs the work. For paid search, they cover whether you already invest in search advertising and your monthly Google advertising budget. For content and strategy, they cover the type of content production you need, your monthly content volume and whether an agency or an in-house team produces it. Google documents that the default Google Analytics 4 set-up collects session statistics, approximate geolocation, and browser and device information, and stores a client ID in a first-party cookie to tell visitors apart.
How does Aemorph collect personal information?
Aemorph collects personal information directly from you through the enquiry form and the email sign-up, and through the website's analytics and advertising tools only after you accept them on the cookie banner. On a first visit the cookie banner sits over the page, and the page is not usable until you choose "Accept all" or "Choose settings". Google Analytics 4 and Ahrefs Analytics run only after you accept analytics, through "Accept all" or by turning analytics on in "Choose settings"; until then neither analytics tag runs. Turning analytics off later stops analytics cookies for you from that point. Google Ads and the Meta Pixel load only after you accept advertising cookies, and the "Cookie settings" link at the foot of every page changes your choice at any time. The enquiry form works whatever you choose. Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel and is not itself an analytics store. Aemorph's cookie policy places each tool in a cookie category and explains how you block or delete cookies.
Why does Aemorph collect, use and disclose it?
Each kind of personal information serves one purpose: an enquiry is used to reply to that enquiry, analytics information is used to measure how the website performs, advertising information is used to measure Aemorph's advertising, and subscriber information is used to send the email updates you asked for. With your consent to advertising cookies, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel also let Aemorph show its advertisements to people who have visited the website. Aemorph discloses personal information to the providers in the table above so that each tool does its job, and Aemorph stays responsible for the personal information it collects through each tool.
How Aemorph Holds Personal Information and Where It Goes Overseas
Aemorph holds website personal information on its providers' systems, not on local devices, and processing takes place in Australia and overseas: at Aemorph's headquarters in Singapore and in the countries each provider uses. Enquiries arrive in Aemorph's Google Workspace inbox. Google holds Google Analytics 4 data, Google Ads data and those enquiries on Google's systems. Aemorph protects them with two-step login on the Google accounts that hold enquiry and analytics data, and keeps no copy of that data on local devices.
The countries depend on the provider:
- Google: Google does not say which data centre holds a given record. Its published data centre locations are in the United States, Chile, Taiwan, Japan, Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany and the United Kingdom, and in the country where Aemorph is headquartered (Singapore).
- Vercel: Vercel hosts the website. The website's Vercel Functions are configured for Tokyo, Japan (hnd1), Singapore (sin1), Sydney, Australia (syd1) and Washington, D.C., United States (iad1). These are function execution locations; Vercel serves the website's pages from locations around the world, including locations outside Australia.
- Resend: Resend stores and processes email data in the United States.
- Bento: Bento hosts subscriber data in the United States on Amazon Web Services.
- Ahrefs and Meta: Ahrefs processes Ahrefs Analytics data, and Meta processes Meta Pixel data, on their own systems.
Where a provider processes your personal information outside the country where Aemorph is headquartered (Singapore), Aemorph uses providers bound by data processing terms that give your information a standard of protection comparable to the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore).

How Aemorph Uses and Protects Personal Information
Aemorph keeps personal information only for as long as it needs it for the purposes in this policy, and uses it for nothing else. Google Analytics 4 keeps event data for 14 months. Enquiries stay in Aemorph's inbox as the record of your correspondence, and Aemorph deletes yours when you ask. Bento keeps a subscriber's details until that subscriber asks Aemorph to delete them; an address that unsubscribes stays on a suppression list so that it receives nothing further. Aemorph sends its email updates only to people who subscribe to them, every update carries an unsubscribe link, and Aemorph stops sending within 5 business days of an unsubscribe request. Two practices set what Aemorph collects and how you confirm a genuine contact:
- The tools in the policy: the policy lists the tools Aemorph has placed on the website, and Aemorph collects personal information through those tools.
- Genuine contact: Aemorph contacts you only from an @aemorph.com email address or from +65 8598 6771, so a reply to your enquiry from any other channel is not from Aemorph.
Aemorph's scam alert explains how to verify a genuine Aemorph contact.
Your Rights and How to Make a Request
Aemorph gives people in Australia access to the personal information it holds about them and corrects that information when it is wrong, as part of its commitment to APP 12 (access to personal information) and APP 13 (correction of personal information).
- Access the personal information Aemorph holds about you by asking Kevin Dam for it.
- Correct personal information that is wrong, incomplete or out of date.
- Delete your enquiry from Aemorph's inbox, or your subscriber details from Bento, by asking Aemorph.
- Change your cookie choices through the "Cookie settings" link at the foot of every page, and stop email updates through the unsubscribe link in each one.
Send a request to Kevin Dam at privacy@aemorph.com or through the enquiry form on Aemorph's contact page. Aemorph responds within 24 hours to all communication.
How do you complain about Aemorph's handling of your personal information?
Complain to Aemorph first, in writing to Kevin Dam at privacy@aemorph.com, and if Aemorph does not resolve your concern you have the option of contacting the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. Kevin Dam, as Aemorph's data protection contact, reviews the complaint; Aemorph acknowledges it within 24 hours and sends you the outcome once the review is complete. The Personal Data Protection Commission (Singapore) is the other regulator for Aemorph's handling of personal data. The OAIC's own guidance asks people to complain to the organisation first, and says a person lodges a complaint with the OAIC when the organisation does not respond within 30 days or when the person is unhappy with the response. The OAIC takes complaints in writing, through the online form on its lodge a privacy complaint page, and not by phone.

If a Data Breach Happens
Kevin Dam assesses any suspected data breach within 30 days of Aemorph becoming aware of it, and Aemorph notifies the Personal Data Protection Commission (Singapore) within 3 calendar days of that assessment where the breach is notifiable. A breach is notifiable where it is likely to cause you significant harm or affects 500 or more people. Aemorph also tells the people affected, in Australia as anywhere else, where the breach is likely to cause them significant harm, so they protect themselves.
