Casa Dental Case Study: 94% Organic Traffic Growth in 10 Months, Read for Australian Dental Groups

Casa Dental, a dental practice, grew its organic search traffic 94% in a 10-month engagement with Aemorph, from 3,641 monthly organic visits in March 2023 to 7,074 by January 2024. Its top-three keyword rankings grew 88% over the same months, from 69 tracked terms to 130. For an Australian dental group, this is the kind of search visibility new patient enquiries start from.

Casa Dental almost doubled its Ahrefs-estimated monthly organic visits in 10 months, starting from a base it had already built.

The Practice's Search Position Before the Engagement

In March 2023, when the engagement started, Casa Dental already had a working base of organic traffic and top-three rankings, shown in the table above. That base is the starting line for every result that follows.

Why does an established Australian dental practice still need a more complete online record?

In Aemorph's working model, a page dedicated to one treatment helps a search engine judge its relevance for searches that name that treatment. Rankings depend on other signals as well, so an Australian practice that already draws traffic still has room to grow wherever a treatment has no page of its own.

What Aemorph Did for Casa Dental

Over 10 months, from March 2023 to January 2024, the same team and SEO discipline the entity-first method grew from ran an SEO (search engine optimisation) engagement for Casa Dental built around its four main service pages, the pages patient searches lead to. Across the engagement, Aemorph:

  1. Optimised the four main service pages.
  2. Created supplementary content for the site.
  3. Built high-quality backlinks.

Casa Dental's published case record reports movement from page three to page one of Google within six months. If your Australian practice already draws steady traffic but its main service pages rank too low to be seen in Google or Bing, this is the work that moved Casa Dental.

On any dental website, Aemorph's general SEO method also covers three foundations: one checked record of the practice (its name, location, credentials, treatments and specialisms), a separate page for each treatment area instead of general dental copy that spreads across several treatments, and dental directories and review platforms matched to that record.

What changes when an Australian dental practice's record covers every treatment separately?

A dedicated treatment page gives search engines a focused match for a treatment-specific query, such as a named procedure, while a general dentistry page covers several treatments together. That supports relevance for the searches Australian patients run, and rankings still depend on other signals too.

The Results: Verified Traffic and Keyword Growth

By January 2024, Casa Dental drew 7,074 Ahrefs-estimated organic visits a month and held top-three rankings for 130 search terms. Aemorph's engagements run from four months to nearly eight years, so seven of the ten case-study results are normalised to a twelve-month equivalent with a compound annual growth rate, and three short-window results are not. The table shows the raw and the annualised figure for both traffic and top-three keywords.

How is the annualised growth figure calculated?

The annualised figure equals the end value divided by the start value, raised to the power of twelve over the number of months, minus one. For Casa Dental's 10 months, that turns the 94% raw traffic rise into 122% a year and the 88% keyword rise into 114% a year, twelve-month equivalents that compare fairly with a shorter or longer engagement.

Dental Search and Patient Advertising in Australia

Google held 87.9% of search engine market share in Australia in September 2026 and Bing held 9.17% (StatCounter), and Aemorph verifies Australian client sites in both Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools. Google AI Overviews rolled out Australia-wide on 29 October 2024. Ahrefs' Australian data shows Google AI Overviews citing Smile Team, an Australian orthodontics group and Aemorph client, for 223 Australian search terms with 22,650 combined monthly searches. These are Google AI Overview citations, not AI chat citations. More Australian figures are on the AI search statistics for Australia page.

What This Result Demonstrates for Australian Practices

Casa Dental's result shows that a practice with an established base still grows when its main service pages are optimised and supported by high-quality backlinks: traffic nearly doubled on top of existing visits, not from a low start. The figures record what changed between March 2023 and January 2024, not which part of the work caused each change. Smile Team, an Australian orthodontics group, shows the longer view: 2,506 to 5,629 monthly visits in 28 months, 125%, or 41% a year (Smile Team case study).

Casa Dental's figures record a past organic SEO engagement. Today Aemorph runs SEO, AEO and GEO together in the LLM Influencer System, and GEO (generative engine optimisation) is the part that gets a named treatment cited inside ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, not only ranked on a Google results page. SEO earns rankings in Google's and Bing's regular results, and AEO (answer engine optimisation) gets you quoted in Google AI Overviews, featured snippets, answer boxes and voice search answers.

Replicate This Result With Local SEO in Australia

Aemorph's local SEO service builds a complete, treatment-by-treatment record as a first step for an Australian dental or medical group with three or more locations competing on location-based search. The same record supports broader SEO, GEO and Aemorph's work with hospitals and medical groups.

Bought on its own, the Showstopper Sensor carries the Ground Truth Guarantee: correct in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity within 30 days of publishing, or a 100% refund of Sprint 1 and 60 more days of work.

Terms: the Ground Truth Guarantee covers Sprint 1 bought on its own; Sprint 1 inside a monthly package carries no refund; it does not cover Sprint 2 (Entity Hardening), search rankings or Google AI Overviews. Full terms
