Synapxe Case Study: 245% Organic Traffic Growth in 7 Months After a 4,000+ Page Sitecore Migration in Singapore

Synapxe, Singapore's HealthTech agency and a past Aemorph client, saw organic search traffic rise 245% over seven months once Aemorph had planned the move of its 4,000+ page website to Sitecore: Ahrefs-estimated monthly organic visits went from 6,372 in August 2023, the first full month after the July 2023 launch, to 21,953 in March 2024. Aemorph planned the migration and supported the post-launch work set out below. For a large Singapore organisation, a migration that keeps its Google traffic and then builds on it protects the visits behind your enquiries, applications and leads.

By March 2024, Synapxe's monthly organic visits stood at more than three times their August 2023 level.

Synapxe's Website at Launch in Singapore

Synapxe.sg went live in July 2023 as a new domain, so its first full month, August 2023, is the starting point for every traffic figure on this page. The project ran from March to August 2023 and carried more than 4,000 pages from a custom CMS to Sitecore. No pre-migration baseline is recorded for the new domain, so the result tracks growth after launch rather than comparing the old site with the new one.

Why does a large migration put a Singapore organisation's search traffic at risk?

When a migration changes a page's URL, a 301 redirect to its relevant replacement sends visitors to the new page and helps preserve the search signals the old one had built. On a 4,000+ page site, each missed redirect, broken link or error page leaves one more buyer, patient or job applicant on an error page.

What Aemorph Did for Synapxe

Aemorph owned the plan, the redirect specification and the post-launch checks, and Synapxe's developers carried out the move, with the aim of keeping the authority the old pages had earned and growing from it. During the project and the work after it, Aemorph:

  1. Planned the move of 4,000+ pages from a custom CMS to Sitecore and specified the redirects.
  2. Specified redirects from each old URL with inbound links to its relevant new page, so the backlinks the old pages had earned point to live pages; Synapxe's developers implemented them.
  3. Fixed existing errors, including 404 (page not found) pages.
  4. Migrated the relevant articles and created new website pages.
  5. Recommended on-page changes matched to HealthTech job roles and the intent behind each search.
  6. Verified the result after launch, with Synapxe's developers implementing each change.

What does Aemorph check before a large Singapore site goes live?

Ahead of launch, Aemorph records every URL with inbound links, rankings or visits, pairs it with its new page and confirms your developers put the 301 redirects in place as planned. Once the site is live, Aemorph watches 404 errors and key pages in Google Search Console so any gap is caught early. The technical SEO service page sets out the full seven-step migration process.

What Singapore's Search Market Means for a Large Site Migration

Google held 92.16% of search engine market share in Singapore in September 2026 (StatCounter), so a Singapore migration is judged first on whether Google picks up the new pages. DataReportal's Digital 2026: Singapore reports 5.78 million internet users, 98.4% of the population, as of October 2025, and IMDA found that 73.8% of Singapore workers used AI tools at work in 2024. In Ahrefs' Singapore database, "synapxe" draws 4,100 searches a month.

The Results: Traffic Growth After the Migration

From August 2023, the first full month after launch, to March 2024, Synapxe's monthly organic visits rose from 6,372 to 21,953, more than tripling across seven months. Organic keywords also grew over the same period.

Why does Synapxe's result carry no annualised rate?

Synapxe's figures span seven months from a new domain's first full month, which makes them a short-window result with no annualised rate, treated the same way as EZRA Clinic and HiBye. The measured result is the raw change: 245% across seven months.

What This Result Demonstrates for Large Singapore Organisations

Synapxe's result shows that a planned migration, followed by error fixes, migrated articles and on-page work, came before a more than threefold rise in one large HealthTech organisation's estimated monthly organic traffic between August 2023 and March 2024. The comparison covers two dates, so it does not isolate which part of the work caused the change. For a Singapore site running to thousands of pages, the migration plan maps old URLs, redirects and launch checks, and post-launch work addresses errors and develops the site's search performance. Today Aemorph runs SEO, AEO and GEO (generative engine optimisation) together: the same pages are structured for Google rankings, for Google's AI answers and for citation in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity.

Replicate This Result With Technical SEO in Singapore

Aemorph's technical SEO service plans your migration, specifies every redirect and verifies the result, so a large Singapore site goes into its move with a tested plan for keeping its traffic. Organisations with several divisions or markets use enterprise SEO for the same discipline across the whole estate, and healthcare organisations start with SEO, AEO and GEO for hospitals and medical groups.

Synapxe's figures are organic SEO results. If you also want the AI chats stating your facts correctly, the standalone start is the Showstopper Sensor (Sprint 1), a 30-day showstopper-answer sprint for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. It publishes the answers to your showstopper questions, the buyer questions that stop a purchase when AI answers them badly, as the first part of your Brand Codex. Any business, at any size, buys Sprint 1 on its own; on the enterprise route, it runs inside Attain or Apex after the audit and the Influencer Blueprint.

Sprint 1 bought on its own carries the Ground Truth Guarantee. The Ground Truth Guarantee: within 30 days of publishing, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity answer your showstopper questions with the facts in your Brand Codex. If they do not, Aemorph refunds 100% of your Sprint 1 fee and keeps working on the answers for a further 60 days, 90 days in total.

Terms: the Ground Truth Guarantee covers Sprint 1 bought on its own; Sprint 1 inside a monthly package carries no refund; it does not cover Sprint 2 (Entity Hardening), search rankings or Google AI Overviews. Full terms
