Eye Concepts Case Study: 522% Organic Traffic Growth Across 56 Months

Eye Concepts, a multi-location eyewear retailer that also provides eye care, lifted organic search traffic by 522% during a 56-month SEO engagement with Aemorph, from 2,008 Ahrefs-estimated monthly organic visits in June 2019 to 12,483 in February 2024. A separate 10-month tracking window inside the engagement, March 2023 to January 2024, recorded top-three keyword rankings rising 292%, from 145 to 568 terms. For a Singapore optometry or eyewear group, read them as website-wide organic visibility from SEO (search engine optimisation); they do not measure rankings for each outlet or for nearby searches.

Organic visits a month ended the engagement at more than six times their June 2019 level.

The Group's Search Position Before the Engagement

The traffic series begins at 2,008 Ahrefs-estimated monthly organic visits in June 2019, and the keyword series has its own baseline of 145 top-three rankings in March 2023.

Why does an eyewear and eye care retailer in Singapore need a verified record for every outlet?

An outlet's own verified record, the set of facts your business supplies and approves, states where it is and what it offers, so a search that names a Singapore neighbourhood or a particular eye care service has a relevant outlet page to match. A clear address, opening hours and service list make that match precise.

Singapore Search Runs on Google, With High Internet and AI Use

Google held 92.16% of search engine market share in Singapore in September 2026 (StatCounter), so most of an optometry group's organic search visibility sits in Google. Bing held 4.53%, and IMDA reports that 73.8% of Singapore workers used AI tools at work in 2024. DataReportal counts 5.78 million internet users in Singapore, 98.4% of the population, as of October 2025.

What Aemorph Did for Eye Concepts

Over 56 months, from June 2019 to February 2024, Aemorph ran an SEO engagement for Eye Concepts that began with a content and link-building plan. During the engagement, Aemorph:

  1. Set the content and link-building strategy in June 2019.
  2. Published 24 blog articles in 12 months.
  3. Ran a link-building campaign each month.

Across the recorded engagement, estimated monthly organic traffic rose from 2,008 to 12,483.

For a Singapore group with several outlets, Aemorph's method rests on three foundations: one checked record of the group with its outlet locations, practitioner credentials and services; one page for each service at each outlet, so a search for a given service in a given neighbourhood finds a matching page; and health directories and location listings kept consistent with that record.

What does a verified record include for a Singapore eyewear and eye care retailer?

A verified record for a Singapore eyewear and eye care group lists every outlet address as its own entry, with the credentials of the practitioners there and the eye care services each outlet offers. The machine-readable entries state each outlet's address, practitioner credentials and services, consistent with its visible outlet page.

The Results: Sustained Traffic Growth and a Tracked Keyword Window

Eye Concepts reached 12,483 Ahrefs-estimated organic visits a month by February 2024, and during a separate 10-month tracking window its top-three rankings climbed to 568 terms, so its practices sat at the top of Google for many more searches.

How is the annualised growth figure calculated?

To annualise a result, Aemorph divides the end value by the start value, raises that ratio to the power of twelve over the number of months, and subtracts one. For the 56-month traffic period, the raw 522% becomes 48% a year, lower than the raw number because the period lasts more than four and a half years. For the 10-month keyword window, 292% becomes 415% a year. Both are annualised equivalents of two endpoints, not month-by-month growth rates. Short engagements from a low base, such as EZRA Clinic and HiBye, are reported raw and not annualised.

What This Result Demonstrates for Singapore Practice Groups

For a Singapore group with several outlets, the record is plain: a programme of 24 articles over 12 months and monthly link building, and across the 56-month traffic window, estimated organic visits up 522%, equivalent to 48% a year annualised. The figures compare two dates, so they do not show which part of the work drove the change. The keyword figures belong to their own 10-month window, March 2023 to January 2024, with no earlier keyword baseline. Aemorph's current programme, the LLM Influencer System, runs SEO, AEO and GEO (generative engine optimisation) together: the same pages are structured for ranking, for Google's AI answers and for citation in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity.

Singapore Optometry Registration and Advertising Rules Sit With the Provider

In Singapore, optometrists and opticians who serve the public register with the Optometrists & Opticians Board and hold a valid Practising Certificate; those are professional obligations of the practitioner. Advertising rules are a separate question: Singapore healthcare providers advertise under the Healthcare Services (Advertisement) Regulations 2021, and whether they apply depends on the licensed healthcare services your outlets provide, so confirm the scope for your own services. Aemorph checks health claims against PubMed, professional associations and government health authorities, and your nominated point of contact signs off each regulated claim before Aemorph publishes it. Aemorph is not a law firm. The MOH healthcare advertising rules guide explains the regulations.
