SEO Services in Singapore: Entity-First SEO That Ranks in Google and Gets Cited by AI

Aemorph's SEO services get your Singapore business found in Google and named in the AI chats your buyers ask, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. Singapore buyers shortlist the businesses they find, so being found in Google and in AI answers is where your leads and sales start. Aemorph builds your SEO on one verified record of the facts about your business, known in the industry as entity SEO, and that one build feeds your rankings and your AI answers. SEO is step 1 of the LLM Influencer System, Aemorph's SEO, AEO and GEO programme. Organic growth compounds: NCS Singapore grew organic traffic 475% in 16 months with Aemorph's team.

Aemorph's SEO Ties Every Singapore Deliverable to a Measurable Outcome

Every deliverable in Aemorph's SEO maps to a result you measure in Singapore: rankings, traffic or what AI says about you.

Those numbers sit upstream of your leads and sales. You get a technical foundation, pages structured around what Singapore buyers search for, and the off-site sources Google and AI both read.

What is entity-first SEO?

Entity-first SEO builds one verified record of what your business is, what it does and who it serves, then structures your pages, technical signals and off-site sources around that record instead of around single keywords.

Google and each AI engine build their own picture of your business from many sources. Aemorph builds the record from the facts your business supplies and approves, so the sources in your engagement carry a consistent set of approved facts.

Yes: Aemorph builds links for Singapore businesses as one part of the entity reinforcement work, never as the only lever.

Links work best when they point at a business described consistently. Aemorph pairs link building with the technical and on-site work above, so every link from a Singapore or industry source supports facts that hold up.

Why Entity-First SEO Outranks Keyword-Chasing in Singapore Categories

Aemorph builds SEO entity-first because, in Aemorph's working model, one consistent record of your business supports the many related searches Singapore buyers make, not one keyword at a time.

In SEO, your business is an entity and its facts describe it, hence "entity-first". Each engine answers from what it has learned and looked up about you across many sources, and your website is only one of them. When those sources describe your business clearly and consistently, Google and the AI engines work from the same facts. Vague or conflicting sources weaken the evidence Google and AI chats use to describe your business, however many pages target the keyword.

A keyword-only campaign chases rankings one search at a time while Google's rules keep shifting, and its ranking report says nothing about what an AI chat tells your buyers. Aemorph builds your SEO on your verified record, the facts your business supplies and approves. One build then supports your search visibility and your AI answers. Rankings follow those facts, not the other way round.

The same foundation runs through three specialisms for Singapore businesses:

  • Competes for the map pack, the map listings at the top of local results, through local SEO, when you run three or more outlets or clinics.
  • Structures your product and category catalogue through ecommerce SEO, so every product reads as one consistent record.
  • Gives you a named account manager through an engagement with an SEO consultant, when you want direct strategic access.

Is SEO still worth it in Singapore in 2027?

Yes: SEO is still worth it in Singapore in 2027, because Google search and the AI chats both draw on what your site and other sources say about you.

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity often search the web when they answer, and the pages they find are the pages SEO makes findable. What has changed is the job: SEO now has to make your facts clear enough to be quoted, not only rank a page. Aemorph does not guarantee rankings; no one controls Google's results.

Singapore's Search Market Runs on Google and AI at Work

Google holds more than nine tenths of StatCounter's reported search engine market share in Singapore, and most Singapore workers reported using AI tools at work in 2024, so your SEO has to make your facts clear to Google and to the AI chats at the same time.

Google held 92.16% of search engine market share in Singapore in September 2026, with Bing at 4.53% (StatCounter). DataReportal's Digital 2026: Singapore reports 5.78 million internet users, 98.4% of the population, as of October 2025. In 2024, 73.8% of workers reported using AI tools at work, and AI adoption reached 62.5% among non-SMEs against 14.5% among SMEs.

With Google's share above 92%, your Singapore SEO centres on Google: on-page work builds your organic visibility, your Google Business Profile supports eligible local visibility, and Search Console supplies the performance and indexing evidence Aemorph reports on. The gap between larger firms and SMEs in AI adoption also leaves room in many Singapore categories for a business with one clear, verified record to become the name the AI chats repeat.

Aemorph Builds SEO to Be Cited as Well as Ranked, Because AI Summaries Change What Searchers Click

Aemorph builds your SEO to be cited as well as ranked: in a US study, searchers clicked a traditional result on 8% of visits that showed a Google AI summary, against 15% of visits that did not.

Fewer clicks go to the results below an answer, so being named inside the answer becomes part of the job. Aemorph measures both, and promises neither a ranking nor a citation.

Measure (US adults, March 2025)Visits with a Google AI summaryVisits without one
Searcher clicked a traditional result8%15%
Visit ended on the search page26%16%
Searcher clicked a link inside the AI summary1%Not applicable

Sources: Pew Research Center, July 2025 and others

The sources AI chats cite are not the sources Google ranks. In a preprint that tested US and Canadian English queries, AI search engines took 69% to 92% of their cited sources from earned media, meaning third-party sites, across automotive, consumer electronics and software queries. Google's top results drew 32% to 54% from earned media in the same tests. For local services, the share of AI-cited domains that also appeared in Google's results ranged from 0.1% for IT support to 20.6% for home cleaning. A page that ranks well can therefore still be missing from the AI answer.

That is why Aemorph's off-site reinforcement works on the third-party sources AI reads, and why one verified record keeps the facts the same on each of them.

Source: Chen et al., September 2025

Where a page ranks says little about whether an AI chat cites it, and how the page is written changes how often it is cited. In a January 2026 preprint on 1,000 ranking-style queries, the share of domains an AI engine cited that also sat in Google's top 10 was 4.0% for GPT-4o, 11.1% for Gemini, 12.6% for Claude and 15.2% for Perplexity. The engines also drew on different kinds of source.

Writing choices move citation too. A 2024 study of generative engines rewrote the same pages nine ways and tested them on 10,000 queries. Adding quotations, statistics or citations to sources raised a visibility score above the unrewritten baseline, and repeating keywords lowered it.

Rewrite testedBaseline scoreScore after the rewriteChange from baselineWhat the rewrite did
Quotation Addition19.327.2+41%Added quotations from relevant sources

Cite Sources19.324.6+27%Added citations to sources
Keyword Stuffing19.317.7-8%Repeated query keywords

Source: Aggarwal et al., 2024

The gain depended on where a site ranked: Cite Sources raised the visibility of sites ranked fifth in the search results by 115.1% and lowered the visibility of sites ranked first by 30.3% (Table 2 of the same study). Aemorph promises none of these lifts. It writes each claim with its source and date, and it does not repeat keywords.

Aemorph Runs SEO, AEO and GEO Together on One Set of Facts

SEO, AEO and GEO run together on the same facts, so the budget you put into SEO keeps working when you add AI visibility.

SEO earns your place in Google's regular results and makes your facts accurate on your own site. Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) gets you quoted in Google AI Overviews, featured snippets, answer boxes and voice search answers. Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) earns citations and mentions for your business inside ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, with off-site reinforcement as one supporting tactic. One build, three layers.

The same pages are built to rank, to be quoted in Google's AI answers and to be cited in AI chats. GEO is planned from day one, with sets of test questions, a review of your structured data (code that labels your facts for search engines) and a check that AI tools reach and read your pages. Pages closest to a purchase go first.

The LLM Influencer System, Aemorph's SEO, AEO and GEO programme, runs three parts in every package:

  • The Authority Truth Engine, on-site entity SEO and structured data, keeps one verified record of your business on your site.
  • The Resonance Network, digital PR and third-party citations, repeats your facts on independent sources.
  • The Multisurface Signal Machine, cross-platform, multi-format content, compounds your facts across platforms in text, images, audio and video.

The Singapore agencies that quoted Aemorph in June 2026 (OOm, Verz Design and D'Marketing Agency) sell GEO only as an add-on to SEO or bundled with it. Source: Agency quotes collected by Aemorph, June 2026

Is SEO still worth it once a business already runs GEO?

Yes: SEO stays the base layer under GEO and AEO, not a line item you drop once you add AI work.

Both start from the facts SEO sets up on your site, so cutting SEO weakens the source your AI answers draw on.

Does ChatGPT do SEO?

No: ChatGPT assists with copy, technical analysis and fact-checking, but a ChatGPT draft is not a completed technical SEO implementation or an independent accuracy check.

OpenAI's own help pages say ChatGPT produces incorrect information and advise users to verify what it says. Aemorph validates the answers against your approved facts, specifies the technical work for your developers and puts your verified facts on your site and on the sources ChatGPT reads.

Aemorph Quotes Each Singapore SEO Engagement on the Output You Need

Aemorph quotes your Singapore SEO engagement on the output your business needs, so the scope matches the return you are after.

The work runs on one of five monthly packages, and Singapore businesses also have a grant-funded route.

How much does an SEO charge in Singapore?

Aemorph's SEO work ranges from one-time audits from S$1,000 to enterprise monthly engagements from S$12,500 a month, while the four Singapore SEO retainers quoted to Aemorph in June and August 2026 ran from S$900 to S$1,990 a month.

The price follows the output you need, not hours or keyword counts: more markets, more topics and more AI questions tracked mean more work.

Smaller monthly packages are available by application only, against strict criteria; details are on the pricing page. Monthly packages are priced per market.

Singapore businesses also have a grant-funded route through Aemorph's EDGE packages. Aemorph checks your grant eligibility with you and guides the application; the packages and the grant terms are on the EDGE SEO page.

Want the most value for your budget and prefer to run the work in-house? Leveraged & Scalable, Aemorph's community, teaches your team to plan and execute SEO, AEO and GEO with AI tools, with the skills, tools and access Aemorph shares with members.

Bought on its own, the first step is the Showstopper Sensor (Sprint 1), a 30-day showstopper-answer sprint for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity; on the enterprise route it runs inside Attain or Apex after the audit and the Influencer Blueprint. It publishes your signed-off answers to your showstopper questions, the buyer questions that stop a purchase when AI answers them badly, as the LLM info page on your site. It also produces the first part of your Brand Codex, your brand fact sheet: the single source of truth for what AI says about you.

Bought on its own, Sprint 1 carries the Ground Truth Guarantee. The Ground Truth Guarantee: within 30 days of publishing, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity answer your showstopper questions with the facts in your Brand Codex. If they do not, Aemorph refunds 100% of your Sprint 1 fee and keeps working on the answers for a further 60 days, 90 days in total. Every monthly package carries the separate 45-day outline guarantee: within 45 days, you receive your complete Mathematical Market Monopoly outline, ready to implement yourself if you choose.

Terms: the Ground Truth Guarantee covers Sprint 1 bought on its own; Sprint 1 inside a monthly package carries no refund; it does not cover Sprint 2 (Entity Hardening), search rankings or Google AI Overviews. Full terms

Can a government grant pay for SEO in Singapore?

The EDGE grant replaced the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) on 30 September 2026, and it supports up to 50% of qualifying digital marketing cost for an SME and up to 30% for a non-SME.

Across other EDGE projects, support reaches up to 70% for SMEs and 50% for non-SMEs, depending on project scope and activity. Enterprise Singapore decides eligibility and qualifying cost, so confirm both before you sign. Aemorph's four pre-approved packages are on the EDGE SEO page, and the EDGE digital marketing guide explains the application. Aemorph does not promise that a grant application will be approved.

Singapore SEO With Aemorph Starts With a Free Strategic Conversation and an Audit

Singapore SEO with Aemorph starts with a free strategic conversation and an audit, so you see where your opportunity sits before you commit budget.

The conversation runs on a video call in Singapore business hours.

  1. First contact. Book a free strategic conversation of 30 to 60 minutes on a video call, recapped by email. Aemorph responds within 24 hours to all communication.
  2. Diagnosis. Audit your baseline. The free Money on the Table audit estimates the revenue you are leaving on the table in search. The AEO-GEO Audit scores your AI visibility out of 100 within 21 days of kick-off, and the ESAG audit, the enterprise SEO, AEO and GEO audit, adds a readiness scan of up to 1,000 pages, also within 21 days.
  3. Plan. Scope the build in the Influencer Blueprint, the strategy Aemorph builds with your team, which turns the audit into a production plan and a chart of who does what.
  4. Monthly engagement. Run the plan on Attain or Apex, with the Showstopper Sensor (Sprint 1) and Entity Hardening (Sprint 2) delivered inside the engagement.

On the enterprise route above, both Sprints run inside your monthly engagement. Outside it, any business buys Sprint 1 or Sprint 2 on its own, starting with the free strategic conversation.

Who does the work on your Singapore SEO?

Your Singapore SEO runs with your own account manager and Aemorph's team: Kristine and Ryan, Senior SEO Specialists and Project Managers; Tent, Trinh, Wahyu and Minh, SEO Specialists; Michelle and Patrick, Content Specialists; Shiena, Web Project Manager; and Dom, Senior Web Developer.

Your account manager introduces the team members assigned to your account at kick-off, and every message gets a reply within 24 hours.

How do you choose an SEO agency?

Choose an SEO agency on ten things you can check before you sign: a dated baseline, a named reviewer, written guarantee terms, the numbers reported, account ownership, link practice, developer asks, claims sign-off, a priced scope and an exit clause.

Ask each question below and compare the written answers.

Question to askWhat a good answer looks likeHow you check it
What does my baseline look like, and when was it taken?Dated figures for rankings, traffic and AI answers before any work startsAsk for the baseline report and read its date
Who reviews the technical work, by name?A named reviewer with a job titleAsk for the name and role in writing
What do you guarantee, and where is it written? The guarantee, what it covers and what it excludes, in the quoteRead the written terms, not the sales page
Which numbers do you report each month?Rankings, organic traffic, visibility and AI citationsAsk for a sample report page
Who owns the accounts? You own your domain, hosting, Search Console and GA4Confirm you hold admin access
How do you treat links?Links that point at a consistently described businessAsk where the links come from and why
What do you need from my developers?A fix list, with each fix verified once it is liveAsk for a sample fix list
How do you handle regulated claims?Your nominated contact signs off before anything is publishedAsk who signs off and when
What does it cost, and what is excluded?A written quote that names the output and the marketCompare scope line by line across quotes
How do I leave?A notice period and refund terms in the quoteRead the exit clause before you sign

What is the difference between an SEO agency and an SEO consultant?

An SEO agency runs the work with a team on a monthly package, and an SEO consultant advises while your own team does the work.

Aemorph offers both: the monthly packages above run with your account manager and Aemorph's team, and the SEO consultant route gives you direct access to a named strategist.

How long does each phase of Aemorph's SEO take?

Each phase of Aemorph's SEO has a fixed time: the audit within 21 days of kick-off, the Showstopper Sensor (Sprint 1) by day 30 and Entity Hardening (Sprint 2) in up to 60 days.

Aemorph Checks Regulated SEO Claims Against Singapore Rules Before Publication

Aemorph checks the regulated claims it writes for you before they go live, and your nominated point of contact signs them off before Aemorph publishes them.

Health claims are checked against PubMed, professional associations and government health authorities. Singapore healthcare providers advertise under the Healthcare Services (Advertisement) Regulations 2021, and those obligations sit with your business as the advertiser; Aemorph keeps clinical copy conservative and checks health claims against recognised health sources before your sign-off. Financial claims carry disclaimers and no guaranteed outcomes. Enquiry and client data is handled under Aemorph's privacy policy, which names the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, and you keep ownership of your domains, hosting, Search Console, GA4, ad accounts and CRM, under an access practice aligned with ISO 27001.
