# Technical SEO Services in Singapore: Make Every Page Readable by Google Search and AI Crawlers

Aemorph's technical SEO makes every core page of your Singapore website readable to Googlebot and the AI crawlers, so the pages qualify to rank in Google and to be quoted in AI answers.

Singapore buyers draw up shortlists from the businesses they find, and that is where your leads and sales start. Aemorph traces whatever blocks the crawlers, turns each fix into a specification your developers work from, and confirms the change once it is live. The work runs on the [LLM Influencer System](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/llm-influencer-system/), Aemorph's SEO, AEO and GEO programme, with additions tailored to the technical health of your site. Aemorph's migration record includes Synapxe.sg, whose 4,000+ pages moved from a custom CMS to Sitecore in 2023, and organic growth compounds: NCS Singapore grew organic traffic 475% in 16 months with Aemorph's team.

## Technical SEO Removes What Stops Your Singapore Pages Being Found

Technical SEO with Aemorph takes out the faults that hide your pages from Google and the AI chats, so the content and links your Singapore business already funds start turning into rankings and traffic.

Aemorph sets the canonical, redirect and hreflang rules, plans internal links as a web of related topics and writes the nested JSON-LD; your developers or IT vendor carry out each change, and Aemorph checks it. The service suits Singapore businesses whose buyers research before they buy, including those running a Singapore site beside versions for overseas markets.

Screaming Frog, a crawler that reads your site much as a search engine does, gives Aemorph a template-by-template view of heading, canonical, redirect and indexing faults. Fixes are written against the template rather than the single page, so one developer change repairs every page that shares it, and your team sets the schedule. Core Web Vitals, Google's measures of loading speed, responsiveness and visual stability, are judged against Google's good thresholds: Largest Contentful Paint within 2.5 seconds, Interaction to Next Paint of 200 milliseconds or less, and Cumulative Layout Shift of 0.1 or less.

| Deliverable | The problem it solves | What changes for you | Surface | Delivered through |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Crawl and index access for core pages | Core service pages shut out by robots.txt, an unintended noindex or a mistaken canonical | Each core page open to crawling and to indexing | Google Search, AI Overviews | Audit first, then fix work scoped from its findings |
| Canonical, redirect and hreflang rules | Duplicate URLs, migrations pointed at the homepage, Singapore and overseas versions of a page competing | A single canonical URL per page, one-to-one redirects and hreflang that runs both ways | Google Search | Audit first, then fix work scoped from its findings |
| AI crawler access policy | robots.txt blocks the wrong crawler, or core content shows only once JavaScript runs | robots.txt rules that open the pages you pick to the search crawlers of OpenAI, Anthropic and Perplexity, with core content served without JavaScript | ChatGPT search, Claude, Perplexity | Audit first, then fix work scoped from its findings |
| Internal links as a web of related topics | Important pages sitting more than 3 clicks from the homepage | Parent, child and peer pages joined in a structure crawlers follow | Google Search, AI engines | Fix work, then a monthly package |
| Nested JSON-LD structured data | Organisation schema that names the business and shows a logo and stops there | Your organisation, people, services and evidence tied into one machine-readable graph | Google AI Overviews and Bing, which read schema | Fix work, or Entity Hardening (Sprint 2), Aemorph's technical entity SEO sprint |
| Core Web Vitals and mobile usability | Pages that are slow or unstable | Pages measured against Google's good thresholds | Google Search | Audit first, then monitored |

### What the technical SEO audit checks

The technical SEO audit Aemorph runs on a Singapore site examines thirteen areas, starting with crawl and index controls and ending with AI crawler access.

Keyword research and keyword opportunities sit outside it. Whatever fix work follows is scoped and quoted from the findings, because its size depends on what the audit uncovers.

| Area | Checks | Tool | Why it matters | Output |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Crawl and index | A correctly named and formatted robots.txt that lists the sitemap; an XML sitemap limited to SEO-relevant pages, declared in robots.txt and submitted to Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools; every page indexed or held out of the index as intended; crawl stats | Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Screaming Frog | A crawl block stops that crawler fetching the page's current content | Index status per page, compared with the status you intend |
| Single-version URLs | http, https, www and non-www resolving to a single HTTPS version | Screaming Frog | Several live versions divide one page's signals | Versions that fail to resolve to one URL |
| Canonical tags | Canonical tags in place and pointing at the intended URL | Screaming Frog | Google reads the canonical as a strong signal of which URL to index | Pages with absent or conflicting canonicals |
| Status codes and redirects | Status codes, chains of redirects and broken links | Screaming Frog, Ahrefs | Chains and broken links use up crawling and lose visitors | Chains and broken links listed for repair |
| Architecture | Every page within 4 clicks, orphan pages, internal links, parameters, pagination and URL structure | Screaming Frog | Shows where discovery paths are weak and which pages stand unlinked | Deep pages, orphans and structural faults |
| Duplicates | Repeated pages, titles, meta descriptions and H1s | Screaming Frog | Duplicates force search engines to pick between competing pages | Duplicate groups, sorted by template |
| Speed | Core Web Vitals, resources that block rendering, and image weight | Lighthouse, Google Search Console | Google sets published good thresholds for Core Web Vitals | Templates below the thresholds |
| Mobile and rendering | Mobile usability and how JavaScript renders | Lighthouse, Screaming Frog | Text that appears only after JavaScript runs goes unread by crawlers that skip JavaScript | Pages that rely on JavaScript for content |
| Hreflang | Hreflang on sites that serve more than one market | Screaming Frog | Google disregards hreflang pairs that do not point back at each other | Absent or one-way hreflang pairs |
| Structured data | Whether structured data exists and validates | Screaming Frog, DataForSEO | Google AI Overviews and Bing read schema | Absent and invalid markup, by template |
| Security | A valid SSL certificate, and mixed content | Lighthouse, Screaming Frog | HTTPS counts among the technical minimums | Certificate status and pages with mixed content |
| Link health | Broken backlinks and backlinks into dead or redirected pages | Ahrefs | A link into a dead page brings the live site nothing | Backlinks to win back with redirects |
| AI crawler access | Robots rules for GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot and Google-Extended; llms.txt | Screaming Frog, DataForSEO | The crawler policy grants permissions to named crawlers, with separate switches for training and for search | Today's policy for each AI crawler token |

*Audit tools: Lighthouse, DataForSEO, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.*

### What is technical SEO?

Technical SEO is the discipline of making a website crawlable, indexable and readable by machines, so Googlebot and the AI crawlers reach the core pages and Google renders and indexes them.

Its scope takes in robots.txt (the file telling crawlers, the bots that read websites, which pages they are allowed to read), canonicals (tags naming the main version of a page), redirects, hreflang (tags matching each page to its language or market, such as en-SG for Singapore), internal links, structured data, Core Web Vitals and HTTPS. A crawl block stops that crawler fetching the page's current content; anything it indexed before, and anything other sources say, are separate questions.

### What does technical SEO include?

Technical SEO rests on eight controls: titles, headings and URLs you are able to edit; core pages that stay indexable, free of robots.txt blocks, noindex tags and wrong canonicals; redirects, canonicals and hreflang you configure; JSON-LD structured data; acceptable Core Web Vitals and mobile usability; HTTPS; analytics that work; and an architecture with room for hub pages and internal links.

Aemorph confirms all eight before the first fix goes in, since a platform that locks any one of them puts a ceiling on the technical work.

### How to fix technical SEO issues?

Fixing technical SEO issues follows a set sequence: a full crawl to find the errors, triage to rank them by impact, then repairs made on templates rather than one page at a time; Aemorph writes each repair, your developers or IT vendor apply it, and Aemorph verifies it.

Across Aemorph's audits, three corrections keep recurring:

- **Consolidates** pages that target the same intent into a single complete page, with 301 redirects from the duplicates.
- **Moves** surplus H1 tags out of the templates, using CSS or div elements where a heading tag served no purpose.
- **Removes** indexed staging URLs, the test copies of your site, from Google through noindex or a removal request, redirects them where a live page takes their place and locks staging behind a login.

## Why Crawl and Index Access Come Before Speed-Score Fixes on Singapore Sites

Access comes before speed because crawl and index blockers restrict discovery and access to current content, and speed work does not remove them.

An AI engine answers from what it has learned and looked up about a business across many sources. Your website is one of them, and technical SEO keeps it open and legible.

Aemorph's technical brief goes beyond page speed, a cleared crawl-error list and basic organisation schema. It covers search and AI crawler access, canonical signals that line up, internal links that connect pages on related topics, and nested JSON-LD, code describing how your business works in a format Google and Bing read. Aemorph's audit checks for broken canonicals, incorrect redirects and indexing errors.

Google counts rel="canonical" and redirects as strong canonical signals and inclusion in a sitemap as a weak one. It also sometimes indexes URLs that robots.txt disallows, without their content, which rules robots.txt out as a way to choose a canonical URL. Google recommends JSON-LD among the three structured data formats it supports, and JSON-LD 1.1 has been a W3C Recommendation since 16 July 2020.

*Source: Google Search Central, Consolidate duplicate URLs, 2026, and Intro to structured data, 2025; W3C, JSON-LD 1.1, 2020.*

| Checklist fix | What a crawler still misses | What Aemorph specifies instead | Evidence standard | Where it gets fixed |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Page speed score | A fast page with a crawlable noindex never enters Google's index; robots.txt blocks crawling, not URL-only indexing | Crawl and index access checked ahead of speed | Google Search Central, robots.txt introduction (2025) | robots.txt, meta robots |
| Canonical tags added | A canonical that changes between raw and rendered HTML; Google weighs a canonical tag as one strong signal among several | Canonical tag, redirects and sitemap pointing at one URL | Google Search Central (2026) | Templates, server |
| Basic organisation schema | A name and a logo, without services, people or evidence | Nested JSON-LD spanning organisation, people, services, locations and evidence | Google Search Central (2025); W3C JSON-LD 1.1 (2020) | Templates, CMS |
| Crawl-error list cleared | Important pages still more than 3 clicks deep | Internal links arranged as parent, child and peer relationships | Aemorph audit threshold | Navigation, templates |
| Hreflang tags added | Language versions that fail to list each other break Google's hreflang requirement | Reciprocal hreflang plus an x-default fallback | Google Search Central (2026) | Head tags, HTTP headers or sitemap |

The technical layer supports the broader search programme, and [Aemorph's SEO services for Singapore businesses build content and off-site reinforcement on top of it](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/services/seo/).

### What is the difference between SEO and technical SEO?

The difference is scope: SEO spans everything that earns visibility, from content and entities to off-site reinforcement, while technical SEO covers the infrastructure that lets crawlers fetch, render and index the pages.

Content and links depend on that base layer to be indexed in the first place. Specialist services share the same base, and [ecommerce SEO for Singapore stores organises product and category records](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/services/ecommerce-seo/) above it.

### Why is technical SEO important for Singapore businesses?

Technical SEO matters because it secures crawl access, index eligibility and readable first-party content for search engines and AI engines alike.

Google uses a page as a supporting link in AI Overviews only when the page is in Google's index and eligible for a snippet, the short extract in the results. In Vercel's December 2024 network study, OAI-SearchBot, ChatGPT-User, GPTBot and ClaudeBot rendered no JavaScript in the traffic it observed, so anything that appeared only after JavaScript ran went unseen by those bots.

*Source: Google Search Central, AI features and your website, 2025; Vercel, The rise of the AI crawler, 17 December 2024.*

### What are some examples of technical SEO?

Typical technical SEO work includes correcting robots.txt rules that block core pages, adding canonical tags to duplicate URLs, mapping one-to-one 301 redirects for a migration, setting hreflang between a Singapore version and another country's version, removing duplicate H1 tags from templates, serving JavaScript content from the server and publishing nested JSON-LD structured data.

One-to-one redirects keep old URLs from falling through to the homepage, and server rendering gives crawlers that skip JavaScript your full content.

The technical SEO audit surfaces these issues before any fix begins. To size the commercial case first, the free [Money on the Table audit](https://tools.aemorph.com/money-table) estimates the revenue a business is leaving on the table in search, and the [SEO audit page](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/services/seo-audit/) explains how that free audit works. The paid audits are listed on the [pricing page](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/pricing/).

### Technical SEO for AI crawlers

For AI crawlers, technical SEO splits the crawlers that bring your site into AI search answers from those that collect training data, then ensures the first group reads your core pages without JavaScript.

OpenAI operates OAI-SearchBot to surface sites in ChatGPT search and GPTBot to gather training content, each governed by its own robots.txt rule, so blocking GPTBot controls training access, while OAI-SearchBot's separate rule governs access for ChatGPT search. Anthropic operates ClaudeBot for training data and Claude-SearchBot for Claude's search results, and both honour robots.txt. PerplexityBot surfaces and links sites in Perplexity search, and Perplexity does not use it to train models. Google-Extended is a robots.txt token rather than a crawler: it decides whether your crawled content trains future Gemini models and supports Gemini answers, and it has no effect on whether or where you appear in Google Search. In 2025, 4.5% of desktop robots.txt files named GPTBot, against 2.9% in 2024.

The technical SEO audit logs your robots rules for GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot and Google-Extended, and whether you publish an llms.txt file; OpenAI, Perplexity and Anthropic have not confirmed that their engines read llms.txt. The crawler policy is yours to set. Aemorph writes the robots.txt rules for the policy you pick and checks them after your developers put them live.

*Source: OpenAI crawler documentation, September 2026; Anthropic, Claude Help, 7 April 2026; Perplexity crawler documentation; Google's common crawlers documentation, updated 14 July 2026; HTTP Archive, Web Almanac 2025.*

| Crawler (robots.txt token) | Operator | What it does | Controlled through robots.txt | Effect of blocking it |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Googlebot | Google | Crawls for Google Search, AI Overviews included | Yes | Google stops crawling the page; the URL sometimes stays in the index without its content |
| Google-Extended | Google | Token deciding whether crawled content trains future Gemini models and grounds Gemini answers | Yes (a token only, with no separate crawler) | No effect on inclusion or ranking in Google Search |
| OAI-SearchBot | OpenAI | Surfaces sites in ChatGPT search | Yes | The site leaves ChatGPT search answers; navigational links sometimes still show |
| GPTBot | OpenAI | Crawls content used to train OpenAI models | Yes | Signals that the content stays out of model training |
| ClaudeBot | Anthropic | Gathers content used to train Claude models | Yes | Signals that future content stays out of training datasets |
| Claude-SearchBot | Anthropic | Crawls to improve Claude's search results | Yes | Anthropic stops indexing the content for search |
| PerplexityBot | Perplexity | Surfaces and links sites in Perplexity search; not used for model training | Yes | Perplexity recommends allowing it if the site is to appear in its search results |

*User-initiated fetchers (ChatGPT-User, Claude-User, Perplexity-User) retrieve a page when a person asks for it; OpenAI and Perplexity state that robots.txt rules do not always apply to them. Sources: OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity and Google crawler documentation, 2026.*

Google processes a page's JavaScript in its own step after crawling and still recommends server-side rendering or pre-rendering, which deliver the whole page without waiting for JavaScript. Google AI Overviews need no special schema and no AI text files. A page is eligible as a supporting link when it is indexed, eligible for a snippet and meets Google's Search requirements; Google decides which eligible pages it shows.

*Source: Google Search Central, JavaScript SEO basics, 2026, and AI features and your website, 2025.*

Faulty structured data damages the machine-readable labels a page carries, not how its visible text is read, and [the schema markup errors guide pinpoints where structured data breaks](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/guides/schema-markup-errors-diagnostic/).

### Is SEO dead now with AI in Singapore?

No: SEO is alive in Singapore, and AI search runs on it.

A page has to sit in Google's index and be eligible for a snippet before Google shows it as a supporting link in AI Overviews, and ChatGPT search finds sites through OAI-SearchBot, a crawler you govern through robots.txt like any other search bot. The same indexed, readable site is among the sources the AI chats consult, and [Generative Engine Optimisation reinforces those facts inside the AI chats](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/services/geo/).

Aemorph runs SEO, AEO and GEO together, in a single content programme. [SEO](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/glossary/#seo-search-engine-optimisation) wins your place in Google's regular results. [AEO](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/glossary/#aeo-answer-engine-optimisation), answer engine optimisation, gets you quoted in Google AI Overviews, featured snippets, answer boxes and voice search answers. [GEO](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/glossary/#geo-generative-engine-optimisation), generative engine optimisation, earns citations and mentions for your business inside ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. One set of pages is built to rank, to be quoted in Google's AI answers and to be cited in the AI chats. GEO work opens on the first day, with sets of test prompts, a review of your structured data and an audit of how easily AI tools read and quote your pages, and it goes live once the content is published and the changes are made.

## Singapore's Search Market Makes Google Search Console the Centre of Technical SEO

Google held 92.16% of search engine market share in Singapore in September 2026 (StatCounter), so Aemorph starts its technical baseline in Google Search Console and adds Bing Webmaster Tools as the second check.

Bing held 4.53% in the same month (StatCounter). DataReportal counts 5.78 million internet users in Singapore, 98.4% of the population, as of October 2025. IMDA's Singapore Digital Economy Report 2025 recorded that 73.8% of workers used AI tools at work in 2024, with AI adoption at 62.5% among non-SMEs and 14.5% among SMEs, against 4.2% of SMEs in 2023.

| AI adoption among SMEs | 14.5%, up from 4.2% in 2023 | Singapore, 2024 | IMDA |

The [AI search statistics for Singapore](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/statistics/ai-search-statistics-singapore/) page carries more Singapore figures.

*Sources: StatCounter Global Stats, search engine market share, Singapore, September 2026; DataReportal, Digital 2026: Singapore, data as of October 2025; IMDA, Singapore Digital Economy Report 2025, 6 October 2025.*

**Because Google lists a page in AI Overviews only when the page sits in its index and is eligible for a snippet, Google's index decides which Singapore pages enter Google's AI answers at all.** Aemorph reads your index coverage in Google Search Console page by page and compares it with the status you intend for each page. The sitemap also goes to Bing Webmaster Tools, because Aemorph verifies client sites in both, and Bing reads schema for its own results.

## Aemorph's Team Lifted Top 1 to 3 Rankings for EZRA Clinic, Casa Dental and Linda Mandarin

Aemorph's team grew top 1 to 3 keyword rankings for three Singapore clients: EZRA Clinic from 4 to 79 terms, Casa Dental from 69 to 130 and Linda Mandarin from 24 to 70, each over a 10 to 11 month engagement.

Organic visits carry no per-click media charge. Aemorph builds cumulative growth through content, technical maintenance and authority work, and measures performance over time.

Six signals set off a technical review, and each has a usual fix once the cause is confirmed. In HTTP Archive's June 2025 data, 48% on mobile and 56% on desktop achieved a good overall Core Web Vitals result. The [AI search statistics for Singapore](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/statistics/ai-search-statistics-singapore/) page tracks Singapore figures with a source and year.

| Crawl depth | Important pages more than 3 clicks from the homepage | Weak internal linking | Crawl depth visualisation | Rebuild the parent, child and peer links |
| H1 tags | More than one H1 per template (an Aemorph template convention) | Template markup that misstates the page hierarchy site-wide | Screaming Frog | Replace the extra headings with CSS or div elements |
| Responsive headings | Separate heading tags for desktop, mobile and tablet | Duplicated H1, H2 and H3 tags | Screaming Frog | CSS breakpoints instead of repeated markup |
| Staging | Test environments visible in a site: search | UAT or staging in the index | Google site: search | Noindex or remove the URLs, redirect where a live page exists, put staging behind a login |

### Synapxe's 4,000-page migration to Sitecore

Synapxe's organic traffic rose 245% from August 2023 to March 2024, following the July 2023 move of its 4,000+ page website from a custom CMS to Sitecore, in a migration Aemorph planned and verified.

Synapxe is Singapore's healthtech agency, and its developers implemented the redirects and templates Aemorph specified.

### Aemorph's seven-step migration process

Aemorph plans a Singapore website migration in seven steps so your rankings and traffic move across to the new site with it: Aemorph specifies the redirects, your developers or IT vendor apply them, and Aemorph verifies the outcome before and after launch.

1. **Existing URLs.** Aemorph compiles the full list of current URLs from Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and the XML sitemap, removing duplicates.
2. **Inbound links.** Aemorph records each URL that holds inbound links, using Search Console, Ahrefs and Google Analytics.
3. **Rankings and sessions.** Aemorph records each URL with rankings and sessions, from the same three sources.
4. **Consolidate.** Aemorph combines the three lists with Search Console 404s, settles which pages go, chooses dynamic or manual redirects and routes whatever URLs remain to a custom 404 (page not found) page.
5. **Map and optimise.** After keyword research, Aemorph maps the key pages and specifies their optimisation: information architecture, URL slugs, canonicals, titles, headings, alt text, meta descriptions, schema, breadcrumbs, the XML sitemap and robots.txt.
6. **Review design and implementation.** Aemorph reviews the proposed designs for on-page SEO structure and header tags, then confirms that your developers put the 301 redirects in as planned.
7. **Post-launch monitoring.** On the new site, Aemorph monitors Search Console 404s, key-page uptime, Core Web Vitals, weekly Ahrefs crawls and analytics.

Five past migrations, from 400+ to 4,000+ pages, have run through this process; four of them are listed below.

> “The move included a complete rebuild of our website ePropulsion.com and it was crucial that we didn't lose any rankings. Through the guidance of Kevin and his team, we were able to successfully move to a more flexible WordPress platform and our scores on Ahrefs also increased.”

Two of these clients put their migrations in writing. ePropulsion credited the guidance of Kevin and his team with a successful move to WordPress and higher Ahrefs scores, and the Singapore Heart Foundation's media and communications lead confirmed that both goals of the MyHeart.org.sg migration were achieved.

## Singapore Technical SEO Starts With a Free Call and a Crawl Audit

Your Singapore technical SEO begins with a free strategic conversation; the technical SEO audit is then quoted, and its findings define the scope of any fix work that follows.

Aemorph then writes the fixes, your developers apply them and Aemorph checks them; Entity Hardening (Sprint 2), which builds the linked schema graph, comes next where you choose it.

1. **Book** a free [strategic conversation](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/glossary/#strategic-conversation) of 30 to 60 minutes: a presentation on a video call, in Singapore business hours, that Aemorph recaps by email. Aemorph responds within 24 hours.
2. **Audit** your crawl, render and index baseline through the technical SEO audit, across the thirteen areas above.
3. **Specify** every fix the findings call for, with development specifications and documentation for robots.txt, canonicals, redirects, hreflang, templates and JSON-LD.
4. **Verify** each change once your developers or IT vendor make it, against the specification and a fresh crawl.
5. **Continue**, if you choose, into the [Brand Codex](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/glossary/#brand-codex), your brand fact sheet: the single source of truth for what AI says about you. Bought on its own, the [Showstopper Sensor (Sprint 1)](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/services/30-day-showstopper-sensor-sprint/) is a 30-day showstopper-answer sprint for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity; on the enterprise route it runs inside Attain or Apex after the audit and the Influencer Blueprint. It publishes your approved answers to your [showstopper questions](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/glossary/#showstopper-questions), the buyer questions that stop a purchase when AI answers them badly, as the LLM info page on your site. [Entity Hardening (Sprint 2)](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/glossary/#entity-hardening-sprint-2), the technical layer that tells search engines and AI who you are, builds the linked schema graph and the entity record, and a monthly package maintains the technical layer across search and the AI chats.

Aemorph coordinates hreflang across the language and regional versions in scope, checking self-references and reciprocal links. Robots.txt requests in 2025 returned a success status on 84.9% of sites and a 404 on 13.3% of desktop sites, which is why the audit checks that file.

### Who does the work on your Singapore technical SEO?

Your Singapore technical SEO runs with your own account manager and Aemorph's team: Kristine and Ryan, Senior SEO Specialists and Project Managers; Tent, Trinh, Wahyu and Minh, SEO Specialists; Michelle and Patrick, Content Specialists; Shiena, Web Project Manager; and Dom, Senior Web Developer.

At kick-off your account manager introduces whoever is assigned to your account. Aemorph responds within 24 hours to all communication. Singapore office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

### How long does technical SEO take to show results in Singapore?

Your first ranking movements show within 45 days of publishing.

The clock starts when the content is published, not when the engagement begins, and the milestone covers organic rankings. Aemorph verifies technical fixes with a fresh crawl and the relevant diagnostic reports; Google controls its own processing and reporting times.

### How much does technical SEO cost in Singapore?

Technical SEO with Aemorph opens with a one-time audit, and Aemorph's work runs from audits from S$1,000 one-time to enterprise monthly engagements from S$12,500 a month.

Specification and verification after the technical SEO audit are scoped and quoted from what the audit finds, since that work depends on the findings.

| Offer | Price |
| --- | --- |
| Audits | From S$1,000 one-time |
| Sprints | From S$5,000 per website |
| Influencer Blueprint (SEO strategy and roadmap) | From S$15,000 one-time |
| Enterprise monthly engagements (Attain, Apex) | From S$12,500 a month |

*Smaller monthly packages are available by application only, against strict criteria; details are on the [pricing page](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/pricing/). Monthly packages are priced per market.*

**Singapore businesses also have a grant-supported route through Aemorph's EDGE packages,** set out with the grant terms on the [EDGE SEO page](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/services/psg-seo/).

Prefer to run the work in-house and stretch your budget further? [Leveraged & Scalable](https://aemorph.com/go/leveragedscalable/), Aemorph's community, trains your team to plan and run SEO, AEO and GEO with AI tools, on the same skills and templates Aemorph's team uses. For businesses below about S$5M in revenue, Aemorph recommends the community and takes a small number onto Awaken. Two free first steps sit on tools.aemorph.com: the [Hallucination Report](https://tools.aemorph.com/hallucination), which sets what AI says about you against your website, and the Money on the Table audit. Any business, at any size, buys Sprint 1 or Sprint 2 on its own, starting with the free strategic conversation.

Bought on its own, the Showstopper Sensor (Sprint 1) carries the [Ground Truth Guarantee](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/glossary/#ground-truth-guarantee), Aemorph's AI accuracy guarantee. The Ground Truth Guarantee: within 30 days of publishing, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity answer your showstopper questions with the facts in your Brand Codex. If they do not, Aemorph refunds 100% of your Sprint 1 fee and keeps working on the answers for a further 60 days, 90 days in total. The five monthly packages, [Awaken to Apex](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/glossary/#awaken-anchor-ascend-attain-and-apex), each carry the separate [45-day outline guarantee](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/glossary/#45-day-outline-guarantee): within 45 days, you receive your complete Mathematical Market Monopoly outline, ready to implement yourself if you choose. The outline plans every topic and buyer question your market asks about.

| Offer | What it includes | Best suited to | Guarantee or delivery time | How to start |

| Technical SEO specification and verification | Development specifications, then verification of your developers' implementation | Sites with fixes the technical SEO audit has identified | Scoped from the audit's findings | Follows the technical SEO audit |
| [Money on the Table audit](https://tools.aemorph.com/money-table) (free) | An estimate of the search revenue you are leaving on the table | A business that wants a revenue figure before committing budget | No charge | Free, on tools.aemorph.com |
| [AEO-GEO Audit](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/glossary/#aeo-geo-audit), a scored check of how AI engines see your business | AI crawler access, content crawlability, live AI search recall, training recall and visibility fragility, scored out of 100 with a prioritised fix plan | An enterprise that needs its starting diagnostic | 21 days from kick-off | Offered at the end of the strategic conversation |

| [Hallucination Diagnostic](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/services/hallucination-diagnostic/) | A sample of 10 to 20 showstopper questions across the four AI engines, presented on a call; included in Sprint 1 and in both enterprise audits | A test of what the AI chats say about your business | Report in 5 business days | Request a quote |
| Showstopper Sensor (Sprint 1) | Your showstopper questions, the approved answers published as the LLM info page, a report and a call | A business whose buyers hear wrong answers from AI assistants | 30 days; carries the Ground Truth Guarantee only when bought on its own | Request a quote |
| Entity Hardening (Sprint 2) | Source-of-truth record, linked schema graph, entity map, llms.txt, and an audit of your Wikidata and Google Knowledge Graph entries; Aemorph makes the Wikidata edits and submits the Google Knowledge Graph updates, and those edits do not always stay in place | A site that needs its schema and entity layer specified | Up to 60 days; no guarantee attached | Request a quote |
| Awaken | 1 group of buyer questions tracked in AI, at about half Anchor's pace | Emerging businesses with a lean team | 45-day outline guarantee | By application only |
| Anchor | 2 groups of buyer questions (20 to 40 questions), covering the top 20% of the topics your buyers search, over 12 months | Established businesses | 45-day outline guarantee | By application only |
| Ascend | 3 groups of buyer questions (40 to 80 questions), 3 new content pieces a month across platforms, covering over half the topics your buyers search | Growth businesses competing for category share | 45-day outline guarantee | By application only |
| Attain | 5 groups of buyer questions (100 to 200 questions), 8 new content pieces a month across platforms, covering 95%+ of the topics your buyers search | Market leaders pursuing category saturation | 45-day outline guarantee | Strategic conversation, then a quote |
| Apex | Bespoke multi-brand, multi-market scope, managed end to end with dedicated resources | Enterprise and recurring-revenue (SaaS) businesses with several products, brands or markets | 45-day outline guarantee | Strategic conversation, then a quote |

*Terms: the Ground Truth Guarantee covers Sprint 1 bought on its own; Sprint 1 inside a monthly package carries no refund; it does not cover Sprint 2 ([Entity Hardening](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/glossary/#entity-hardening-sprint-2)), search rankings or Google AI Overviews. [Full terms](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/pricing/#the-ground-truth-guarantee)*

*The Ground Truth Guarantee also excludes the technical fix work, and the 45-day outline guarantee on every monthly package covers the outline, not rankings or citations.*

**Each monthly package runs on one delivery system that plans, prioritises, ships and verifies the month's work, so every new page builds on the previous one.** Without that rhythm, publishing becomes ad hoc and results grow hard to forecast. Your monthly report groups results by topic and prompt clusters, with ranking reports alongside; where one website serves Singapore and overseas markets you get one combined report, and separate sites get separate reports. All five packages include:

| Area | What you get each month |
| --- | --- |
| Campaign governance | A delivery and sprint plan, a backlog ranked by buyer-question group, and managed change control, dependencies and stakeholder updates |
| Performance reporting | A report on what moved, what shipped and what is blocked, with next month's priorities and risks |
| Tracking and measurement | GA4 and Search Console health checks, agreed definitions for the conversions you count (leads, bookings, calls and enquiries), and a maintained dashboard with annotations and data-quality notes |
| Search and AI visibility monitoring | Indexing and crawl anomaly checks, branded and non-branded trend tracking, and spot checks of Google AI Overviews and other AI answers on your priority topics |
| Technical hygiene | A fix list of quick wins for your developers, covering redirects, canonical tags, broken links and internal links, with every fix verified and documented once it is live |
| Structured data and publishing quality | Validated schema on every new page, pre-publish checks of formatting, metadata, internal links, images and alt text, and consistency checks so every new page meets the same standard |

Aemorph's technical SEO in Singapore is built for:

- **Hospitals and healthcare providers in Singapore** whose service pages carry regulated claims.
- **Financial services and insurance firms in Singapore** whose product pages depend on clean canonicals and redirects.
- **B2B SaaS and technology vendors in Singapore** whose product pages have to read cleanly to every crawler.
- **Singapore professional services firms** with deep practice-area pages.
- **Singapore higher education providers** with multilingual course pages.
- **Singapore high-ticket lifestyle and specialist services** with large order values.
- **Singapore high-ticket ecommerce** with repeating product and category templates.
- **Singapore businesses at S$5M+ revenue** that want the full [LLM Influencer System](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/glossary/#llm-influencer-system).

It is not built for a platform that blocks edits to titles, canonicals, redirects, hreflang or structured data, or for a buyer after a one-off speed score.

Three Singapore agencies quoted Aemorph the monthly fees below in June 2026; Aemorph quotes each engagement after the strategic conversation.

Entry price per provider, all GST exclusive. OOm Boost and NexSEO Spark share the same entry price and keywords, so OOm shows as a ring around the NexSEO bubble. Bubble size shows the fee per keyword. Sources: quotes to Aemorph from D'Marketing Agency, Verz Design and OOm in June 2026 and from Firstpage Digital on 26 August 2026; Exabytes published "as low as" price checked on 12 October 2026; Aemorph published Awaken price.

| Provider | Offer | Monthly price | What the fee is tied to | Terms | Source date |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| D'Marketing Agency | Lite | S$900 | No guarantee | Not stated in the June 2026 quotes | Quoted Jun 2026 |
| Verz Design | SEO | S$1,200 | KPI targets only | Not stated in the June 2026 quotes | Quoted Jun 2026 |
| OOm | Boost | S$1,988 | 50% share of voice and 60% of keywords on page one | 12, 24 or 36 months; 60-day notice to exit | Quoted Jun 2026 |
| Aemorph | Five monthly packages, Awaken to Apex | Enterprise from S$12,500; smaller packages by application only | The output you need, with buyer questions tracked across search and AI; every package carries the 45-day outline guarantee, and the Ground Truth Guarantee covers Sprint 1 bought on its own | Set out in your quote | Oct 2026 |

### How to choose the right technical SEO agency in Singapore?

A sound technical SEO agency for a Singapore site diagnoses faults at template and CMS level, specifies canonicals, redirects and hreflang, designs nested JSON-LD that goes past basic organisation schema, keeps AI search crawlers and AI training crawlers apart in robots.txt, and verifies each change your developers ship.

Canonicals, redirects and sitemaps then agree on one URL per page, and reciprocal hreflang ties your market versions together. Scope comes before any fix, and [a strategic conversation scopes the technical work](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/services/strategic-conversation/) against these five tests.

## Technical SEO Keeps Singapore Staging Sites Out of Google and Your Accounts in Your Name

Aemorph's technical SEO keeps your staging sites out of Google, so Singapore buyers reach your live pages, and keeps your domains, hosting, Search Console, GA4 and CRM in your company's ownership.

Each regulated claim is checked before it goes live, and your nominated point of contact signs it off before Aemorph publishes it.

robots.txt alone leaves a staging site open: a robots.txt rule does not keep a page out of Google, whereas noindex or password protection does, and the Robots Exclusion Protocol, the standard robots.txt follows, says its rules are not a form of access authorisation. Aemorph specifies how each staging site stays out of Google's index and confirms that it does.

*Source: Google Search Central, robots.txt introduction, 2025; IETF, RFC 9309, 2022.*

The advertiser's obligations under Singapore rules stay with your business: healthcare providers advertise under the Healthcare Services (Advertisement) Regulations 2021. Enquiry and client data is handled under Aemorph's privacy policy, which names the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. Aemorph's own checks draw on PubMed, professional associations and government health authorities, plus your sign-off. The guides to the [MOH healthcare advertising rules](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/guides/moh-healthcare-advertising-rules/), the [MAS financial advertising rules](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/guides/mas-financial-advertising-rules/) and [PDPA and the DNC registry](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/guides/pdpa-dnc-marketing/) explain each rule.

| Claim or data type | Where it applies | What Aemorph checks | Evidence standard | When |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Client data and access | Every client | Client-owned assets, named least-privilege accounts, credentials in a password manager, staging blocked from indexing, ISO 27001-aligned practice | ISO 27001 alignment, not certification | From kick-off |
| Medical and health claims | Hospitals, medical groups, dental, optometry | Conservative wording, no exaggerated promises | PubMed, professional associations, government health authorities | Before publication |
| Singapore healthcare advertising | Singapore healthcare providers | Conservative wording and your point of contact's sign-off; meeting the Healthcare Services (Advertisement) Regulations 2021 stays your business's obligation as the advertiser | Your point of contact's sign-off | Before publication |
| Financial and insurance claims | Financial services, insurance | Disclaimers present, no guaranteed outcomes | Your point of contact's sign-off | Before publication |
| Testimonials and before-and-after | Every regulated vertical | Used only where the law permits | Your point of contact's sign-off | Before publication |

*General guidance, not legal advice.*

## Singapore Technical SEO Puts Crawl and Index Blockers First in Your Programme

Clearing crawl and index blockers first removes the technical barriers to discovery for every page you publish afterwards, and Aemorph verifies access and monitors indexing once each page is live.

Google and the AI platforms decide when they crawl, index, rank and cite a page. Begin with a free strategic conversation, or with the Showstopper Sensor bought on its own, backed by the Ground Truth Guarantee: correct in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity within 30 days of publishing, or a 100% refund of Sprint 1 and 60 more days of work.
