# SEO, AEO and GEO for Singapore Professional Services Firms: One Verified Record That Buyers and AI Engines Check

**Aemorph gets Singapore professional services firms found in Google and named in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, the AI chats their buyers turn to before they make contact.** A regional finance head or a company director in Singapore vets a firm's expertise in those places first. Their answers set the shortlist, and the shortlist sets your leads and sales. Aemorph runs SEO, AEO and GEO as one programme, the [LLM Influencer System](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/llm-influencer-system/), from one approved set of facts about your firm: the work you do, the clients you do it for and the evidence behind it. Aemorph works with established Singapore firms at about S$5M revenue and above, from its headquarters at 34 South Bridge Road. Each engagement begins with a free [strategic conversation](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/glossary/#strategic-conversation).

## Who Aemorph Serves in Singapore Professional Services

**Aemorph serves established Singapore professional services firms, at about S$5M revenue and above, whose prospective clients look them up online before the first meeting.** Being found, and described correctly, at that moment is where your pipeline begins. You run marketing as a CMO, marketing director or growth-focused founder, at a firm that already sits in the top ten of its Singapore category.

| Fit signal | What it looks like in a Singapore professional services firm | Why it predicts results | What Aemorph builds from it | Basis |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Revenue | An established firm with a track record of mandates and a proven offer | The full LLM Influencer System is built for firms at about S$5M revenue and above | The full programme, quoted after the strategic conversation | Aemorph ideal client profile |
| Market position | A top-ten place in its Singapore category | The system compounds fastest on credibility that already exists to verify | A record that defends your current position in Google and in AI answers | Aemorph ideal client profile |
| In-house experts | Directors, partners and specialists who validate technical claims | Every published claim has a qualified person behind it | Fact-checked answers and pages, validated by your own people | Aemorph fit signals |
| Buyers who ask nuanced questions | Clients who weigh trust and expertise before they appoint a firm | Those questions are the ones Singapore buyers put to Google and to AI assistants | The showstopper question list and your approved answers | Aemorph fit signals |
| Existing proof assets | Case write-ups, reviews, industry awards and partial topic coverage | The record grows from real evidence, not from zero | Inputs to your firm's record, with testimonials used only where the law permits | Aemorph fit signals and compliance practice |

*The revenue band describes your firm, not Aemorph's price.*

### Which firms count as professional services in Singapore?

**A Singapore professional services firm sells expertise, not a physical product, and Aemorph's list covers law firms, accounting and audit practices, corporate secretarial and tax advisers, management and technology consultancies, architecture and engineering practices, wealth and financial planning advisers, and recruitment and executive search firms.** A single fit rule decides which firms on that list belong. Your average ticket, meaning the value of one engagement, sits above about S$1,000 where you take on a low volume of engagements, or above about S$500 where businesses like yours typically handle a high volume. That ticket is the fee your own clients pay you, not an Aemorph price.

## How Singapore Professional Services Buyers Research Before First Contact

**A Singapore professional services buyer checks your expertise in Google, Google's AI answers and the AI chats before the first call, and one consistent record is what keeps your firm on the shortlist.** AI assistants draw on their model training, and answers that search the web also draw on retrieved sources; your website is one source among others. An accurate [verified record](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/glossary/#verified-record), the facts your firm supplies and approves, counts for more than the number of practice-area pages you publish. Your programme prioritises full coverage of the facts about your firm, complete coverage of your topics, structured data (code that labels your facts for search engines) and trust signals from other sites.

Buyers now do most of this vetting alone. Gartner research on B2B buyers in general, not a Singapore study, found that 61% prefer an overall rep-free buying experience and that buyers spend only 17% of their purchase time meeting potential suppliers. [Aemorph is a GEO, AEO and SEO consultancy headquartered in Singapore](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/), and it builds the record those buyers find on their own. Dated figures on AI search in Singapore sit on [Aemorph's AI search statistics hub for Singapore](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/statistics/ai-search-statistics-singapore/).

*Source: Gartner sales survey of 632 B2B buyers, published 25 June 2025; Gartner research, 2020. Both are international B2B studies, not Singapore data.*

| Surface | What the Singapore buyer does there | What goes wrong for a firm | What Aemorph builds | Discipline |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Google search | Searches the firm's name, the practice area and comparison terms | Several pages chase one query, or no page answers what the buyer asked | One page per intent, a hub for each core service with supporting pages, and internal links between them | SEO |
| Google AI Overviews | Reads a short answer above the search results | The firm's pages offer no direct answer for Google to extract | Direct answers on the same pages, structured for extraction | AEO |
| ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity | Asks for a shortlist, a comparison or a verdict on one firm | The engine gets the firm's services, expertise or differentiators wrong, or names only competitors | Your approved answers, published as the LLM info page on your own site | GEO |
| Your own website | Checks the people, the credentials and the evidence | The site carries wrong or outdated information | A list of conflicts between your site and the engines' answers; you correct your own site first | SEO, AEO and GEO |

*One programme covers all four rows.*

### How does Aemorph run SEO, AEO and GEO together for a Singapore professional services firm?

**Aemorph runs SEO, AEO and GEO side by side in one content programme, because the same pages are built to rank in Google, to be extracted into Google's AI answers and to be cited in the AI chats.** [SEO](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/glossary/#seo-search-engine-optimisation) wins your pages a place in Google's regular results. [AEO](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/glossary/#aeo-answer-engine-optimisation) gets you quoted in Google AI Overviews, featured snippets, answer boxes and voice search answers. [GEO](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/glossary/#geo-generative-engine-optimisation) earns citations and mentions for your firm inside ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, and GEO leads. GEO work starts on day one, with sets of test questions for the AI chats, a review of your structured data and an audit of how easily search engines and AI tools read and quote your pages; the changes take effect once the content is published by Aemorph or your team. Pages for buyers ready to appoint a firm go first, then pages for buyers comparing firms, then pages for early research.

Google says SEO best practices remain relevant for its AI Overviews and AI Mode, with no additional requirements to appear in them. That covers Google's own AI features, not the chat engines. In the June 2026 Singapore quotes Aemorph collected, the three agencies gated or bundled GEO with SEO, while [the LLM Influencer System runs its three components in every Aemorph package](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/llm-influencer-system/):

- **The [Authority Truth Engine](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/glossary/#authority-truth-engine)**, on-site entity SEO and structured data, builds one verified record of your firm on your own site.
- **The [Resonance Network](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/glossary/#resonance-network)**, digital PR and third-party citations, repeats those facts on independent Singapore and regional sources.
- **The [Multi-Surface Signal Machine](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/glossary/#multi-surface-signal-machine)**, cross-platform, multi-format content, compounds your facts across text, images, audio and video, so they read the same everywhere buyers look you up.

### What do AI engines get wrong about Singapore professional services firms?

**Aemorph tracks five things in each engine's answers about your firm, and each one is a place where an answer about a Singapore practice goes wrong.** The [Hallucination Diagnostic](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/glossary/#hallucination-diagnostic), a one-time test of what the AI chats say about your firm, puts a sample of 10 to 20 showstopper questions to ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity, and the report arrives in 5 business days. It checks whether each engine:

- **Includes** your firm in the answer, or leaves it out.
- **Describes** your positioning accurately, or inaccurately.
- **Represents** your services, expertise and differentiators correctly, or incorrectly.
- **Cites** your own pages, or someone else's.
- **Names** competitors alongside your firm, or in its place.

Google's short answers sit outside the chat engines, and [answer engine optimisation covers Google AI Overviews, featured snippets, answer boxes and voice answers](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/services/aeo/).

## Singapore's Professional Services Buyers Work on Google and AI Tools Every Day

**Google held 92.16% of Singapore's search-engine market share in September 2026 (StatCounter), nearly every resident is online, and most Singapore workers used AI tools at work in 2024, so a Singapore firm's facts have to be clear to Google and to the AI chats together.** Google held 92.16% of Singapore's search-engine market share in September 2026 (StatCounter), against 4.53% for Bing. DataReportal's Digital 2026: Singapore counts 5.78 million internet users, 98.4% of the population, as of October 2025. IMDA reports that 73.8% of workers used AI tools at work in 2024, and that AI adoption reached 62.5% among non-SMEs but 14.5% among SMEs, up from 4.2% in 2023.

| Measure | Figure | Market and date | Source |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Google share of search | 92.16% | Singapore, September 2026 | StatCounter |
| Bing share of search | 4.53% | Singapore, September 2026 | StatCounter |
| Internet users | 5.78 million, 98.4% of the population | Singapore, as of October 2025 | DataReportal |
| Workers using AI tools at work | 73.8% | Singapore, 2024 | IMDA |
| AI adoption among non-SMEs | 62.5% | Singapore, 2024 | IMDA |
| AI adoption among SMEs | 14.5%, up from 4.2% in 2023 | Singapore, 2024 | IMDA |

**Those figures support a programme that covers Google and the AI chats together; they do not measure how Singapore buyers choose a professional services firm.** Your SEO centres on Google, with Search Console as the evidence Aemorph reports on each month. IMDA's adoption figures are measured by company size, 62.5% for non-SMEs against 14.5% for SMEs, and they describe AI use at work in general, not how buyers choose a professional firm.

## The Showstopper Questions a Singapore Professional Services Buyer Asks

**A showstopper question is a buyer question that kills a deal when AI answers it badly; for a Singapore firm it covers fees, credentials, fit, risk and timing.** Bought on its own, the [Showstopper Sensor (Sprint 1)](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/glossary/#showstopper-sensor-sprint-1) is a 30-day showstopper-answer sprint for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity; on the enterprise route it runs inside Attain or Apex after the audit and the Influencer Blueprint. It lists every [showstopper question](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/glossary/#showstopper-questions) for your firm. You answer each one, your nominated point of contact signs the answers off, and Aemorph publishes them on your site within 30 days. [The Showstopper Sensor publishes a firm's approved answers as its LLM info page](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/services/30-day-showstopper-sensor-sprint/), a page on your own site [written so AI engines read your answers clearly](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/glossary/#llm-info-page).

Sprint 1 has five steps and one final output by day 30.

| Step | What happens | Who does it | What you receive | When |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| 1 | Hallucination Diagnostic | Aemorph | What the four engines say about your firm today, tested against the showstopper questions, set beside what your own website says | Within the 30 days |
| 2 | Full list of showstopper questions | Aemorph | Every showstopper question for your firm, grouped by practice or service | Within the 30 days |
| 3 | Answers and sign-off | Your firm | One approved answer per question, signed off by your nominated point of contact | Before Aemorph publishes |
| 4 | LLM info page | Aemorph | The approved answers published on your site | Within the 30 days; the guarantee clock starts on the day of publishing |
| 5 | Report and call | Aemorph | A report, presented on a call | Final output, by day 30 |

Aemorph generates your actual list of questions with its proprietary scan of your homepage, navigation and key service pages. The questions below are examples of what a Singapore buyer asks.

| Objection | Example question a Singapore buyer asks an AI assistant | What a badly answered question does | What your approved answer states | Who signs it off |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Fees | "How does \[firm\] bill for \[service\]: a fixed fee, a retainer or hourly rates?" | The buyer leaves with a wrong fee basis, or none at all | Your own fee basis, in your words | Your nominated point of contact |
| Credentials | "What qualifications and experience do \[firm\]'s partners hold in \[practice area\]?" | The engine leaves out or misstates your credentials | The credentials and experience you confirm | Your nominated point of contact |
| Fit | "Does \[firm\] advise SMEs, or only listed companies, in \[industry\]?" | The engine puts your firm in the wrong client segment | The clients, sectors and engagement sizes you serve | Your nominated point of contact |
| Risk | "What happens if advice from \[firm\] turns out to be wrong?" | The engine replies with a generic or invented statement | Your own statement of how you stand behind your work | Your nominated point of contact |
| Timing | "How long does \[firm\] take to complete \[engagement\]?" | The buyer plans around a timeline you never gave | Your stated timeline and what it depends on | Your nominated point of contact |
| Comparison | "Which firm specialises in \[specific problem\] in Singapore?" | The engine names competitors and leaves your firm out | The specialisms you claim, with the evidence behind them | Your nominated point of contact |

### What does the Ground Truth Guarantee cover for a Singapore professional services firm?

**When a Singapore firm buys the Showstopper Sensor (Sprint 1) on its own, it carries the [Ground Truth Guarantee](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/glossary/#ground-truth-guarantee), an AI accuracy guarantee on your showstopper answers that makes no promise about enquiries.** The Ground Truth Guarantee: within 30 days of publishing, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity answer your showstopper questions with the facts in your Brand Codex. If they do not, Aemorph refunds 100% of your Sprint 1 fee and keeps working on the answers for a further 60 days, 90 days in total. Your [Brand Codex](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/services/brand-codex/) is your brand fact sheet, the single source of truth for what AI says about you.

*Terms: the Ground Truth Guarantee covers Sprint 1 bought on its own; Sprint 1 inside a monthly package carries no refund; it does not cover Sprint 2 ([Entity Hardening](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/glossary/#entity-hardening-sprint-2)), search rankings or Google AI Overviews. ## Where a Singapore Professional Services Firm Starts

**A Singapore professional services firm starts with a free strategic conversation, a 30 to 60 minute call, so you see where your search and AI opportunity lies before you commit budget; what follows depends on your firm's size.**

An established Singapore firm follows four stages: the strategic conversation; an audit, either the [AEO-GEO Audit](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/glossary/#aeo-geo-audit) or, for large sites, the [ESAG audit](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/glossary/#esag-audit), the enterprise SEO, AEO and GEO audit that scores your AI visibility and sets a fix plan; the [Influencer Blueprint](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/glossary/#influencer-blueprint), your SEO strategy and roadmap, built with your team; and an enterprise monthly engagement, [Attain or Apex](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/glossary/#awaken-anchor-ascend-attain-and-apex), with both Sprints delivered inside it.

### Where does each size of Singapore professional services firm start?

**A Singapore firm at about S$5M revenue and above starts with the strategic conversation and an audit, and a firm below about S$5M starts with a free tool and Aemorph's community.** That community is [Leveraged & Scalable](https://aemorph.com/go/leveragedscalable/). Any business, at any size, buys Sprint 1, the Showstopper Sensor, or Sprint 2, [Entity Hardening](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/glossary/#entity-hardening-sprint-2), Aemorph's technical entity SEO sprint, on its own. [Aemorph's business-size page routes each band to its starting point](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/business-size/).

| Firm | First step | Second step | Engagement | Guarantee or delivery time |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Established Singapore firm at about S$5M and above | A free strategic conversation, a 30 to 60 minute presentation on a video call | The AEO-GEO Audit or the ESAG audit, then the Influencer Blueprint | Attain or Apex, with Sprint 1 and Sprint 2 delivered inside the engagement | AEO-GEO Audit and ESAG audit: each within 21 days of kick-off; [45-day outline guarantee](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/glossary/#45-day-outline-guarantee) on the monthly package |
| Singapore firm below about S$5M | The free [Hallucination Report](https://tools.aemorph.com/hallucination), which compares AI answers with your site, or the free [Money on the Table audit](https://tools.aemorph.com/money-table), which estimates revenue lost in search, on tools.aemorph.com | Not applicable | Leveraged & Scalable, Aemorph's community, where Aemorph shares the skills, tools and access to do the work; Aemorph accepts a small number onto Awaken, its done-for-you package | Not applicable to the community; 45-day outline guarantee on Awaken |
| Firm of any size | A free strategic conversation | Not applicable | Sprint 1, the Showstopper Sensor, or Sprint 2, Entity Hardening, bought on its own | Sprint 1 output by day 30, under the Ground Truth Guarantee when bought on its own |

*Where each Singapore firm starts. The 45-day outline guarantee: within 45 days, you receive your complete Mathematical Market Monopoly outline, ready to implement yourself if you choose.*

**Every monthly package runs on one delivery system that plans, prioritises, ships and verifies the month's work, so each new page builds on the last one.** Without that cadence, publishing drifts into ad hoc work and results stop being forecastable. All five packages include:

| Area | What you get each month |
| --- | --- |
| Campaign governance | A delivery and sprint plan, a backlog ranked by buyer-question group, and managed change control, dependencies and stakeholder updates |
| Performance reporting | A report on what moved, what shipped and what is blocked, grouped by topic and prompt clusters, with next month's priorities and risks |
| Tracking and measurement | GA4 and Search Console health checks, agreed definitions for the conversions you count (leads, bookings, calls and enquiries), and a maintained dashboard with annotations and data-quality notes |
| Search and AI visibility monitoring | Indexing and crawl anomaly checks, branded and non-branded trend tracking, and spot checks of Google AI Overviews and other AI answers on your priority topics |
| Technical hygiene | A fix list of quick wins for your developers, covering redirects, canonical tags, broken links and internal links, with every fix verified and documented once it is live |
| Structured data and publishing quality | Validated schema on every new page, pre-publish checks of formatting, metadata, internal links, images and alt text, and consistency checks so every new page meets the same standard |

### How much does SEO, AEO and GEO for a Singapore professional services firm cost?

**For Singapore professional services firms, audits start from S$1,000 one-time and enterprise monthly engagements start from S$12,500 a month.** Aemorph quotes your engagement after the strategic conversation, on the output your firm needs.

| Offer | Price |
| --- | --- |
| Audits | From S$1,000 one-time |
| Sprints | From S$5,000 per website |
| Influencer Blueprint (SEO strategy and roadmap) | From S$15,000 one-time |
| Enterprise monthly engagements (Attain, Apex) | From S$12,500 a month |

*Smaller monthly packages are available by application only, against strict criteria; details are on the [pricing page](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/pricing/). Monthly packages are priced per market.*

For Singapore businesses, the current EDGE grant route, which replaced PSG from 30 September 2026, is set out on the [PSG SEO page](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/services/psg-seo/). Want the most from your budget and prefer to keep the work in-house? [Leveraged & Scalable](https://aemorph.com/go/leveragedscalable/), Aemorph's community, teaches your team to plan and run SEO, AEO and GEO with AI tools, with the skills, tools and access Aemorph shares with members.

### Who does the work on your Singapore SEO, AEO and GEO programme?

**Your Singapore SEO, AEO and GEO programme runs with your own account manager and Aemorph's team: Kristine and Ryan, Senior SEO Specialists and Project Managers; Tent, Trinh, Wahyu and Minh, SEO Specialists; Michelle and Patrick, Content Specialists; Shiena, Web Project Manager; and Dom, Senior Web Developer.** Your account manager introduces the team members on your account at kick-off. Aemorph is headquartered at 34 South Bridge Road, and every message gets a reply within 24 hours.

### How long does SEO, AEO and GEO for a Singapore professional services firm take to show results?

**Your first ranking movements show within 45 days of publishing.** The 45 days are an SEO ranking milestone in Google, counted from the day your pages are published rather than from your engagement's start date. AI answers are measured separately: the Showstopper Sensor delivers by day 30, and the Ground Truth Guarantee checks the four AI chats 30 days after your answers go live.

### Which Aemorph service page covers the work itself in Singapore?

**Aemorph describes the work itself on its Singapore service pages, and a professional services firm that sells to other businesses starts with B2B SEO.** [B2B SEO builds the record a buying committee checks at every stage of an evaluation](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/services/b2b-seo/). The [local SEO](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/services/local-seo/) page covers a firm with three or more offices, and the [enterprise SEO, AEO and GEO](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/services/enterprise-seo/) page covers a firm with several divisions, brands or regional markets.

### Which other Singapore industry pages apply to a professional services firm?

**A Singapore professional services firm that also sells software belongs on the B2B SaaS page as well, and a firm that publishes financial or insurance claims belongs on the financial services page.** [SEO for Singapore B2B SaaS addresses the long sales cycle of a technology vendor](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/industries/b2b-saas/), where a citable, verified vendor record shortens the shortlist. [SEO for Singapore financial services adds disclaimers and rules out guaranteed financial outcomes](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/industries/financial-services/).

## Claims and Compliance for Singapore Professional Services Firms

**Aemorph applies one industry-specific check to professional services copy, testimonials used only where the law permits, and your point of contact signs off every regulated claim before Aemorph publishes it, so each claim a Singapore buyer reads carries your firm's approval.** You choose that person: the business owner, the CMO or the risk team. Your point of contact applies the rules of your own profession, and the Singapore codes below, at sign-off. A firm that also publishes financial or insurance claims gets a second check: disclaimers, and no guaranteed financial outcomes.

| Claim or data type | Where it applies | What Aemorph checks | Evidence standard | When |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Testimonials | Pages that quote your clients | Used only where the law permits | Client point of contact sign-off | Before publication |
| Regulated claims | Any statement your profession regulates | Signed off by your firm before it goes live | Client point of contact sign-off | Before Aemorph publishes |
| Technical and factual claims | Practice-area pages and showstopper answers | A subject-matter expert at your firm validates the claim | Your firm's expert, then client point of contact sign-off | Before publication |
| Client data and access | Every client | Client-owned assets, named least-privilege accounts, ISO 27001-aligned practice; enquiry data handled under Aemorph's privacy policy, which names the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 | ISO/IEC 27001 alignment, not certification | From kick-off |

*General guidance, not legal advice.*

Aemorph promises no ranking position: no one guarantees a number-one ranking on Google. Four common industry claims about SEO in Singapore, and what holds instead:

| Industry claim | Why Singapore firms believe it | What holds instead | What it means for your firm |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| SEO means ranking for a few high-volume keywords | Keyword packages and monthly ranking reports are still sold widely | Visibility comes from full coverage of the facts about your firm, complete topic coverage, links between related pages and trust signals that machines read | Each practice area needs full coverage of the questions buyers ask, not one head term |
| Publishing more articles improves SEO automatically | Content platforms push volume-based publishing | Publishing without a planned structure built around your firm's facts creates content sprawl, not authority | Each partner article gets a place in your firm's structure before anyone writes it |
| AI-generated content replaces subject-matter expertise | AI tools produce content fast and cheaply | AI language models (LLMs) are prediction engines, not experts, and unreviewed AI content carries factual risk | A qualified expert at your firm validates every technical claim before publication |
| Backlinks alone overcome weak content | Legacy SEO training focused heavily on link building | Links amplify the authority a firm already has; link building stays part of Aemorph's integrated stack | Off-site work follows the verified record and never replaces it |

### Which Singapore advertising codes apply to a professional services firm's claims?

**Most Singapore firms answer to the Singapore Code of Advertising Practice, administered by ASAS, and law practices also answer to the publicity provisions of the Legal Profession (Professional Conduct) Rules 2015, which the Law Society of Singapore applies in its practice directions.** Your firm applies its profession-specific publicity rules at sign-off, and your nominated point of contact approves regulated claims before publication; that approval does not replace the responsibilities of those preparing the advertising. Aemorph is not a law firm and gives no legal advice.

| Claim type | What the rule says | What to check | Source |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Any advertised claim | The basic premise of the SCAP is that every advertisement is legal, decent, honest and truthful; ASAS, set up in 1976 as a council under the Consumers Association of Singapore, is not a clearing house that approves all advertising before publication, and advertisers remain responsible for truthful claims | Every page and answer reads as legal, decent, honest and truthful | ASAS, "Code" and "About" pages |
| Factual claims | SCAP clause 1.1: claims about objectively ascertainable facts are to be capable of substantiation, with the substantiation held ready for ASAS on request | Each figure, ranking or track-record claim has evidence on file | SCAP, Section III, clause 1.1 |
| Testimonials | SCAP clause 3: a testimonial or endorsement is used only when genuine and related to the personal experience of the person who gave it; obsolete testimonials and exceptional, untypical experiences are not used | Each client quote is genuine, current and typical | SCAP, Section III, clause 3 |

### Is a Singapore professional services firm a fit for Aemorph?

**Yes, when the firm has recognised specialists in-house, buyers who ask nuanced questions before they appoint a firm, and leadership that commits to a build of 6 to 12 months or longer.** [Aemorph's ideal client profile sets out the five fit criteria](https://aemorph.com/en-sg/who-we-work-with/). Aemorph is not built for:

- **Firms that expect** promised ranking positions, instant results or a flood of leads within 30 days.
- **Firms that decline** to take part in approvals or to give expert input.
- **Firms that select** an agency on price alone and treat SEO as a commodity.
