# Aemorph Case Studies for Australian Businesses: Verified Results From Ten Client Engagements

**Ten Aemorph clients grew their organic search traffic, the visibility Australian leads and sales start from, and four of them are Australian businesses: BizCover, a Sydney-based business insurance broker platform, grew 4,820% across nearly eight years; Eye Concepts grew 522% in 56 months; Remarkable Furniture grew 213% in 13 months; and Smile Team grew 125% in 28 months.** Across a cohort of eight clients, organic traffic grew 467% on average, or 840% normalised to twelve months.

*Cohort for the averages: eight clients, BizCover and Synapxe excluded, the short EZRA Clinic (11 months) and HiBye (4 months) engagements included. The 840% figure annualises engagements of 4 to 56 months. Source: Ahrefs, August 2026.*

## Every Case Study, Australian Clients First, Records Visits Before, After and Over Time

**Each case study states a client's monthly organic visits at the start and the end of its measured period, the length of that period and the percentage change, so an Australian result and every other result sit on the same verified basis.** The four Australian engagements open the directory and every row names the SEO work done.

*Ahrefs estimates of monthly organic search visits, not AI citations. The annualised rate is the twelve-month compound growth rate. Three results carry no annualised rate here: EZRA Clinic and HiBye ran short engagements from a low base, and Synapxe's seven-month window opens at a new domain's first full month. Synapxe's figures come from an Ahrefs organic traffic capture taken in April 2024. The top-three keyword counts for EZRA Clinic, Casa Dental and Linda Mandarin cover the same period as their traffic. Source: Ahrefs, August 2026; Synapxe: Ahrefs organic traffic, captured April 2024.*

For the eight-client cohort, organic traffic rose 467% on average, or 840% on a twelve-month basis, and for the four clients with keyword data, top-three rankings rose 612%, or 820% on a twelve-month basis.

| Metric | Raw average | Normalised average | Clients in sample | Note |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |

## Where Australian Businesses Start by Profile

**Start with the case study from your own sector: it shows a result with buyers and constraints you already know, the quickest way to judge what [SEO](https://aemorph.com/en-au/glossary/#seo-search-engine-optimisation) (search engine optimisation) does for an Australian business like yours.**

- **Insurance and financial services firms:** start with [BizCover](https://aemorph.com/en-au/case-studies/bizcover/).
- **Optometry and specialist healthcare groups:** start with [Eye Concepts](https://aemorph.com/en-au/case-studies/eye-concepts/).
- **Dental and orthodontics groups:** start with [Smile Team](https://aemorph.com/en-au/case-studies/smile-team/) or [Casa Dental](https://aemorph.com/en-au/case-studies/casa-dental/).
- **Ecommerce and showroom retailers:** start with [Remarkable Furniture](https://aemorph.com/en-au/case-studies/remarkable-furniture/) or [HiBye](https://aemorph.com/en-au/case-studies/hibye/).
- **Women's health, aesthetics and wellness providers:** start with [EZRA Clinic](https://aemorph.com/en-au/case-studies/ezra-clinic/).
- **B2B technology vendors:** start with [NCS Singapore](https://aemorph.com/en-au/case-studies/ncs-singapore/).
- **HealthTech organisations and large sites planning a migration:** start with [Synapxe](https://aemorph.com/en-au/case-studies/synapxe/).
- **Schools and education businesses:** start with [Linda Mandarin](https://aemorph.com/en-au/case-studies/linda-mandarin/).

In a regulated sector, the rules sit with you as the advertiser: health practitioners advertise under the National Law and Ahpra's advertising guidelines ([Ahpra and TGA guide](https://aemorph.com/en-au/guides/ahpra-tga-advertising-rules/)), and financial services firms follow ASIC's guidance on advertising financial products and services ([ASIC RG 234 guide](https://aemorph.com/en-au/guides/asic-rg-234-financial-advertising/)).

*General guidance, not legal advice.*

## Why These Results Compound for Australian Businesses

**The strongest proof in this portfolio is duration, and it comes from a Sydney business: BizCover grew 4,820% across nearly eight years at an annualised 65% a year, a rate in the bottom third of the portfolio, and finished with the largest gain of all ten clients.** In Aemorph's working model, Google, Bing and the AI assistants draw on many sources about a business, and its website is only one of them. A business that keeps its facts correct and complete for years, not months, gives its results longer to compound than a faster, shorter engagement allows.

BizCover ran the longest engagement, nearly eight years, and added by far the most monthly visits, from 894 to 43,989, at one of the lowest annual rates in the portfolio.

These results come from the same team and SEO discipline the entity-first method grew from; they are organic SEO results. The [Brand Codex](https://aemorph.com/en-au/glossary/#brand-codex), your brand fact sheet, and the Ground Truth Guarantee, Aemorph's AI accuracy guarantee, played no part in them and do not back them.

## Australian Search and AI Use Behind These Results

**Google held 87.9% of search engine market share in Australia in September 2026 and Bing held 9.17% (StatCounter), so Aemorph measures Australian SEO results in Google first and tracks Bing beside it.** Google AI Overviews rolled out Australia-wide on 29 October 2024, and Google's AI Mode began rolling out in Australia in English on 8 October 2025. DataReportal's Digital 2026 report counts 26.2 million internet users in Australia, 97.1% of the population, as of October 2025. Separately, an ADM+S national survey of more than 5,500 Australian adults, published on 5 November 2025, found 45.6% had recently used a generative AI tool.
